3 pointsCan I take away points for no punctuation in that post? I shouldn't need to be sober in order to understand Cerb!
-
2 pointsI have a question to the all the Men: (SP are more then welcome to comment as well!) If an SP recognized you during a visit, would you want her to tell you?? I personally have had a couple clients that I know from the outside world of Cerb, but I never know if I should say, Hey remember me, your my dentist.....lol (thats an example) So I want to know what your thoughts are? Would it make you feel uncomfortable? Would it stop you from being a repeat customer? Or would you smirk and feel more naughty?? Kisses

2 pointsso is there rep point instructions? This would be handy. if you give or take away points do you lose points? in user cp if there is a grey bar and no comment is that a negative point? Can you please put my points back? ha ha I do not like this rep point system, do i dare say that or will i get points deducted, lol
-
2 pointsi doesn't bother me to take points away if i feel something is stupid well then it don't deserve points so i'll take them away not like anyone is ever going to know who did it so now every one will be taking away points
-
1 pointMy rep points been going up and down all day! ha ha . They were up 5 bars and I made 2 posts which were nice, one post I welcomed someone to Cerb and another I made a tour announcement and my rep point went down for this. lol
-
1 pointI think if you take rep points away it should deduct the same amount from you profile for being negative, it should have a cost but if it is anonymous who cares, the key is don't take it seriously. But seriously I feel like a demi-god with my points, when I add to someone?s rep I give then 64 points?? Not sure what the rating system is there because more senior members than me give way less and some fellow high posters give way less so it makes no sense to me. I did notice the anonymous thing and started adding my name to the comments because I am basically vain :)

1 pointWell, A client is just that a client.... I am fairly good friends with a couple clients, but thats where it starts and ends. It's a matter of maintaining my professionalism and not to blur my personal boundary lines. If I have a friend who has met a client, whether they are in the buisness or not, I would be happy. There are many clients in the sea, that there is no need to be petty and hurt someone else. If my friend was not in the buisness, I would never say anything. First of all if the guy was a catch and treated her well, thats all that matters to me. I for one can't judge the client for seeking the company of an SP. If my friendship is a true friendship, nothing would come between it, especially over something like this situation. I hope this answers your question.

1 pointED man - good on ya for posting this info. This might come in handy for some. Personally not my cup of tea. When I'm with a woman, I'm the only toy she needs. :-P:-P She can play with me, stroke me, squeeze me, man handle me, insert me... well - you get the picture. :-P

1 pointDummpy, Your point is well taken, as always. I am almost sure you will find someone "young" in maturity at the end of this line of thought, unfortunately, some seem to think it is the only way to impose their "control" over others (prevent them from earning a living, cut them off from an activity they enjoy, etc), often because they feel out of control in their own life. The fact these are spreading is unfortunate but all too human. I too have heard many rumours, and I too have just ignored them when they did not stand up to scrutiny. I would second what you have said by asking people not to gossip, but check up on what they are told for themselves, and as you stated, if what you find leads you to beleive what was said, then the source is irrelevant as you have some substanciation for what you beleive, and that you can share. When all you have is an unsubstantiated source, even a trusted one, what you have is gossip, and we all know what generally happens with gossip, people are tried in the court of public opinion even before they have a chance to defend themsleves, and once done, the shadow of that gossip, the very real damage can never be undone. Have care what you sow fellow cerbites, because that is all you can reep. I hope your friends reputation has not been tainted and that no real damage has arisen, but I know for a fact that often gossip is taken at face value, thus damage is instantaneous. They are lucky to have such a devout friend. Keep up the good fight Dummpy.

1 pointPlus one other thought, if I ever had anything bad to say about anyone, I would tell it to there face, and if I told someone else I would hide behind 'please don't tell them this" the only time I would say that is if I had an alternative motive and wanted to keep the lie alive as long as possible. Warning to anyone, if you tell me something that is damaging to someone else I am going to tell them and get to the bottom of it, I will not keep this kind of secret, that is wrong on every level. (well except if we were in prison and I did not want to get my ass raped) But then at least I would know that the rumour spreader was more dangerous than the one getting rumours spread about them. If you have to hide the identity of the tattletale than the truth is probably also hidden, and that person is untrustworthy.

1 pointDummpy - people need to grow up. This pursuit is supposed to be fun, not about tarnishing people's reputation or image. Of course these negative traits will creep in when money is involved and people become jealous. In this day and age safety is paramount - safety, discretion, fun I always say. Of course everyone's risk tolerance is different - but no reason for people to maliciously destroy character. I suppose it was only a matter of time before this type of nonsense started, with all the competition in town. It is unfortunate because it detracts from the original purpose. Good safe fun for all.

1 pointI know that this is a recommendation board and not a review board, but I just have to say, that show sucks ;) I never thought I'd be bored listening to girls talk about sex until tuning in to FourPlay. Nothing against the girls on the show, I met them all and got hammered with them one night and they were fun, but they do need to work on the content of the show. I've seen the We-Vibe device though and it does look very intriguing...been thinking of picking one up as a gift and seeing the results.

1 pointWhat time was it on? I was flipping around the stations in the car looking for it tonight.

1 pointShit, I received a pm here on CERB then another one at my personal email address both from 2 local SP'S. Some bonehead out there in Ottawa has decided to use my name, handle to book appointments by phone. Let me make this quite clear to all of you great ladies. My 1st contact always is/has been by pm at CERB or by personal email to book my appointment with a lady. There is a couple of providers SP's and MP's that hand out there numbers, and sometimes I call, they already know my number. Ladies that do know me,I'm 6-4 so if a (short ass) sorry politically correct would be smaller guy, but I'm pissed! shows up at your door step you know it is not me. For the individual that is pretending to me..get a fucking life..your own. I know this has happened before, sorry for posting in this section MOD, but needed to be said.

1 pointTestifying would need to be considered carefully from a personal position and then it would be up to her lawyer. When I had all my trouble several clients were willing but my lawyer felt it wouldn't help. What did help was some unexpected financial help when I least expected it. These court issues take money. The even higher price is the mental and emotional focus that gets thrown out of kilter. Working is difficult because getting your balance after you've had the rug pulled out from underneath you is such a challenge. Being arrested shakes your sense of security and that throws everything else off for a bit. Anyone who genuinely wants to help this girl out...put some cash in an envelope and make arrangements to drop it off...no strings attached. The first time it happened I was broke with no way of earning anything and an acquaintance slipped $50 into my hand. I cried. Later envelopes arrived at my lawyers office from numerous people and to this day my faith in the goodness of people is the foundation of my being. I don't know what I would have done without these acts of kindness. Being a guardian angel has its benefits... Catherine

1 pointThere a Few Fav's for sure .. Especially if you are into the same things...:-D And friends who are Sp's do discuss there clients , not for sharing but sometimes a funny incident can happen or if the potential for duo's are there. but that's about it. Mo'Nay:-D

1 pointI agree with Mod's comments. Also there are many CERB members who prefer not to write reviews. That is their own choice, nothing says you have to write something. So it is quite possible the lady has been seen by those members and they were happy with her services. Alos some ladies were here for a short time and have not been seen in a while. I would say school has something to do with this. These ladies will probably be more active when they get a school break. Some will wonder because they have few reviews then but in fact if you do a search you will find some reviews. As some of us have often repeated to newbies asking for recommendations, you have to do your homework. Don't just read yesterday's posts.
-
1 pointI agree with MOD, check to see how many posts a person has made. It may or may not be the SP that was the problem. Or it could be, it's so hard to say. When I see a bad review on a lady I've had a great time with I sometimes wonder if the expectation was too high, or they just have no clue what they are talking about. Personally, I've only ever posted one review on here and I really didn't say to much. If someone really wants to know they can PM me for details. I try to keep my time with an SP as private as possible.
