Just because the ferris wheel is out of order, ya don't close down the whole amusement park, right?

I was always under the impression that you never mention you have seen a gent, unless you're sure he's okay with it. The only gentlemen I would mention having seen are those who have written a recommendation for me, or otherwise mentioned they have seen me. Am I wrong in thinking this? I've noticed quite a bit in chat that providers will proclaim to the room "Hey Hobbiest246, it was great meeting you yesterday!" I can think of quite a few reasons why a gent may not appreciate this: -He may have inquired with a few different ladies, and booked with the one he preferred. The other ladies may be annoyed/offended when they realize he didn't choose to see them after inquiring and booked with another lady. -He may have a regular provider (or two) and want to keep who else he sees private. -Some people prefer to keep their activities private (even if it's just attached to their CERB handle). Anyway, just some thoughts! I'd be curious to know what others think because I realize I by no means dictate CERB etiquette. Megan

In response to a number of PMs I received and the posts made by several members in recent threads on "Natural (unshaven) Kitties", I decided to start a new social group and call it the "Natural Kitty lovers social group. Please feel free to join this new group if you are a gent who loves natural kitties or a lady who loves to have one. Many men love natural kitties but it is very hard to discover one these days. The aim of this group is to show that we are out there and we are many and encourage those ladies who love to keep themselves unshaven but may shave under social pressure that we support them, and that they will be equally loved, may be more by many of us :-). I know this is not anything new but violence against sex workers does not get the same treatment or coverage as it would if the person or persons involved were not sex workers. On the front page of Thursday's edition of the CH was a story about the "dramatic" rescue of a deer that someone was keeping as a pet which apparently is against the law. Who knew? http://thechronicleherald.ca/NovaScotia/1202232.html Meanwhile buried on page 9 is this story http://thechronicleherald.ca/Metro/1202211.html Here is a story about a man who is being charged for the second time in six months with the kidnapping,sexual assault and torture of a sex worker he is also the main suspect in the disappearance of a third sex worker who has not been seen or heard from for over two months. So a story about a pet deer gets front page coverage while a story about a serial kidnapper/rapist/and probable murderer gets a page 9 rating. I can't help but wonder if these three women were 'respected citizens" would this still be a page 9 story?

There have beena few threads lately about words; the controversey over lyrics in a Dire Straits song and a recent conversation about the "C" word. But there's one other word I would like to see erased from our modern vocabulary. The word Whore. It's an ugly word that describes only the most base and vile of people and has no place in the same sentence as the ladies, on CERB or anywhere else. We can't eliminate it from use by the masses, ignorant and uneducated about the quality of the women found in communities like this one, but we can express disapproval when someone uses it, no differently then if they had used the "C" or "N" words. And unless they're using it to describe someone in politics or shoveling nonsense for sensationalist media (looking at you US and Fox), people should realize how dirty the word is. Most of the ladies here on CERB are smart and charming and have huge hearts. CERB raised plenty of money for Haitian relief after the devastating Earthquake last year while Rush Limbaugh, with his 400 million dollar deal, refused to donate a single dollar. Some of the ladies assist charities all year long, have gone out of their way to help people in tough situations and the list could go on all day. Suffice to say, it's one word I'd like to see disappear forever.
