I do believe the "right" amount varies from person to person. Sexual desire runs stronger in some. It also can fluctuate depending on life circumstances. Stress plays a role, illness, etc. For myself, I don't believe there is a "too much". I think you play to your own personal needs. Just because one person may have more of a need than the next, doesn't mean the person having sex more is "addicted" or having it "too much". I have always had a high sexual desire. At one time, thanks to societal stigma and external influences, I thought this was "wrong". Now? I embrace who I am. A woman with high sexual desire. It is part of me, so why would that be a problem? Only you know:) We all have different needs and desires. Which are affected as Savannah stated by stress, money, hormones, all different things. I'm not a service provider of any kind, but if you call me from a blocked number, I do not answer. You don't have to talk to the hand, but you WILL have to talk to my voicemail. If you don't leave a message, it really wasn't that important, now was it? Regarding the ladies on this board, I don't blame them for not taking calls from blocked numbers. If I let someone call me from a blocked number, and give them my address, let them in here and they do something to me, I have NOTHING to contact the police with. Nothing to go on. To me, it's not different than being picked up by a stranger outside. So for my safety and security, I will never, ever book from the blocked number. I google the phone numbers, and cross-check the bad date section. Many spoofed numbers are out there on the internet, so i've caught many. I know a phone number isn't much, but it's something. What I tell guys who say they want to contact me from a blocked one is this: If you don't trust me with your phone number, i don't trust you with my address. It's that simple.

While I have enjoyed porn during sex I can't say it's something that I want to have happening. I like to be focused on my partner and creating all our own visuals and sounds. Nine Circles is an excellent clinic. When I take my test at Nine Circles, I schedule a follow up appointment with the nurse. You book 2 weeks from the date of your test, and she will meet with you in private in their offices to provide you with your results. If you happened to test positive for an STI (like chlamydia), they will ask you about your sexual contacts encountered in the 3 months prior to the test date. That means "sexual" contacts, not someone you kissed; nor your s.o. if you did not have intercourse with her in that time period. Nine Circles staff will perform the appropriate tracing and make the confidential contact to those individuals advising that they should come in for testing. There is no disclosure of your identity to the traced contact. You've made a good decision to get tested, have an open mind and a relaxed attitude and let the staff assist you thru the process. There has to be a level of trust on both sides. When someone calls blocking a number its a signal to us that you are hiding something and quite frankly if you aren't going to give me your info why would I give you mine. Yes technology has changed and numbers aren't fool proof or always reliable but they are a start. You have recourse when dealing with a reputable sp, if she causes you trouble we have a trail, with advertising, web pages, etc. When screening a potential client all we have is the info you give us. Certainly there are no guarantees with our screening methods, but we can only do so much. I rely more on instinct and again when blocking a number that only makes me wonder and wonder negatively. Your name and phone number are the basics and necessities for booking an appointment. If an sp were willing to book a client without those I'd be suspicious of him/her.

Regarding the "need to put this out there" thing, I'll give the benefit of the doubt to a long time member and take is as the "need" to bring up something he sees and thinks is of dubious value and it bugs him and he wants to know why it is still used. Regarding blocked numbers, allow me to digress for a bit - to smoked plastic license plate covers. IMHO people do not buy those to protect their plates. People buy them to obfuscate their registration numbers when they go through red-light and speed cameras. Whenever I see them, my first thought is "what other laws are you willing to break?" Back to blocked numbers. There are innocent reasons why someone might call from a blocked number. There are as whole host of nefarious reasons someone else would use one. Notwithstanding all the ways of spoofing and circumventing the blocked number thing, I side with the decision to err on the side of caution and refuse to answer such calls. No, it's not a foolproof was of avoiding asshats, but nothing is 100%. A final thought. If a guy is calling on a blocked number when, as noted, it is almost universally noted in SP advertising that no blocked numbers will be accepted, this guy is either seriously procedurally challenged (read: doesn't understand the rules) or disrespectful (read: doesn't care what the rules are). In either event, the SP who passes on the call is not losing a good client. Just my two bits...

While watching the news tonight I was shocked and disturb to see graphic details of shootings, and the execution of men in Syria, although they didn't show the actual shooting they showed the men tied, face down with guns at their heads, then the camera went black and then they aired the sound of the gun fire. We all know how horrific war is but to actually show people lying dead and bleeding and about to be shot isn't necessary or is it? Have we as a society become numb to such graphic violence, lost a sense of value to life? I just can't see the point of airing such cruelty.

I don't know if people are actually getting more cruel, or more callous or jaded than they were before, but the fact that we can see cruelty from anywhere around the globe now almost instantly, coupled with the fact that there are so many outlets to see this kind of thing makes it seem that people are way worse than other generations that came before. Before the advent of television and film, and definitely the internet, as well as the time it used to take to travel to distant lands people hardly ever heard of the things going on in these other places, and vice versa, as news was scarce. Also the fact that there are so many more people in the world now means that even though the percentage of cruel/bad people may not be any higher than it ever was, there are probably more of them out there just based on the numbers. I do believe though that we have been a bit desensitized to a lot of things because of the amount of things we've seen and read, because this sort of thing is everywhere, even if you deliberately try not to see or read anything of a cruel or bad nature. It's almost inescapable. (sorry, hope that makes sense, been working since 3 am this morning, I'm not exactly on top of my game right now :) )

I agree. Guns, blood and violence is all over every type of media and what is acceptable to show is getting worse; gore is totally normalized, and a younger generation is almost numb to it. But show something beautiful and natural like a woman's breast and people freak out. Backwards, if you ask me.
