I lift weights, do circuits and plyometrics 6 days a week. I try to spend as much time as I can outside :) But other than being active, if you wanna feel and see results you have to adjust your nutrition, eat clean/healthy! This will be the key to fuel and recover your body

Very good answer! If it is too questionable to share on the open forum, it's too questionable to share in a private section. If some members are too shy to post publically, they can continue to send pm questions. If they don't have any posts, don't reply to them, imo, because you have no idea who they are, what are they hiding, what do they want, etc. So if it is info that is readily available to them if they went to an ad or website, just add to your reco "I've been getting enquiries by pm about X and Y, and refer everyone to the sp's website or ad, or contact her directly about this." That way you aren't sharing sensitive info if you felt that it wasn't appropriate info to put in the reco in the first place. If you get a bunch of pms asking the same info and realize it would be OK to have in the reco, then just add a post that provides that info. Whatever you do, the sp will be able to see what you are saying in the reco, if it is a private matter she will let you know. If it is something that needs clarification or correction, she will also let you know. Doing any of that in a private section means there are some 'facts' posted that she is unaware of, and which may lead to issues when she hears "I read that you provide X under the right circumstances" or "Are you still at the Hotel XXX?" or even "You should know that cerb member W is telling everyone your exact address." But aside from the obvious, if you are inundated with pms, just post in the reco itself you don't want any, there is also the chance that it will redirect discussions away from the General lounge, and there will be less happening publically where everyone can participate. This could lead to disinterest from many members, and sps, and change the dynamics of the site the way it is. The way the site is now, even tho the site is focused on eastern provinces, I still make copious posts on a variety of topics just because I am able to read them all :)

Perhaps it's because we are bashed everywhere! The problem is that if a provider doesn't want these kind of details "out in the open" then it shouldn't be anywhere for any reason. I don't care if you are getting pm requests, if your provider doesn't want that information disclosed you are betraying her trust by doing so even in a pm. If she doesn't want that information in her reco then she doesn't want it discussed and shouldn't be in pm or a private area. It's one thing to have information exchanged between hobbyists but please know that it's easy for someone to disguise themselves as a client and collect info on a provider then have it used against them in a child custody case etc. My concern isn't about the bashing, it's about the open availability of information that could cause irreparable harm in one's personal life. I am a prime example. My work was used against me in a custody case and I lost my daughters. Not because I was an unfit mother but because I was a sex worker and details clients discussed were read in open court in front of my daughters who were all minors at the time. There is one detailed review out there and by the time I knew it existed it was already framed on my parents dining room wall for my children to have to see every time they sat down to eat. It is why there is so little out there on me. Discussing services that are offered but not publicized is a no no anywhere. Bash me all you want but don't ever discuss what I do behind closed doors... cat

How would you know? Do you happen to have a personal SP spy that reports to you? ;) Seriously though, there is no screening process to become a CERB member so anyone with a computer can get a CERB handle. Making an assumption like the one above is just, well, an assumption. Big difference: I do not go around saying so-and-so is to be avoided because she is B&S or she is (include whatever you want here) based on MY personal experience; when a member asks a question I will sometimes use a powerful tool called Google, accessible to anyone who dares to use it ;), and I will do a quick search and provide you with the extra information I find online so you can stay safe...

I've had mine, and I recommend it. Gardasil is now approved for use in Canada for all sexually active women up to age 45. This specific vaccine protects against the four most common main strains of HPV - the 2 (strains 16 & 18 ) which cause 70% of all cervical cancers, and the 2 (strains 6 & 11) which cause 90% of all warts. Like Jessica, I've also had the Twinrix (Hep A & B) vaccines. Both give me an extra tiny bit of peace of mind. Can you post this "respectable source" and what exactly you think is exaggerated? It's not an opinion that HPV can cause cervical cancer, or genital warts, it is fact. It's also true that you can have HPV with no adverse health affects at all. It all depends on the strain(s) contracted... But why take the risk? The medical community pretty much agrees that the results have been a staggering achievement in the reduction of HPV cases in people who have been vaccinated, cutting infection rates by more than half! Also, with very little adverse reactions to the actual vaccine. And actually most health plans do cover it. Alternatively, it is considered a health expense claim for self employed individuals (SPs) when filing our taxes. I don't know how common it is among other sex-workers, as I can only take care of myself, and do what I can to protect my own health as I see fit.

Another option would be for you to leave a message, stating that you do not want a call back. When a call has been missed by such a short time, you will get some providers calling you back (a longer length of time, maybe not so much).

Add says she is 19 years old and that is incorrect by 8 to 12 year (my best guess). Can not swear if the pics on the add are really her ,and one time in her life ,because they do not show her face . However the girl that came to my hotel was 30 to 40 lbs heavier than the body pics posted on BP. Girl was in very bad shape due to drug abuse. I am not talking about a bit of weed smoking I am referring to hard core drug abuse. When I opened the door of my hotel to let her in I got an additional visitor with her. She landed with a guy who was her bodyguard / pimp whatever. He said he was there to collect money and make sure everything went ok. We had an exchange of words, ect and out the door he went. I am not sure if they landed with another motive but being the person I am , i didn't give them any chance. I believe this is a case of bait and switch because of the pics and info advertised . It is also a dangerous situation when a third unexpected , unwanted person barrels in through the door. I guess I can take part of the blame as I should have done my homework on the 24/7 agency. Either way everyone needs to be warned about the practices that this agency conducts. STAY AWAY !!!!!!

Could someone tell me exactly what the purpose of a "mens-only" forum would be? What would be posted in it? Who would gain access? How would we screen them? Access to the SP-only forum, per the FAQ: Like Cat, I am uneasy about what information could be shared behind closed doors. With a review or recommendation, I see what people write about me. I have the option to ask the member in question to change what they have written, or to contact a mod. Same with forum posts. I'm aware that information is sometimes shared via PM, and there is already the potential there for inaccurate or misleading information to be shared -- I don't think we need another venue for this. We have folks already posting private information on the forum occasionally -- addresses for incall locations, for example -- and at least in a public venue these things are flagged and removed quickly. How would a private forum be moderated, who would do it, and what would the rules be?

A big misconception is that we don't pay taxes and are part of the "underbelly" of society. In general anything negative about a person is usually attributed to someone who is in this business-lifestyle- a preconceived notion for many. Unfortunately many people will continue to think negativly about this profession-lifestyle until someone in government has the balls to completely legalize it, allowing it to be treated like any other business. It should be understood that any business has and is run by people- good and bad. There are doctors, lawyers, CEO's, CFO's, judges, people in all professions that abuse drugs, cheat, shirk the tax man, yet anytime someone is involved in the "sex" industry red flags arise and misconceptions are made. For those who openly admit to this being their occupation continue to represent yourselves as the ladies and gentlemen that you are, eventually and hopefully it will be yourselves that dispel all those misconceptions. After all, if we hold ourselves to higher standards it will be hard for others not to.

Easy ... First One is LEGAL: Most people in Canada think prostitution in Canada is illegal. It is actually perfectly legal (if you follow the law correctly). It is not a "gray" area either... if done in private (not in a bawdy house IE. Regular place of prostitution) like a hotel room or out call to the guys house... with no public solicitation with someone over 18 and no one other then the lady herself is making money from the call... it's completely legal here in Canada. People need to stop watching American TV and thinking we follow some sort of American law! Second: Drugs. People assume that all ladies in this industry serious drug addicts and are in it to support drug habits. I have never met a serious drug addict who owns a computer - let along uses one. Third: STI/STD's Probably 100 times more safe with a pro who uses condoms as opposed to the girl you picked up drunk in the bar and "took a uncovered chance with!" most of the ladies practice safe sex as being sick with a sti/std is not good for business!! Fourth: Pimps and forced prostitution Steetwalkers and escorts are often grouped into the same group. Not the same! Fifth: Ladies taken advantage of. Often people think this is done against the ladies will or she is being taken advantage of...

Hi I've been trying to get back into shape the last couple of year. As I get older I would like to be in great shape. But due to various injuries over the last couple of years due to physical problems. I have been limited to what I can do. But now that I have started recovering, I am back at full speed to get back in shape. I go to Good Life to do weights and dumb bells and chin ups. Using mostly machines so that I can lift safely. At home, I have a Soloflex machine, dumb bells and rubber tubes, and a treadmill. I recently bought a Concept 2 rowing machine. Now the rowing machine, the family uses and we are getting in great shape using it. I think that it is the best purchased I've made so far for exercise. It burns a lot of calories and uses a lot of muscles. What is your fitness routine. What have you found works and what doesn't . Let's spread the knowledge :)

Visiting PEI for the first time I spied Sophia's ad and texted her in advance of my arrival. She promptly replied and we set up a date. She sent me a face pic and this girl is gorgeous!! Kind of a girl next door but gorgeous! And she was even prettier in person. She arrived at my hotel and we chatted a bit, she seemed nervous a little so I figured to let this continue until the ice was broken. Turned out to be a wise move, after a bit we moved on to the fun stuff. Everything in her ad was on the menu but I did not try the greek. She is young and will improve but she has maturity beyond her years. She made sure I was happy which doesn't always happen with fairly new providers. Afterward she snuggled up and we chatted for a while, she is not a clock watcher. Overall a very pleasant time and great value. She is not a full time SP but if you see her ad she is worth trying. If I make it back to PEI I will not hesitate to see her again. Thank you for an enjoyable evening Sophia!

I've recently read elsewhere where members say/assume SPs most probably can't hold down "real jobs" or are probably not educated enough to have one so they choose to be SPs instead. They also add to the latter by saying SPs prefer to make easy money (and tax free) the easy and lazy way (on their backs)... We also sleep in until noon because we party all night lol Sometimes I do not know if I should laugh, cry or pull my hair out...

Alotta beer, bacon and carbs. Tipping back the beer works the biceps. White bread was making me fat so switched to rye bread but just eat more of it. Slap on some processed cheese and processed meat and make a dagwood. Heavy sandwich is like a small weight lift. Using my legs on my recliner to kick it down when my beer is empty or need some potato chips gives my legs a workout. right hand gets some work when I flip the lever for the recliner. ahhh Left hand works the remote and I have a very strong thumb. Other than that I work an average 12 hours a day and love my recliner when I get home ! Hockey season too :)

This will be a different take on the subject, but it's something I found myself returning to very recently. Every so often, as a kind of inspiration during an otherwise utterly normal and largely forgettable day, I go back and watch or listen to in the movie "To Kill a Mockingbird". Now, the subject of the speech is great all by itself -- I won't bother trying to provide all the context, but if you haven't read the book or scene the movie I encourage you to. But it's really the way Peck delivers it... methodically, precisely, with quiet passion and dignity and utter conviction... that really gets me. And man... that voice! And Atticus Finch... what a brilliant example of a man. So yeah, this is something I sometimes turn to for inspiration, and as an example of a kind of person, even if just fictional, it's worth emulating somehow, even if you don't find yourself in a courtroom much. :) (Partially too, as a clip and not just stills.)

I don't believe I misinterpreted anything. There was a discussion about legal contracts and going before judges. So I did not draw my argument from nothing. I agree that no one has suggested that anyone be forced to perform sexual acts -- no one on here, anyway -- but if you set up financial consequences for failing to perform them then there is a sense of potential punishment hanging over the head of the provider. I don't see any way around that. Especially with things that are so difficult to quantify, such as the depth of a deep french kiss. Rephrasing things to say, basically, that she isn't losing money, he's just gaining money back, doesn't change the fact that the provider has lost income because a client feels he didn't receive what he thought was agreed upon. So I think my word choices have been correct. There can be a difference between what is intended and what is. To say that no one intends to coerce providers (I'm not trying to throw the word at anyone, but it's the one of the words under discussion) is not the same as saying that the provider doesn't reasonably think that she will be punished for not giving the client what he wants -- even when she finds it is not feasible once they meet (ymmv due to hygiene, etc). I don't believe the word contract, especially as is being discussed by some -- a legal contract -- should apply to a sexual encounter. I do not agree to specific acts in advance, so in my case it's moot, but I do think that even where services are discussed it should be understood and accepted that the services may vary. I used the term "rapey-vibe" because that is exactly how it feels to me. I can't change that that is how it feels to me. I don't like to ever hear of anyone being under contract to perform certain acts, or to make restitution if they don't. I actually don't think people should promise specific things in the first place, though. Because I do think one should deliver on one's promises and I think that where we might not be able to, we shouldn't promise. But the thing is, that's not that easy for a lot of providers, because many clients HATE it when you seem to be coy about what you offer. There do seem to be providers who would be willing to alter the fee structure a bit if something comes up, and, again, I think that is the right thing to do. I am uncomfortable with it being a sort of codified, by contract, thing, though, because I think there is too much room for potential abuse. I think it creates a more frightening and negative environment for providers, without offering much to clients as these things are hard to prove, anyway. My whole point is that it's unworkable. I think it would be nice to be able to call up any provider and get what is promised without worrying about being ripped off. I just can't see a workable solution. If it's a matter of "What is right?" Then a legitimately aggrieved client should get some form of recompense. I'm against trying to enforce what is technically right for the reasons I've stated. Too tough to prove, too much room for misuse. I can't take back the terms I've used because as some men have pointed out, there are two sides to everything. It may suck to hear that this is how it sounds to some of us when people talk about contracts, but if you want real opinions, then it's good to be aware that this IS how it sounds to some people. Some clients feel that things are too much in favour of SPs all the time. We may or may not agree, but saying the opinions sound yucky doesn't do any good. I'm not sure any of us will change anyone's mind on this matter, and I'm not out to offend anyone or make any feel that they are being treated to a condescending lecture. It's a bit draining for me to try to convey something controversial and likely to be unpopular with many on a forum where anything I say may effect my business. But since the involvement of the ladies side of things is one of the advantages of this board, I thought I would add my viewpoint. In any case, I am not looking for a fight over this, and I don't want to repeat my points ad nauseam, so if anyone has further issues with my posts, I may just agree to disagree.

Hey there splitz: Thanks for sharing your concerns. Like realnicehat my responses weren't meant to dismiss your question, just to convey my own concerns with the idea. I've removed my couple of paragraphs' worth of side story in one post. I intended for that to illustrate that there's nothing we should be afraid to talk about here ("if I can write about THIS, and see, nothing happens -- then surely you can write about THAT!"), but maybe that looked like I wasn't taking concerns about privacy seriously. Sorry if you took it that way. I think one of the site's leading virtues is that everything IS out in the open here, and I'd very much like to keep it that way. The SP-only section is there to support providers' safety in a potentially dangerous profession. And since the providers take by far the greater risks in this industry, I'm happy to cede them some private space if that helps to reduce those risks. I really meant it when I asked in my first post to hear the merits of a private section, because I didn't want to just dismiss the idea out of hand even though I saw a lot of potential problems. But if it's just an issue of shyness or a sense of propriety... I'm still unconvinced. For some stuff there's simply no need for shyness, and it's better that guys overcome that rather than change the site to accommodate them. If it's a sense of propriety and a guy is just reluctant to share intimate details in a public forum, I understand and respect that. But if he's then perfectly willing to discuss those same details in a semi-public forum, as long as it's restricted only to other men... I have some trouble with that. If your sense of propriety tells you that some details shouldn't be discussed in public, it's okay to trust that and decline to share them -- at all. Maybe that feeling that "well I wouldn't want the SP to see this..." is telling you that maybe nobody should, and you should explain to PM-ers that you'd prefer not to elaborate beyond your public recommendation. And there remains that risk of people abusing the private section... not because anyone asking for such a section must want to bash SPs, but because it seems a natural hazard of creating an exclusive men-only area. Plus it wastes one of the best opportunities this site offers -- to involve SPs in discussions where they'd be awesome contributors -- because those discussions are hidden behind a wall in a space they can't see. I guess ultimately my own feeling is that adopting two different spaces with two sets of rules -- one exclusively "men only!" -- just wastes healthy open discussion, and lays the groundwork for a needless division.

I think this has been brought up before, although perhaps it was on another thread, but you cannot have any legal contract that forces a person to perform a sexual act, or that punishes him or her for failing to perform that act. There are other rights that take precedence over contract law. So in terms of talking about a legal contract that can be enforced, I don't believe there can be one. In terms of compensation made to the client if a discussed act was not performed, I think that is fair if the provider agrees that the decision not to offer the service was not the fault of the client. I think it is a matter of reputation and professionalism on the part of the provider that is in her best interest. I also think that most clients are good people who don't deserve to go in with understandable expectations and then feel that they were deliberately misled and swindled. But I also think that the SP in question is the one best able to determine whether or not delivery of services was reasonable under the circumstances. I don't think forcing her to prove, somehow, to some kind of enforcement agency that she couldn't reasonably be expected to perform the act is possible. Putting someone in the position where they have to prove the impossible (how can she prove he was rude, or not clean?), or face punishment of some kind (financial, in this case) would leave a sense that a provider must do what sexual acts she's told or else. Especially when most contracts are apparently verbal. How does she prove she didn't agree to what he says she did? I assume the onus would be on him, but hopefully you see what I am aiming at. Talking about enforcing contracts leaves a lot of room for abuse and intimidation. Even if the contract is written (in emails, for example), in terms of enforcing that, how does a client prove that he did, in fact, have impeccable hygiene, or that he did not act offensively toward the provider? He's not any better able to prove his side of things than she is. As other's have pointed out, even if it were a contract enforcible by law, which I believe it isn't, there is so much he said/she said that I don't see any way to make a fair decision. And in terms of the decision, if a woman promises uncovered oral over the phone, and then declines during the encounter, what would one sue for? A $20 refund? $10 000 for mental anguish, including loss of self esteem? Again, I don't think potential punishment should hang over the head of a woman you are asking to perform sexual services for you. I understand that legal contracts were brought up to point out that there should be some protection for the client when contracting services, or simply out of curiously for how it would play out given the changing laws. But I am very, very uncomfortable with talk of enFORCING that sexual services be delivered. I do wish there were a way, other than doing a lot of research (I understand that sometimes anyone might want to make an impulse purchase of services with a feeling of safety) that would give clients some kind of guarantee that their money will be well-spent and their encounter will unfold as they hope. But whenever I look at punishing someone for not delivering sexual services it just gets a bit of a rapey vibe for me. Weighing the loss of money vs coercion to perform sexual acts, I find the loss on money is less bad. And I hold to that even as a client, since I sometimes see female MAs myself. I completely understand that clients feel they are always left without sympathy or recourse, so I hope this post hasn't sounded confrontational or, I don't know, lecturing. I'm just trying to show that the idea of having an enforcible contract in practice is not really workable.

Honestly.. as previously said by others. . Bait ans switch. ., dangerous situations already have a section... and dont you already share information via PM? If you are really interested in knowing details about a certain lady.. you already check the recos.., you read them and contact the guys that have written them... not only that even guys that have not even seen a lady decide to share information about services rates etc... with what purpose I have no clue but in my mind is perhaps to make people think they are some sort of CERB Gods... become a guy hero... and damaging a ladies reputation or putting them in situations... and even creating a disappointment on the other guys that were given false information about a lady... In my opinion I think this can become very dangerous. .. and a double sided weapon.. I also think that it will be against CERB model of being positive... the only reason why you would need a hobbiest only section would be to discuss negative stuff... CERB is all about positive and why would you secretly want to discuss positive things in secret? And I want to clarify I cannot participate in the SP only area.. so I dont know what gets discuss there... and honestly I do fine without being part of it...

I've been vaccinated, by choice, and at my own expense. The HPV Vaccine Guardasil does not protect one from every strain of HPV virus, but I figure it's better to get it than not get it... right? Every bit of protection helps. I am over 35, but as I'm single and sexually active my doctor didn't think twice about prescribing it, I'm considered 'high risk' due to those circumstances. I'm sure it's also available to males outside the target age range depending on your specific circumstances. It's available no charge for young men and women late teens I understand they are vaccinated as part of the series of standard vaccinations. It's three needles, taken at 0, 3 and 6 months. As they have to be refrigerated you need to have them dispensed separately, so each needle is about $175 including dispensing fees.... approx $525 and worth every penny. I also got the Twinrix vaccine .. cost a couple of hundred bucks.. that's the one for Hep A & B. Also available from your doctor with a simple request.

Hey, now, if you throw in a TREEHOUSE I might start to waver...! :) Offhand I think that yeah -- as you touch upon, it has enormous potential to become a "okay, now that we're in private, let me tell yo the real scoop on X!". That stuff is always hanging over the heads of a board like this, and I think a private section would begin to provide a shadowy corner that would absolutely breed mischief if not closely policed. Oddly enough, I can't think of a single thing I might discuss here that wouldn't be better served by including the opinions of women here too. Testicles? Hell yes! I'll talk about my testicles amongst the women of CERB, at least those who don't click away as soon as they see the subject. :)

This is part of the reason I really enjoy working where I do. It's a flat fee for the room and my company! The tiered offerings always seemed to create a lot of confusion. If you communicate with the person you are going to see you can get the financials out of the way up front. This ensures that any tips that are beyond that are a token of appreciation for the encounter. I believe that just like any service industry the tip u leave should be in line with your own comfort level, and the service you were provided. I believe tips are not required, but I definitely remember the gentleman that offers one. In short in my opinion the answer to your question is that if you communicate up front you will never be left feeling like you shorted the lady, and anything above that is a kind token that will definitely be appreciated.
