Cancer, be gone. My SO had a breast cancer scare and, after surgery and testing, she is cancer free. I usually have a joke per post, but not this time.

For the record, when you make claim you have seen me before, and I tell you that I do not think you have, why continue to lie? If I tell you point-blank something seems off about you, don't keep insisting your lie is truth. Suffice to say someone swore he'd seen me before, and despite my better judgement I decided to book with him. I've never seen him before and refused him at the door. Well I've been online for about 2 1/2 yrs now and I feel everyone has an online persona. For some it's truly as they are for others its a persona. So until I meet someone in person and know them that way I'll put little value into what they have to say in internet posts or the number of posts they have. I appreciate their opinions and respect, in most cases what's said but I believe what I see more than what I hear:)

I follow the threads and the members and it doesn't take long to know who's hot and who's not. I attempted to see Lexi this afternoon. When I got to her place I was shocked at how young she looked. For me post count doesn't mean much. If we have to look just at numbers then it would be reputation and how many times someone has been thanked or nominated. That shows how much of what they post actually adds "value" to the community. This also includes some posts that might exist in picture or game threads, if someone thought enough of even a silly, (non important) post to thank it then even that added value to the community in a way and should be recognized.

Post count in and of itself doesn't count. Like already mentioned, some threads like the music threads and other game threads can put a post count up fast...and I've always said, and I'm the first to admit, likely half (maybe more) of my posts are from the music threads, and other game threads Read the poster's posts, that'll give you an idea of the value of his/her posts. Just the number of posts he/she has written means nothing, well almost nothing, at least you know he/she participates in this board. About the only number if you want to assess a member by numbers alone is his/her reputation points. It quantifies how the CERB community over time thinks of that member. You don't find too many rep points handed out on the game threads. But numbers are really just statistically quantifying posts. Really you have to look at the substance of the posts. Pull up the poster's profile and look at the posts he/she has written. And then you can better judge the value of his/her posts A quick rambling RG

I have had some wonderfully fabulous overnights, and some... less than desirable. Ok, so I know we talk a lot about what music we are currently listening to. But I decided I'd find out if I'm the only one who has completely random songs that make no sense in their playlist! Far from being credible myself, I tend to rely on three factors. Post count, reputation and the actual contributions from the individual. A low post count does not disqualify if I've read several postings that give insight into the author. Far from being a perfect science, I get a feel from the posts. The higher the post count the more reliable that feel becomes. Not too long ago we had a contributor who basically flooded the boards with posts in a very short time span. The poster tried to portray themself as a thoughtful, reasonable individual. But something about this person seemed off. Soon it became apparent to many on this site that we had a particularly virulent troll in our midst. The community immune system kicked into gear and shortly thereafter the troll was sent packing. My point in relating that story is that the community had decided this individual did not have what it takes to be a successful member of our family. The post count and reputation had little or nothing to do with the decision. It was the words and actions that sealed the troll's fate. On a personal note, I like seeing my own post count rise. I reminds me of how far I've come and how much I still have to learn.

My father was suppose to have one of his kidney remove on Friday...operation didn't happen because they think he may have bladder cancer...my grandmother died of this. FML

The low light of the day was that my TV fan started cutting out forcing the TV to shut itself off. I've been replacing fans in computers for years (1987 I installed 2 fan in my Coleco-vision ADAM to solve an over heating problems) and the TV is years out of warranty. So I thought I'd open it up and take a look. Easy peasy, a 4.75 inch by 1 inch fan... red, black, with 3rd wire for sensor - pretty much the same as the one I installed in my computer a couple months ago. No problem. I found a computer parts paradise just around the corner from where I live (a whole isle of computer fans). Got a fan, installed it. I had to graft in a different plug because the fans plug was different from the previous fan. Connected it all etc.. Everything worked. reassembled the TV and remounted it on wall... BUT It started cutting out again. I had visions of the staff at some repair store laughing at me for trying to fix it myself. So I took it back down, took apart and decided to solder the wires where I graphed on the new fan to the old plug for a more secure setting (instead of screwed on caps connectors). Still didn't work. pushed the fan's plug a little tighter, it clicked, and presto, the TV worked... and is still working an hour later. Cost of replacement fan $10. The thought of having to take it to a repair shop, embarrassing. Getting it working myself, priceless.

Pralines and Cream, rich & nutty!

I admit ice cream is a weak spot for me. My favourite ( this week lol) isn't listed so from the list I would pick Rocky Road. It has a little of everything. My ice cream as in life I like variety.

Hagen Daz Dulce De Leche ice cream. A caramel flavour ice cream But I suppose for the purpose of the game I'll have to go to my childhood favourite chocolate. Mind you pretty much all ice cream is open for play, well eating, except strawberry, I hate strawberry. Not to say I hate those who like strawberry RG

Well my opinion..... It is awesome !!!! It truly is. My advise would be to get to know the lady and just have that gut feeling that you will get along just fine .... she will do the same.....and things will be golden ! Everyone must be comfortable in this case ....most ladies would like to meet you prior perhaps a time or two or otherwise have a fair bit of correspondence...that is just my opinion though I have done all day visits and some overnighters. Don't plan toooo much. Just meet up and go with the flow and let things happen spontaneously and naturally as far as what you do, when you do it and just enjoy your time together. Enjoy. That's what it is all about. For both parties. For my experiences.... it is Fun ! Relaxing ! and Orgasmic ! and FUN !!! ;)

It's the same whether you are a service provider, a government worker, an entrepreneur, a bus driver or a waiter. No one else has the right to impose relationship standards on anyone based on their chosen career. You provide a service that fulfills desires and fantasies. For the hours that you are working, you need to present yourself as whatever persona that satisfies both you and your clientele. If that persona is a single, free spirited woman, so be it - she is not the person that goes home to her own personal life. Ostensibly it comes down to your choice of either maintaining Layah as a 24/7 persona or leaving Layah when the work day is done.
