I think people need to take the binders off for a second, and look at the individual who you are hiring or in fact if you are hiring a contractor, a) Your gut feeling about their personality and determination b) what skills they have to offer c) experience how their past experience will assist you d) how can they be a valuable asset to you or your business. The other issue about tattoo's is that in the workplace today is changing dramatically over from the past years . It used to be taboo to hire, or the individual show any type of ink, but I find that society is accepting it more and more in the workplace. I know every time I'm in the bank, there is tellers with some ink shown, or in restaurants, your own personal trainer etc etc etc etc I'm sure we all see it today. I think we have come a long way for acceptance of tattoo's and even some piercings in the workplace.
