8 pointsWell an unplanned but amazing and funnnnn duo extraordinaire !!!!! I had been in contact with Nat for quite some time now and decided this trip maybe we could make something work. So a dinner date became a plan. Yay ! Eat first then play nekkid ? Play nekkid and have dessert first then go eat ? or play first then order in and eat nekkid and then have desert ? haha Decisions decisions damnitt !!! But we eventually made a plan. I have also been chit chattering with Savannah for awhile now too... I had planned on seeing her before she was off to the airport to head back home. She is from Newfoundland so we were having trouble setting up an exact time because of that 30 minute difference in NFLD ;) Anyhoooooo we came up with a plan. Okey Dokey then. We're good then. Nope. These two shexies in the meantime got acquainted from afar. Then got acquainted. Then got acquainted nekkid. Lee then thinks.....Holy fuck that's pretty hot...tad bit of a coincidence but anyhooo no need for too much thought here lets all play nekkid at my place then. Ok and Ok. and OK !! Sooooo over comes Nathalie and after a little visit ....out for a very very nice dinner Nat and I go and had a wonderful time. Wine, appies, great meal, great conversation and had a blast. Truly amazing company :) Then back to my suite we go. What to do ? What to do ? DESERT !!! Nathalie is amazing. and when the clothes came off she is also amazing Grrrr baby grrrrr.... We or me I should say was having "desert" when "knock knock...Hiiiii" and in walked a gorgeous lady ! Wowzers how lucky am I me thinks. Savannah was promptly informed that she was one orgasm behind in the game ;) I did my best to make that all even in the end :))))) Ya right like they keep score in heaven. Savannah is beautiful, fun, bright, and sexy as hell...and has a look in her eyes that lock your eyes up and by god you focus on her eyes !!! And the look !! What happened from there on was a very very fun, very HOT and very very interactive experience that I will never forget. Following some very fun sexcapades we just layed in each others arms for a long period and chatted and just enjoyed the moment. Life is good !! Two amazing ladies, bright and vibrant and lovin life. Given the opportunity guys when Savannah comes to town. Go meet these two amazing ladies :) Thx girls ! Meet Nathalie http://www.cerb.ca/vbulletin/member.php?u=47001 Meet Savannah http://www.cerb.ca/vbulletin/member.php?u=83555

7 pointsI cannot say I have a good relationship with my mother. Last time I saw her in person was xmas 09 But she has numerous sisters in Quebec and still in Ireland...and as stupid as it sound she lied to me for over 15 years about the fact that my godmother move to Québec, which I discover a few years ago. Because of a family crise, years ago, most of the family didn't talk to each other, but some kept in touch...well now everyone is in touch except for my mother Long short story to say...I've receive a card and a check, sign from all my aunts, some I didn't seen in ages for christmas, which broke my heart as I thought they didn't consider me part of the family anymore...spoke to all of them on the phone, now I can't wait to be back in Ottawa and MTL to see everyone I haven't seen in over 10 years!

2 pointsWell as stated by others 2013 personally at home here it was also a year of ups and downs. But when you have aging parents, siblings, family, a job plus trying to grow businesses, kids and either reno's or houses to build I believe that will be something I say every year for many to come. ;) What I will reflect on is what I have learned from my experiences with my Cerb lady friends. Last year about this exact same time, I sat in this exact same office and reflected on the past year and started to plan for the upcoming year. I decided that from the hobby side of things I wanted to try and do more extended visits, dinner dates, overnighters, 24 hrs, 48 hrs just whatever is in the cards. I wanted to really get to know the ladies and them know me. Just be ourselves and relax and have fun and forget about stuff. Smile, laugh, eat, drink, be merry, shag, giggle, prance around nekkid.....just whatever. Ha. What I really learned is............that the bonds that are developed from the time spent conversing and getting to know each other is key....for me. The caring, and the admiration and the "wanting" to see someone for the first time.... and again and again is amazing. It makes me smile.....daily :) When you get together it can make the whole experience awesome and perhaps sparks can fly and become quite intense :) I learned that you can keep it simple but still sincerely care for people very much. I ultimately realized that YMMV for me was ...... that a lady wants and looks forward to spending time with me. When I can see it in her eyes. That's it. and... I realize I am not your average bear when it comes to this hobby....but for many or most this is another life. For me it is a very big part of my life and I am happy and proud to say that it is. When my business routes its clients and travels to areas so I can see gals I want to spend time with....then that is definitely part of my life. Profit margin down, sperm count down, lost calories...wait that is a good thing. Smiles and memories and good times baby !!! Money can't buy you health.....but it can take you to places of happiness. :) You only live once. Cheers to 2014 peeps and all the good things in life !!!! :chug:

2 pointsLovely view !! and I am an eye doctor FYI. If you see water...you need glasses. If you can only see her bum you DON'T need glasses ;)

2 pointsOn a screeching cold day where engines don't want to start I had a date with the stunning Annika Reiley, am I ever glad my car started. We communicated for a few days ahead of time and set a date, she is really easy to talk to(by email). Annika is a pure redhead through and through, with her spinner body and pale skin beautiful eyes and angel face she sure will get any man to turn and look at her. I requested her to wear some sexy lingerie and I got to remove it slowly from that small body of hers. When I offered her a massage she just assumed the position and left my big strong hands rub her all over. From behind her neck to the tip of her toes her body loved the the feel of my magic fingers. When a man is laying down beside a body like Annika he must admire all the perfection that she is. Annika loves what she does and it shows, I use all of my senses when making loves and so does she. Sight, she sure is beautiful and loves to be admired and she looked at me too! Smell, the smell of a spring flower. Taste, Ummm, Ummm Ummm. Hearing, the moan from her mouth when she enjoyed receiving. Finally the touch, I had the pleasure to touch this fine body all over and her of mine. When she reaches orgasm and she is holding your hands watch out for the nails digging in your skin. For those who had the privilege to have spent some time with her will know what I'm talking about, and for those who enjoys redheads and have not seen her yet you should make a point in doing so. Thanks Annika for the wonderful 2 hours, hope to see you again soon. Annika gets a top Notch seal of approval.

2 pointsThe Tory/TeaParty is concerned with attracting voters. They don't care if the policy is good for prostitutes or effects a harm reduction. Coming down hard on "crime" is one of their main vote-getters. The Tory/Tea Party gets a bonus, now they can attack the "Liberal" judges who are soft on crime. This is perfect for them, they love to create an enemy and portray themselves as the hero who will save the decent people from that enemy. They refer to SPs as victims and those who patronise them as exploiters. Now all decent folk (ie Tory target audience) will be disgusted by the evil exploiters and applaud the Tory stance against the customers. The Tories also make themselves look good for protecting the SPs from their exploiters. How many votes are they going to lose by attacking prostitutes and their customers? They have done a calculation, the answer is "not as many as they will gain". It simply DOES NOT MATTER if the policy is good or bad. All that matters is getting votes.

2 pointsThe Nordic model cannot be what replaces our current laws. The SCC struck down these three provisions because they infringed upon the safety and security of workers in a legal business. Implementing the Nordic model would be like telling construction workers they can do their jobs, but anyone purchasing the services of a construction worker could be arrested. Criminalizing clients does nothing to address the dangers faced by workers; in fact, it would likely increase these risks as criminalized clients would not likely be willing to undergo screening. So if the Nordic model is implemented, it will be appealed under the same reasons, and likely be struck down under the same reasons. "Feminists" (read: abolitionists) who want to "save the women and punish the pimps/johns" ignores the fact that there are men and trans* people who are workers, and there are women and trans* people who are clients. Criminalizing clients is not the way to go. We as workers do not want this. As to this talk of workers who are being pimped/exploited/against their will -- we have laws against human trafficking and forcible confinement and exploitation of minors. We do not need laws specific to sex work addressing these issues because we already have laws against them. There are plenty of other employments where workers are trafficked or exploited, and we do not have laws specific to those employments (domestic care/services being a big one).

1 pointHello Cerb..!! I would like to have your opinion about a subject that I would like to share with you for a long moment. I know that a similar thread has been do in another forum from another province but I thought it was important to make one for Ottawa. I have been solicited, Im sure Im not the only one, for ''only this service'' and not being offered the respect for my time or sessions. As well, the fact of underpricing, cutting price for these '' onlys''. There's a lot of users who asked me ''Whats your rate only for a BJ'' or ''I want one hour but not intercourse...'' Maybe Im wrong, but I dont see a difference between having intercourse or not in my session. So, what happen to our time?? Why ''just'' a BJ doesnt worth the same thing than intercourse ???? Probably some girls offering a '' BJ price '' and I respect that but some users have to respect girls who doesnt. I think that we are not offering ''just this'' or ''that service'' but a COMPLETE service even if you are SP or MA. Should we reduce our rates but start to ask extra for everything?? If you want to kiss here, its +x$... if you want to touch here its +x$... sounds ridiculous no? I think its the same thing for us when we are solicited like this. Maybe Im wrong, so that is why I asked for you opinion and I think we need to talk about it if we want to inform new users. Ps: Sorry For my english..... ;)

1 pointGood for you to recognise when you need to sign off or take a break. Hope that everything works out for you. I have slowed down myself and have been reflecting on my own future and involvement in this "hobby". When you get to where you want to be maybe come back and let us know how it is going. All the best. RD01

1 pointI was just going to say "Choose wisely'. it goes along with this. In other words, don't go and see someone who doesn't provider your 'dealbreaker' services. It is annoying to be asked for something you don't provide, and sours the whole experience when someone is clearly not interested in receiving the things that other clients repeat specifically to get over and over again.

1 pointall the best in your future goals. hope to see you again one day. have a great new year. TC

1 pointThere is still a decent chance that as part of the Commonwealth we will follow the Commonwealth model and implement Western Australia's system or something similar. I foresee laws surrounding 'loitering for the purpose of prostitution' and strict proximity guidelines around schools, churches, community centres etc. I don't foresee any laws that criminalize the client instead of the provider, that's like a slap in the face of the Supreme Court. I've contacted some media with an attempt to get the voice of an independent sex worker heard. Will let you know if I get anywhere. Going to be a long year.

1 pointRecent studies have shown that the Nordic Model has not made prostitution any safer than before. In fact, some Swedish politicians are calling for its repeal becasue of this. As a result, I am doubtful that it would alleviate the constitutional issue of prostitute safety. The Supreme Court ruling has put the Canadian government in a real bind where regulation would be the best legal path, but one frought with political landmines.
-
1 pointWorkers can appeal the Nordic model should it be implemented, because it still puts workers of a legal profession at the same risks that the communication provision did.

1 pointCerb is definitely a great place for you to find the lady you're looking for. It can give both of you a chance to peruse photos and postings from the ladies on here, to see who tickles your fancy. A vast number of ladies on here see couples, whether they post it in their ads/websites or not. If you see someone you like, just send them a message and ask, there's never harm in asking! There are two beautiful ladies who come to mind who even have specific websites for couples - Charlotte Sinclair - http://escortforcouple.com/ Alexandra-Sky - http://www.ottawacouplesescort.com/ A few ladies I know purrsonally who I know both ADORE seeing couples are Kathryn Bardot - http://www.kathrynbardot.net/ Nathalie Lefebvre - http://lovely-nathalie.com/ And Gia Wren Marlowe - http://sweet-company.com/ (and speaking of large natural breasts....) Happy hunting :)

1 pointI told my SP that I would get her little boy a wagon. He's almost two, he has a tiny one that he loves pulling around with all his stuff inside. I wouldn't get him one of those crappy plastic things from Walmart, I wanted to give him a real Radio Flyer metal one. I have been looking for two weeks! WTF? Can't find one anywhere... Today I found one at Canadian Tire! It's not a Radio Flyer but it is nicely made of metal and wood, and it has nice rubber tires. There are skis that attach so she can pull him around in the snow. Going to put it together now, hope he likes it eh?

1 pointI think the best thing to do is every time the media puts out one of their misleading articles, you take the time to post comments or send irate messages to the lazy reporters who seem unable to do proper research. Don't accept the blatant lies they post. I read one article that claimed that only the 'top tier' of sps want business to continue, 90% want out and work under desperate conditions and/or are forced. Apparently they took the 10% which are actually SW street based workers who work much differently that the other 90% who live pretty comfortable lives and have a lot more choices about what they do, don't do, where they work, and who they see, because they can afford to turn people down. Apparently they are only hearing the voices of some sps, and pretending that those voices are not the majority. I think even the street based workers recognize that anything that can make their working conditions safer or easier is a good thing, and would say that themselves, rather than allowing others to claim that they want out of the business. And I never believe that report anyway. SW goes to a 'help' centre, and the first thing they get asked are do they want help to exit the industry. Sp thinks the help is conditional on them wanting out, so they say "yes'.

1 pointI have never had anyone slobber all over me, so I think you're overestimating how often we get slobbered on! ;)

1 pointWell, 2013 was a year of ups and downs. Professionally it has been rewarding, but sometimes difficult. Like RG, I've had to deal with the ill health of aging parents. My mother continues to be in extremely poor health. In 2014 it looks like we will continue counting the days she has left. On the positive side, I met many fabulous people this year, both inside this community and outside it. My children continue to amaze and inspire me and make me incredibly proud. So here is to 2014 .... may it bring everyone health and happiness. Porthos

1 pointPandering to their right-wing bible-thumping power base. This is real political nonsense. Are they trying to take credit for abolishing slavery? (Yes, probably, if they can) This is the standard Tory/Reform absolutism: if you don't agree with everything we say, then you must approve of slavery. Remember Tory Justice flunky Vic Toews and his argument for unfettered warrantless access to everyone's emails and computers? "If you don't support this you must be a child p0rnographer". So the government won't be collecting any fines from escorts or their customers? Because that would be profiting from the purchase of sex by someone else. All in all, just more evidence of Harper and his holier-than-thou lapdogs hypocrisy. A lot of hot air and posturing with no interest in solving anything.
-
1 pointI agree with you Cat. Trafficking laws, and most major proponents of such legislation and related campaigns, including NGOs aiming to eliminate trafficking, end up reinforcing stigma, silencing and violence against migrant workers, and not just limited to sex workers.... Rarely are such efforts aimed at deconstructing or bringing redress to poverty, or unevenly enforced border control measures. We should be suspicious that, to date, very few countries, for example allow for sexual labourers who have been picked up , detained and questioned in such sweeps to actually apply for a visa to stay in that given country. Countries such as Italy are one of the few exceptions. As it stands, international protocols governing trafficking allow for only two options when a worker has been identified as trafficked (a determination often made against the will of these global citizens); you are either a victim or a criminal. And, once you have provided your information, you are then of little value to authorities (and researchers) and are swiftly deported. This provides no meaningful way for those who are being harmed, or who seek protections, including under the law, to meaningfully report their concerns to authorities or even access supportive services. It should be added that these problems are made possible through a whole variety of laws, including, by the way, under what has been often termed the 'stripper visa' policy aimed largely at women seeking to tour as exotic dancers in Canada", and are no longer able to as they are being denied working visas which were previously being granted....of course, driving the truly problematic situations further underground, and making illegals out of workers trying to make a living. Such a law, while purportedly aimed at helping to eliminate the trafficking of women and girls, and deceitful fronts for prostitution, actually does nothing helpful in terms of any of this...more sensationalism, more patronizing policies that do nothing to accord voice, dignity, labour and human rights to those affected. I also agree with mistert, in that, we will have to see how the current legal challenges pan out to know what the implications are. For example, if the 'prostitution' laws currently under scrutiny are struck down by the highest Court (i.e. the Supreme Court of Canada, which is binding) and, in the process, sex workers consequentially have a foothold to access human and labour rights and Constitutional recognition, then there will be some clout to wield at the policy level in terms of redefining trafficking policy, including definitions of what constitutes trafficking, who would be considered to be a trafficked person, and what options would then be available to those caught up in this net. There is also a continuum in relation to sex work and trafficking that exists that muddies the waters, in that; 1) some people are genuinely forced against their will, or tricked into migrating to a country under false pretenses; 2) some are indentured workers who know they will be doing sex work and are under obligation to repay a specific fee for being able to secure their entry into a given country, often with their passports being held or some other power play to guarantee they will comply ( ...problematic, yes, and ultimately a practice supported by oppressive legislation such as that discussed above). In such cases, the progressive sex work literature and many labour activists attest to the fact that many of these workers (not just women I might add) would still choose this situation over remaining in their countries of origin as they are seeking mobility and increased economic opportunities, and to be reunited with family members/loved ones). Due to personal resourcefulness , the assistance of organizations and sometimes even clients, workers are often able to manage transitioning into a less controlled working situation...And, with a more empowering and redefined trafficking policy scope, this has the potential to improve the odds for folks significantly; 3) some of these people are straight up travelling sex workers, quite informed and largely mobile (however undercover and trickily navigated) who have entered countries to work and make money, and still face the threat of being picked up in these sweeps and being made subject to such laws, regardless of the fact that what they are doing...how they see what they are doing....as sex work...as real work that has meaningful purchase in their lives; and, 4) there are those whose personal circumstances have the potential to cut across more than one, or even all of these categories and realms of experience; who may, in fact, have experienced circumstances of profound coercion, or perhaps, indenturement, but who move into other circumstances, including in making a more empowered choice to participate in some form of sex work. (On the last point) This is not uncommon at all...just like it is not uncommon for sex workers who may have always been in the country, and who may have worked in a more marginalized venue, to then have their circumstances change and engage the opportunity to work in another venue. In the course of my community activism, I've been privy to many stories such as this...And, in the case of grassroots activism by labourers who would outright identify as being trafficked at some point (e.g. see the film "Tales of the night fairies"), there is a strong contingent of those who go on to assert, regardless of potential continued marginalization, that 'yes, "I am now a sex worker" who makes choices every day to continue to participate in the industry'. The understanding that "money talks and bullshit walks" carries great currency in the lives of those who engage in erotic labour and who continue to be patronized and harmed by such oppressive measures and attitudes. Of course, in such hopefulness for some structural policy changes or a favorable court ruling, it's important not to get romantic about the system...the current political party system, the courts or legislature... international governance practices, as they have been powerful forces in securing the oppression and economic disadvantage of so many historically oppressed communities...not to mention gross platforms for politicians to self-ingratiate themselves in the media...while, of course, having no meaningful vested interest or concern for the health and human rights of those they speak for, including sex working citizens....wherever a given worker sits on the continuum. As I heard former Executive Director of Maggie's in Toronto recently state at a sex work conference: 'so long as we have difficulty making a connection between the worker who has parted from their own family to come to this country to take care of the children of some affluent couple; the agricultural worker who has lost their ability to farm back home and is now stuck in a compound picking the potatoes we eat every day; and the lived reality of a sex worker, we will collectively remain the self-fulfilling subjects of our own ignorance' (Keisha Scott, indirect, condensed quote). We cannot afford to do this.
