I can understand the sentiment that more testing = better policy, and that's true to a point. However, mandatory testing is actually counterproductive, and there's good evidence to suggest that it could actually make people engage in more risky behaviour, rather than the reverse. What he doesn't realize is that there's a 3-month incubation period during which HIV isn't detectable by any test, and he ignores the risk of other STIs - such as syphilis, for example - because he's not worried about contracting HIV. It seems like contradictory logic, but the very fact that clients are concerned about STI risk from sex workers means they're far more likely to take proper precautions to reduce that risk on their own. Mandatory testing is not a good means for preventing the spread of STIs, and the UN didn't make that determination lightly - the evidence is very much in favour of not forcing mandatory STI testing on sex workers, not just from a personal perspective, but a public health perspective as well.

I know there's at least one lady who has a restriction on digits in part for hygiene issues. I also dont swallow (sorry guys). 2. I definitely apologize if I have ever kept anyone waiting. Being fairly new at this it took me a while to figure out the business aspect including scheduling. I will only see a couple of gentlemen in an incall day so often my excellent clients are made to wait until the next incall. For that I apologize as well. 3. I do feel bad for the fact that I AM fairly hard to get a hold of sometimes. I generally do most of my bookings online as my phone was constantly ringing from morning to night with fake calls and texts. Through emails we can kind of get a feel for one another better than a 2 minute conversation. 4. I have been asked why I dont work on the weekends...I do. I will work any day a gentleman needs me, I just pre-book all weekend sessions. SPs have a very different schedule. We are on call at most times. Pre-booking weekends is just a way to have a social life along with working. I hope I have cleared a few things up. Thanks for taking the time to read my post.
