I've posted this poem a couple of times in posts before, it means a lot and the words say it all..... I was trotting into the grocery store recently and a gentleman was on his way out. I can't remember what was on my mind but it had me smiling...so when he looked at me and I gave him the biggest, warmest smile. He appreciated it so much he actually said to me "well that's a wonderful smile! so infectious!" and he smiled just as brightly as he walked past me and towards his car. It's guaranteed he passed it on to someone he encountered afterwards. It's more contagious than the common cold.... smile and the world smiles with you :D

I've always loved the beauty of a smile. Whether its Christmas morning and people are open presents and the smile is from ear to ear, or perhaps its a baby smile or even a total stranger smiling. I've been told I have a very nice smile, as much as I enjoy the compliment I never really believed it, until the other day I had an epiphany. I was lying beside a beautiful lady and she was smiling. I was in complete awww at her smile, it was so beautiful and peaceful. I was put into a state of ease and warmth. I never felt so relaxed from such a simple thing. Then it hit me, I've never seen an "ugly" smile so those compliments must be sincere and even if they weren't who cares a smile to me will always remain beautiful. I can't be the only one who love a smile so remember to smile once in a while its free. You got nothing to lose. I know I sure will.

In case you hadn't heard, we lost an incredible talent in Phillip Seymour Hoffman today, who was found dead this morning in his New York apartment as a result of an apparent overdose. There aren't words to do his body of work justice, so I thought I'd invite movie fans (because if you were a movie fan, you were a Hoffman fan) to share some of your favourite roles or scenes. This guy was one of those guys who seemed indestructible. He was out shovelling snow and dropped dead. The doctor at emergency said he was probably dead before he hit the ground...so maybe not a bad way to go. He looked like he was in great shape but he ate crap and loved his beer. He didn't smoke, but he almost never exercised. Every day at work he had a greasy breakfast, donuts, muffins, gallons of coffee. He didn't listen to anything his doctor said about his diet. In fact, he constantly badgered people he considered "fat". So there are two lessons here: 1: You aren't fit just because you look thin. What the inside of your heart looks like is more important. Get a treadmill stress test! Everyone should have one in their forties. Your doctor can prescribe one and it only takes a couple of hours. 2: Don't eat garbage. 3: Don't leave a mess behind. My buddy's wife is now dealing with insurance and estate matters. He also told her he had a will but his lawyer says he had discussed it but never actually made one up. It is weird that so many guys worry about "safe sex" when they are so careless about other health matters.

got new wheels! well ... I got the same model of vehicle I was driving previously because I really loved it, so it's really not much different ... but it's much nicer and newer and shinier than the other one, and it's all mine... so it's still exciting. Picking it up tomorrow or Tuesday :D woot woot!

i always click New Posts when i come to cerb, it shows me new topics and topics with new posts, should i be interested in the topic. i am the single vote on the 3rd option, lol. I like the recognition of rep points total threads first, then maybe the # of posts if it is a really high # like 500 or 1000 maybe, and not a huge (no offense to anyoen of course) is the birthday ones. I find that choosing one or two out of the 3 most common reasons to do a recog thread, maybe narrow it down to one or two of the 3. On another site we have a Milestones thread, where big milestones are posted as they come up rather then a new thread for everyone. This covers both the high post count milestone and rep points milestones, and there is a Like/thanks feature on that site like cerb has, so it allows people to comment/click thanks as a way to acknowledge and congratulate. Just if you bring up this as a topic, you might like some alternative ideas if you feel you are getting feedback? fwiw, i used to be the one starting all the similar topics like birthday and 1000 reps and posts lol, but i don't do that anymore. It usually comes down to one person doing it :)

I was on Google. No big deal except I had given up on dating (another story) and decided to try this lifestyle. The internet being a very useful tool I used it to get information on escorts. I know there has been polls before on CERB about this, but I recently conducted another one on my blog about my readers' preferences on pubic hair. I've had a feeling for a while now that the "bare" trend is leaving us and that hair is becoming more and more popular with both men and women. I think that in general, as a society we are going back to more "natural" beauty and aesthetic practices. The results as it stands right now are that a combined 142 people voted that they either preferred some sort of hair (ranging from a patch to fully natural) or did not have a preference, and 100 preferred fully bare. The best easy begnner routine is Starting Strength 5x5. It is very popular and effective. It is based on compound movements that use most of your body, instead of isolation movements like biceps curls. You do five sets of five reps each, then go on to the next exercise. Take your time. This routine is as much about learning the movements as anything else. If you want to lift heavy weights someday you have to lift properly or you can hurt yourself. 5 sets of 5 squats 5 sets of 5 bench press 5 sets of 5 bent over barbell rows 5 sets of 5 overhead barbell press 5 sets of 5 chinups...this is hard, took me a long time before I could do it. Doing the chinups last stretches out your back after the squats and overhead press. Do the routine Monday/Wednesday/Friday. No more, no less. It should take less than half an hour. Even if you just use an empty bar, try to finish all the exercises and don't worry about how much weight you are using. Do this routine for about twelve weeks. Then take a week off. Bodybuilding dot com has very good instructional videos. Lots of sites have very BAD exercise videos! Learn about managing your macros...basically I just cut out soft drinks and any kind of baked stuff like breads, cakes, cookies. Carbs are your enemy. Refined sugar is poison. High fructose corn syrup, usually called HFCS on labels is even worse. Read the labels on food. I know some super fit guys who hardly eat any carbs. Again, bodybuilding has a nutrition section where you can figure out your best mix of fat/protein/carbs. You can do hours and hours of cardio but you will never get anywhere if you have a crappy diet. Oh yeah, one last thing. If you go to a gym, leave your phone in your car. You are there to work out. Be intense. Don't stare off into space or gawk at girls/guys/yourself. You only get out what you put into this.

On this overcast day I decided to liven things up at VIBE and called for an appointment shortly after calling. When asked whomI wanted to see I simply said "Surprise me!". Well they did exactly that - in that it was Anastasia's first day, I was offered a duo with her and Tya.
