Dearest Ladies and Gentlemen, I was out to dinner with a very close friend this past March when she received a phone call from her young adult son. She was shocked to hear that he was in kidney failure and rushed to the hospital. He was immediately put on dialysis and diagnosed with end-stage renal disease. His kidneys were functioning at 5%. While the dialysis is saving his life in the meantime, his quality of life is greatly reduced as is his life expectancy. He has had to leave his job and must be at the hospital for 5 hours 3x a week. There are no vacations from dialysis. He is on the waiting list to receive a kidney transplant from a deceased donor. He has been told that the wait in Ontario can be 5-10 years. In order to maximize his life expectancy and improve the quality of his life, it's important to get a transplant as soon as possible. While the kidney of a deceased donor is a wonderful gift, the kidney of a living donor both works better and lasts longer. His mother was screened to be a kidney donor and does not qualify. At this time, he has no one who is both willing and qualified to donate. At the beginning of April, I offered my kidney. I passed the initial screening over the phone, and filled out the initial paperwork. Everything looked great and I was sent for bloodwork to determine if I'm a match. I AM!!!! I've now filing out stage 2 paperwork and will have to go for numerous tests to make sure that I am in perfect health. While it's not yet for sure that I can donate, as I "pass" each step, it feels more and more real that I could be in surgery this coming winter to have a kidney removed! I've done extensive research and am not nervous about the actual surgery. I will likely be out of it for a month or two, but that's something I can deal with. I have no children and as of January 2015, I will be done my coursework for my Master's and will need only to work on my thesis. This makes it easy to take a month or so off. I just need to work hard in advance :) What does worry me a bit is that I will have a scar after the surgery. I love my work as an erotic massage provider and I want to continue for many years to come. I wonder at times if there is anyone left in this with world with true personal integrity, myself included in that general statement. The first two events are political in nature and many may argue it's not an integrity question at all, just politics. The first is this. My own Member of Parliament, a long time Liberal member is also a devout Catholic. He has gone on record as being against legal abortion in Canada. As much as I may disagree with that I can at least respect his decision based on his vision of morality and religious belief. However, based on Justin Trudeau's recent comments that all Liberal nominees for the next Parliament must be Pro-abortion, my MP just prior to the nomination meeting went on record as saying that if it ever came to a vote in the House he would vote for the right to choose. Personal integrity? Whatever respect I had for him is gone. The second political event is the Bill C-36 legislation. It is most interesting that as far as I know, not one single solitary Conservative MP has spoken out against the bill. It is equally interesting that as far as I know not one single solitary opposition member has spoken out in favor of the bill. As this is legislation that has the potential to have women killed, do I believe that every single Member of Parliament is, by pure coincidence, supporting their party line? Not for a single minute do I believe that. I have not heard one opposition party leader state that they will reverse the legislation if they are voted into power. They could but do they care either? Political office is merely to them a game, a power game. I probably have as much respect for a Joy Smith as a Justin Trudeau or a Thomas Mulcair because at least I believe that she believes, even if I think she is terribly wrong. I don't know what anyone else believes. That's a political side of the personal integrity question. How about our own integrity? This could be a question for the game, "Scruples," but consider it for a moment. Not at all, but our ads and enquiry style is dramatically different. Your INDY traveling lady will do well, as a stationary service like mine will have more pressure to be sure never to incriminate clients( or my own ads), for this, all my enquiries will be " I do not charge for sexual services" . Men get used to using your imagination and do not incriminate yourselves by asking for activities, IE: BBBJ, daty...especially with new ladies!!!! Once in your are alone and indoors, then there is no way of proving what is or is not done. This advice is straight from my lawyer.

Independents will not be punished for advertising. It's our body we do what we want. Communication in public still illegal (funny, wasn't that already struck down???). Working girls families are no longer criminals for benefiting from avails. Not AS bad. The clients being criminal thing is tough, but that's where established providers are going to be ok. Tips for what we provide are always appreciated and never expected. For me, a great tip from a first-time client is a request right there and then for a second session. Gifts are wonderful, and a thoughtful gesture on behalf of the gentleman, depending on the circumstances of the lady in question. As Cat stated, agencies get a huge percentage of the rate (hence the reason I will never belong to one) and although gifts are appreciated, they do not pay the bills. I, on the other hand, appreciate the thoughtfulness of a gift from a gentleman, it shows he took the time to think of something I may like. A tip of cash is always a great standby if you are unsure, but taking the time to read a profile or website, or talking with the lady herself, will certainly give insight into what is deemed appropriate. I tip in the service industry, as I've been there done that, and appreciate the hard work that goes into service.

I agree with Dummpy's answer, to look at from a perspective you drop $$$ 1st visit, and than $$$ 2nd visit and those may only be 1 hour visits. I think your payment really includes a tip.Now, I have gone on record in prior threads, I try to bring flowers on my visits, if the florist is open! as I generally take early morning appointments...(I like to be the first man of the day). I think it really helps the mood when we first meet, and its a nice gesture, woman do like flowers. I have also bought and brought massage oil/sex toy's to the provider and left her with the gifts for the next time, or she can use for herself. I try to remember that meeting a SP is first date, so you try to settle your nerves down by playing with the toys or taking in some compliments about the flowers.
