A simple but apt truism, imo anyway, is that you can't use logic and reason with those that are illogical and unreasonable. Comments sections are the cesspool of human society. On most boards there is some moderation and courtesy. A long while back I was walking home in the afternoon when the sky started to darken and it began to rain. It wasn't a heavy rain, mind you, but it was still enough rain to soak a person to the skin. For me once every two months. I get it done at the lab at my doctors office. I need to get my blood tested (test prescription drug levels) once every two months for other health reasons. If the church is not open for business so-to-speak an their policy is not allow people in, I agree with RG that they were only being prudent in doing their jobs. That does not make them un-Christian for doing so. If you found a store or restaurant door open, but yet they were closed for business, and asked you to leave, would you think they should allow you to take time in their establishment to take shelter from the rain? I only clicked on this thread because I was curious about who the question was addressed to (clients or providers) as we have some threads on this topic already and realize the question is for the gentlemen however when I read the comments quoted below I couldn't avoid asking the the posters what about us providers? If you want to keep your rates the same independent of location, then you may need to keep them high enough that the meeting is still worthwhile when you do have to book a hotel room. Or, possibly, you might find another local lady who's willing to share an incall, or let it out to you on an occasional basis. Rates matter, of course, but they matter a lot more to some people than to others. You'll obviously be out of consideration for some people if you rates are too high for them, but bear in mind you may also put yourself out of consideration for others if your rates are too low. And definitions of "too high" and "too low" will vary enormously. I've decided not to see particular people for both reasons in the past.
