It's now been 24 days that I have stopped smoking... I have been thinking about quiting for a long time but any smoker will know that we need that extra motivation. Well I was so sick that I gave myself a good kick in the butt.... I don't miss the taste or the smell but the habit is hard to get ride of... If you have stopped smoking, what kept you away from it and kept you motivated. I need some positive comments to keep me going... Bring it on cerbies! Bianca

I love swimming and do it 4-5 times/week. Each session lasts between 30 minutes to 1 hour, it is a great exercise. My rule is to go anyway, even if the weather is awful, if I am tired or if I feel a bit under the weather. In those moments I just do what I can do at my pace. And yes, the sauna afterwards is a delightful reward ;-) The idea of exercising changed for me the day I decided that I would enjoy working out, that I would not do it to lose weight or to look better but for my well-being only, physical and mental, and that I would no longer follow programs that would make me sweat like crazy as if I were in a boot camp.

i've smoked for years quit a few times but always started again last time i quit for 9 weeks lol had some issues to deal with but i'll quit again. You feel alot better when you quit i only found it hard for the first couple days hard not to have a smoke with a beer they go together. I like to know the whole donation is going to the lady. Well, I have been blessed with a very good metabolism and have worked in construction for longer than I care to remember. I get cardio, weight training, squats, the whole nine yards on a daily basis. Congrats! I'm an occasional smoker, so for me picking them up or putting them down is as easy as deciding to. Of course, I still get cravings for a couple days, but I don't enjoy being a full-time smoker. I like smoking, but not for more than a few weeks. Then I quit for a few months. Lather, rinse, repeat. I'm fucking weird.... :D

This may come across as a jackass response, but it is my heartfelt and honest response.... I stop looking in the mirror and weighing myself and comparing myself to other people. That's the best way to get into shape. I don't have a gym or workout routine. Sometimes I pop on a workout DVD, most of the time I don't. I don't pay any attention whatsoever to what I'm eating, I just make sure I'm not shoveling too much in at one sitting. That's it. I love my curvy body and I have no body issues that can't be solved by the cessation of comparing myself to other people. Works for me. That being said, I actually know a fair bit about working out and stuff. Weights are better than cardio. Cardio gets your heart-rate up which has great benefits, but weight-training, especially free-weights, is even better. It boosts bone density, helps build lean muscle (high rep, low weight) and keeps your body revved up for up to two days after the workout. Cardio should supplement weights, not the other way around. That's the fast-track to a lean physique. Along with a good diet.

I use to wear wigs all the time when I first started a couple years back ... I wore them because I use to have very short hair and I thought long hair is sexier and also since I was new at the time to the business I liked the fact I could disguise myself.. Wigs work best usually for black ladies because of the courseness of their hair it almost locks the wig into place, for ladies with hair like myself, soft and straight its enevitable that it will slip and slide around and the longer ur hair is the more it will slip. It stinks for me because I really do love wearing wigs I love that I can go from short and straight to long luscious and curly in seconds and not mention all the colors u can wear without having to damage ur hair !! Lol it's happen to me a few times in heavy heated sessions I start feeling my wig slipping back and you try to hold on to it. But most of the time the guys really don't care if it falls off or not, and they understand that some sp really dress up and disguise ourself with hair, lashes makeup etc... I also noticed the longer my natural hair got the harder it became to keep it on.. Now my natural hair is long enough that I like wearing it naturally.. I definetely recommend if your hair is natural soft and somewhat straight to go for clip ins much more secure. I sew my hair into the clips myself and I double the track to make it fuller. But if anyone does go for wigs I recommend lace fronts very realistic looking

That's too bad. I was there on Friday afternoon for the first time in a long time and she wasn't in at that time either. Well, first things first, congrats on the first 24 days, Bianca and best of luck keeping at it. As for me, I smoked when I was young and at 19, I quit. Got the flu for a week, didn't smoke and after that just did it cold turkey. Now, of course, the habit wasn't as bad so I didn't have as hard a time with the withdrawal. So I don't know how much advice I can give but I just think it's mind over matter as much as anything else. On a side note, wow, 36 years since I did that and now just passed 18 since I quit drinking. Dang, I'm getting old.:frown:

Your going to find that with a lot of the features of the site. Migrating the site and all its components to lyla.com was (and still is) a HUGE undertaking. The chatroom for instance is still not back and the https:// is still not working. I did manage to get the classifieds all working again (New URL's to those so dont use old bookmarks) I also got the albums back working correctly (some of you may be missing a photo or two or maybe an album or more... I did my best but you all use a LOT of photos and the migration did have some hiccups) I am still getting bug reports from users and working on those as they come in. Also... Snow was there about a month and a half ago. She is one of my favorites there. Went there about a month ago and she was absent on that day.

The problem that I have been having is the rudeness from callers because I won't discuss rates or services. I guide them to my ads and website. Which they really should have been reading before they contacted me. :tresmauvaisehumeur: It isn't to be rude or anything, but to have someone call and the first thing they ask is "what are your rates?" when I have them on all of my ads is ridiculous. ...You are definitely barking up the wrong tree. If you want to flirt with an SP over text, then you going about things all wrong. I assume since you are using text as your primary means of communication then you are trying to make arrangements with someone who is advertised on BP. I've been wondering about this and hope there will be clarification about it soon. Is CERB actually going to proactively go out of their way to BAN ladies who are currently members who continue to advertise sexual services outside of CERB, or will they just not allow them to advertise here? This provision in the bill is specifically about advertising, it doesn't outlaw forum owners from allowing sex workers to simply exist and be regular members.

Another aspect of this to be considered is that once the magazine is loaded and fired, it can never again be reloaded. The threat of outing is far more intimidating than the actual naming of names.
