Hello everyone! Due to a cancellation, we now have a VIP ticket available either for sale to a member without a ticket or if someone that bought a regular ticket wishes to upgrade to VIP its only an extra 15 dollars for a limo ride from and back to dtown area! Next time someone can't seem to understand when we say sorry no refund, think about how you would feel if you were on the receiving end of the complaint and you had spent close to 100 dollars of your own pocket to organise an event to try and get community members together!!!

It all comes down to "Are they actually going to try to enforce this crap". So many laws get on the books because some vocal minority fights for them, and they get their way. I think this question has been answered by Fortunateone in another thread, but here goes: The Justice Department submitted a technical paper with the definition of sexual services. The more I think I understand the law, the more I get confused when I read certain interpretations. In a nutshell: I know we can legally advertize what we offer. Companionship and much more. The problem is for third parties. I know it's illegal for clients to communicate for the purpose of procuring sexual services. Well, everything for a client is illegal where sex and money are involved. Where I get really confused is when you say a client cannot ask about details but you can provide them... It doesn't make any sense to me because as soon as you start offering explicit details of what you provide, the exchange has gone from companionship only to sexual services, whether he asks or you offer the information. The nature of the conversation is no longer about companionship only. Does anyone care to offer a rational explanation for this? I would, like many others, appreciate it.

I'm wondering is Law Enforcement will waste any resources on this victimless crime. That'll get everyone to back off...

Technically, no you have not committed a crime because you were not paying for sex, you were paying to compensate a lady for her companionship. Whatever occurs within the time you have agreed to spend together is up to two adults. The financial transaction is for her time. Clients are going to have to read between the lines, and learn not to have a list of expectations of activities since we cannot discuss or advertise them. Professional companions are compensated for their time and are therefor not violating any laws. Leave it at that. The problem that I have been having is the rudeness from callers because I won't discuss rates or services. I guide them to my ads and website.
