My wonderful pet died this morning. I think I am done with fur babies, too heart breaking!

I personally feel that asking for a picture doesn't necessarily have to be for security purposes, but it may be used as a way to ensure that the SPs won't have someone they know in their personal life knocking on their front door. A lot of SPs have a day job, therefore know a lot of people, people that most of the time fall within the demographics that visit SPs the most (Average middle aged man). The beauty of this industry is that every lady has the right to choose her screening process and if a photo is one her requirements, I do not see anything wrong with that. She was shocked to hear that he was in kidney failure and rushed to the hospital. He was immediately put on dialysis and diagnosed with end-stage renal disease. His kidneys were functioning at 5%. In order to maximize his life expectancy and improve the quality of his life, it's important to get a transplant as soon as possible. While the kidney of a deceased donor is a wonderful gift, the kidney of a living donor both works better and lasts longer. His mother was screened to be a kidney donor and does not qualify. At this time, he has no one who is both willing and qualified to donate. At the beginning of April, I offered my kidney. I passed the initial screening over the phone, and filled out the initial paperwork. Everything looked great and I was sent for bloodwork to determine if I'm a match. I AM!!!! I've now filing out stage 2 paperwork and will have to go for numerous tests to make sure that I am in perfect health. While it's not yet for sure that I can donate, as I "pass" each step, it feels more and more real that I could be in surgery this coming winter to have a kidney removed! I've done extensive research and am not nervous about the actual surgery. I will likely be out of it for a month or two, but that's something I can deal with. I have no children and as of January 2015, I will be done my coursework for my Master's and will need only to work on my thesis. This makes it easy to take a month or so off. It hasn't been easy for anyone lately but definitely thank-you to regular clients! You are the ones who help pay the bills and keep a roof over our heads. So thank-you. I know I appreciate ALL my regulars. Imo this new law didn't change anything. Gas prices indicate something else going on BUT January always is a slow month as far as I can remember. Malibu and I had this conversation last week. The input is candid and valued and I'm grateful to each and everyone of you that chimed into the conversation. Here are my thoughts on some of the things posted. I can really only speak from my personal experience at CMJ, as it's the only place I've ever "worked": Privacy: walking into the building - our building has the right amount of people coming and going for it to be comfortable and there is zero labeling on the outside of the building at all that it contains a Hostess Lounge. If there was a beaming sign outside that said "you sexy neighborhood rub n tug" I could see it being a bit horrifying. meeting someone in the hall - an incredibly rare occurrence that we, as hostesses, try to prevent at all costs. Sometimes I wish it wasn't so awkward shuffling someone back into a room, but we usually just laugh it off. We peek into the hallways and can hear the doors open and close so we typically know if someone is wandering the halls. cameras - we have cameras only in common areas and definitely not in the rooms or bathrooms. I even book sessions when I'm not scheduled because I can :) making sure she gets all the proceeds - to be completely blunt: this is our choice to make. The MAs that work in an establishment do so for a variety of reasons: safety, security, marketing, camaraderie (which is big for us), having a set schedule, not dealing with "idiots", not having overhead, running much smaller risks both personally, legally and financially, and the list goes on. If you're concerned for us and are staying away because we might get a smaller paycheck, we're definitely going to have a smaller pay check if you don't come see us at all. WealthyCowboy is very kind and generous to tip well, but we understand that isn't an option for everyone. I don't like to use Backpage as a rule because of poor past experiences, but "rolled the dice" on Nikki earlier today and couldn't be happier that I did. The one major stereotype that I had about this lifestyle was completely wrong...that seeing companions was just about anonymous sexual encounters. Nothing could be further from the truth. In fact some ladies don't just know my personal information needed for verification/screening, a couple know even more more Trust issues, the majority of ladies I see I trust, a couple I completely trust without reservation. To put in perspective I work in a law enforcement field (and isn't everyone in law enforcement supposed to be trustworthy and above reproach?). I find the ladies I see FAR MORE trustworthy than the vast majority of people I work with Definitely with the caveat that ALWAYS respect a lady's boundaries, but when I began in this lifestyle, I never thought a SP/Client could be friends. I thought that the relationship despite it's intimate nature stayed professional. What a pleasant surprise that in some cases friendships can develop, friendships as important as those in "civilian" life. And encounters are far more than just about sex. I personally like longer encounters, it has allowed dates to have time for a social, conversation, connection time. And it has made sex more enjoyable, being intimate with a woman you have spent time getting to know and she know you.
