You know, up until this point: I was willing to excuse what could potentially be poor choice in wording or a language barrier. If OP had simply asked, can anyone recommend a provider in the $xxx-$xxx range, this wouldn't be offensive. But then OP took it a step further: And further still: Something. Something. Some thing. And just to be sure, reiterated again: OP, even if my rates were somehow in your concept of a "cheap" price range (because yes, one person's affordable might be out of reach for another person), your post has successfully made my vagina completely retract back up into my body, where it is currently hanging out with my spleen and is never producing another drop of lubrication, ever.

--- I admit, I was tempted just to leave it at the gif, but in the spirit of being helpful/giving benefit of the doubt, there are a lot of recommendations on the site. As for who has an affordable donation amount, well, what is considered affordable is somewhat relative to each person so you're probably better off looking for someone you think you'd be compatible with and deciding yourself if their rate is within your limits. You may also want to think about how some of your word choice could come across; I don't think anyone is likely to offer a name. As for your second question, being new you perhaps couldn't know, but street walking recos (even indirectly) isn't a topic this board really encourages.

As someone who invests 110% in their business and marketing I feel I need to say something. Yes, I use professional photos on my website and ads, yes they are photoshopped to make me look my best(there is no harm in evening my tan or whitening my teeth). NO I have never been walked out on and I frequently get told I look better in person than my photos. I don't lie about using photoshop and I have no issue with it all all, I've been upfront on numerous occasions about being glammed up in my pics. I also tweet a lot of selfies (which are untouched), however i would never use them in my advertising. If one is going to be professional and treat this as business you need to invest in it. Once you have a professional shoot (in a studio or hotel, with hair and makeup) you don't go back. There is nothing better than being made to feel beautiful for an afternoon and have others make you feel your best. Your photos speak louder than your ads and they are usually the FIRST thing potential clients look at. I mean there are ladies who have pics with piles of laundry in the background or a full garbage can (you'd never get pics like that from a professional) I don't judge ladies who can't be bothered to take professional photos, but I don't think those of use who do should be judged either. Don't knock it till you try it.

I must vent over the " over kill" of photo shop! My photos may not be high quality , nor did I spend thousands on a photographer, to make me look like someone I'm NOT, but they are Real, and there me, not someone who looks 20 pounds lighter then they actually are, or someone with a flawless complexion or someone who looks completely plastic, because then you would be looking at someone who does not exist! Every one of us, service providers has a flaw somewhere in their physical appearance, and yes, we All want to look our absolute best, for future companions, but photo shopping to the extreme, is a true misrepresentation, to the person you are meeting, more over just a lie! I myself, if I was the person meeting someone, who looked nothing like their pic, would simply turn around and leave,, in my honest opinion, it just makes common sense, to represent yourself as what you truly look like, not what you think looks better, and what others want you to be! Don't get me wrong , make up, dressing sexy and appealing , hair done, all of that is extremely important, especially in this industry, looking our best, at All times, but be yourself in pictures, because when push comes to shove, the ones you are misrepresenting too, may just turn the other way,, just my opinion

Your website should represent you as a person and companion. If you ask anyone else what they think you should include on your site, you will probably get a hundred different suggestions: from having a blog to a private members' area, from detailed acronyms to general stats about your body, from selfies only to pro pictures and from-to everything else you might think of. I think the best way to go about it is to do some research, see what others have done, think about what you like and need, the type of image you want to put out there, etc., let your imagination run wild, get creative and come up with something unique and original ;) It's a fun project! Dear OP, Dear Ladies, and Dear Gentlemen, We have read another thread lately with a sensitive topic that took a bitter way very quickly. I am talking about the one when "if a gentleman does not feel attracted to a lady when he arrives at her door, and wants to leave, what should he do?". The OP of this past thread had not worded his question this way. It seems to me that the way this new thread started shows a similar issue. This problem is called COMMUNICATION. There is always a way to phrase such things differently, and in a respectful manner. Which leads to point b. b- RESPECT is what this website is all about. This is what makes it different from other boards. This is why we feel that we are a community - and I believe that we are - even if sometimes we disagree. And I believe that we all take this core principle at heart. Which leads me to point c. c- I think that some new members - and the OP is a new one - do not seem to get what Lyla is about. They should read about all Lyla's rules before starting to post here. Because our first value is "CONSIDERATION". The choice on this board is to consider the ladies, no to "trash comment" them. Which leads me to point d. d- Even if it is true that sometimes by paying less (see the wording? Instead of saying "cheap" which is degrading I use "paying less") we still can receive a good service, there is always a way to ask for things, or express a point of view in an ELEGANT MANNER. Because.... e- We ladies are not pieces of meat. We are HUMAN BEINGS. We deserve your respect, whatever your requests or budget are when you seek a service for a relaxing moment. And I shall add here that English is my second language. If I manage to do it, others can too? Is that too much to ask, consideration and respectful communication?

No, that's just not true. Sometimes cheap can be reliable, especially if she doesn't know better. We like to pretend that pricing is an indicator of quality, but that's not exactly so. Staying the course is an indicator of quality. If someone is advertising the same rates for a long time, then that's an indication that she's worth those rates. If someone advertises a rate for a while, then disappears or appears under another name, then that's a hint that she wasn't worth the rate. If she reappears under a higher rate, it's a clue that she's worth more. But if someone stays at a rate for a prolonged time, then chances are she's worth that rate and getting it easily. Trying to haggle her down will only insult her.

When it comes to pics, I have been asked, 'why don't you have pro photoshots?' Up until now, I did not feel the need for them, and at the cost of $1000+ it wasn't justifiable. The pics I have are selfies, and they are of me, just as I am. When I open the door, that is the image you will see. No expectations of anything less. I discussed with my photographer about photoshopping, as I don't want that. I don't believe that it conveys a true and accurate picture of who I am. If there happens to be a zit, yes, that will be 'filtered' out, but nonetheless, they will be an accurate depiction of who I am. My photoshoot will have different scenarios of me, in different positions, different stages of dress/undress, and hair and makeup done in different ways, but will still be a depiction of what you see when I open the door, the true me. I don't want to give someone a false illusion of who they are visiting. If you photoshop your pictures to the point of where you don't even look like yourself, it is a great disappointment to those that wish to be with you, the fantasy image that they have of you is no longer.

I agree with you Victoria but, I think some do this because they may feel a need to please all. In this business there is a lot of pressure to stand out, shine and be the "one". Perhaps, some may think, perfecting their image in photographs as a way to. Of course it is a misrepresentation and no one will know until they meet the person. So awkwardness about staying or leaving will become an issue for some. Those of us who take selfies can also be criticized though. I'm told occasionally that I should have a pro take my pics because they are grainy, not good angles, or not showing enough. So no matter what one does, in this business, someone will have something to say, or advice to give about what they'd like to see. Next thing will be having to provide virtual images, lol. I remember the days when a gentleman was happy with a description given over the phone and as long as she resembled that, all was good.

This one time.... I used the generic kind of cream cheese instead of the philly cream cheese... and let me tell you. My buffalo spicy chicken dip was not reliable... it was cheaper... but not reliable. :)

Reality is a lot of guys do leave when the actual product is way different than the ad. Patronising those who mislead only encourages them. I admire the ladies who are honest and work hard at looking their best.

Went to Ottawa and after visiting a local Asian Massage close to my hotel, I was not that impressed. SO.... I dunno. I'm interested to know too. I think I could refer a few guys her way. They're obviously not looking for me. Many years ago, I used to visit a town and see a few guys there. To be honest, it was a stressful trip for me. At some point, they informed me that they'd found someone who'd do the job for a lot less plus some groceries. They graciously offered me the chance to counter offer. I declined. It wasn't a whole year later when they were begging me to visit again, but by that time, my circumstances had changed, and it was no longer convenient. I don't blame people for trying to get a better deal, if that's what they want. And maybe people don't need the quality they don't want to pay for. Who's to say that's wrong? AMAZING!! I walked in, and was met by a gorgeous ebony lady, Jaida. Well I'm trying to think of some lady where the companion's photos did not look at all like the lady used over kill, or was a misrepresentation of herself. Of the ladies I have seen who had/have professional photos done, (at the time I saw them) ten out of ten ladies had photos that accurately represented themselves. In fact of all the ladies I've seen, whether they used professional photos or selfies, I've never had an issue about the photo accurately representing themselves. I agree with ER as well. There is a type of companion where these very professional finished photos represent the type of companion that they are. They would not be not well represented by selfies or non professionally touched photos in any of their site galleries or advertising. When they see this type of photo, potential clients know that they are professionals, who are investing heavily in their reputation and presentation. & no I do not think mirror shots with a cellphone will be attractive to that clientele ever. It will make him think twice about contacting that escort, because he is looking for an escort, professional, companion. There are some escorts who people (on review sites) always denounce for 'over' photo shopped photos in ads. But they are usually the ones who haven't seen them. Anyone who does says in spite of the touched up photos, the escort looks like the photos, there is still no misrepresentation. If a lady chooses, for whatever her reasons to use selfies from a cell phone as her photos, I won't criticize. Maybe some would say those pictures are glamourized, but no an inaccurate portrait of the model. Anyway back to the topic at hand Some ladies, such as Emily also take selfies, on Twitter for example. Those photos complement her professional photos, or is it her professional photos compliment her selfies. And the same holds true of other ladies I have seen. And those selfies also show a bit of time and effort on the part of the lady. If anything, some ladies should take dare I say it, better quality selfies. A photo from a cell phone can still look high quality. But a lot of selfies from a cell phone look like they were done quickly, using a flash which is reflecting in a bathroom mirror. A little patience with the selfies, a bit of attention to lighting, would pay dividends in the end. As long as a lady's photos are an accurate reflection of her, then there are no issues from this client, prospective client. And if you are using photos, they need to be kept up to date. best advice I could possibly give here, look in the area you reside, find out who you are attracted to, find out their rates/services, and take it from there. No one here is going to step up and say, 'hey, I'm sub par and cheap', as it has been said before, inexpensive in your eyes may be expensive to another's. Take the time to look at ladies, and find out what is a comfortable fit with what you seek and that fits your pocketbook.

My theory is that everyone should follow "The Principle of Least Astonishment." That is, what can I do that will astonish the client the least? Shiny touched-up pro photos are great but they only tell us your potential under ideal circumstances, not the reality. Selfies that look like they were taken with a potato are similar in the opposite way. They show us the basic look that will likely be much better in person, with makeup, etc. I think that if you don't want clients to be surprised when they reach your door, having a good mix of photo styles is probably the best. Some pro, some natural and maybe some candids. Even better, just choose photos because they actually look like you would look if someone walked in your door. I feel like you don't want to surprise people in either direction. While it's better to pleasantly surprise someone (OMG she looks so much better in person), if that happens a lot, you might be leaving money on the table. Slightly 'truer' pictures might catch more eyes and topple some fence sitters over to your side. In any event, we know it's not all about looks but the photos definitely seem a critical part of the initial generation of interest. From what I can see from many profiles, quite a few ladies seem to treat them almost as an afterthought.

I'm with JoyfulC. I don't advertise to attract men like the op but I've still gotten my fair share who inquire, because there are many! Does it piss me off, sometimes, but he's has as much the right to want this as I am to want my type of clientele and I think there are more hobbyists who do than will admit. There are as many hobbyists who choose their companions based on rates as those who choose on other criteria.
