There's not much I can add to all the great information that's been provided here. I also do all my bookings through email. Having a basic screening procedure in place develops respect from (preferred)potential suitors, and inspires trust. A follow-up phone call is important to gauge several things. I find that having this procedure in place makes me feel safer, and my time isn't wasted. As a result, i've met some really great people!

The Den now has feature dancers every 2nd week, I imagine you dropped by on one of such evenings hence the additional cover charge. IMO, the extra $2 is definitely worth it most of the time the features are pretty talented, I've seen contortionists, aerial silk scarves artists, fire eating, pole champions, hoop artists, etc. And I believe it's the only club in the city that does features at the moment.

Kitchen countertop, sink and DISHWASHER installed and looking beautiful. I am very proud of my accomplishments. Now let's see how long it takes me to do upper cabinets, painting and tileing.

You have some great advice from some super ladies. From a gents standpoint I have no problem booking via email and that is generally the case. At least for sure for initial meetings. Bottom line is that I'm the client and if the lady makes her procedures clear and I really want to see her, then I'll follow her protocols. While there may be legitimate reasons why someone keeps changing their name, or why multiple SPs may be sharing a number, it can also be a red flag.

just don't provide the address until an hour before the appt time, max, when the guy is confirming the appt. Just setting up any appt in advance, at a certain point, is just tire kicking. If they also get your address, and they are pranking you, they've won the jackpot. new clients don't get my actual address until they are 5-10 minutes away from my front door. and they don't get an actual appt time until they are ready to come over, usually within an hour of arrival. they are free to contact me by email to suggest days and times, etc, but not for details or booking. and never ever do i put my address in writing. if you are doing email booking and getting to the address stage and time/day as well, then there is a step that is being missed i think if they are no showing at that point. some think making an appt with a day/time is actually 'booked' when in fact the client doesn't actually know if, on that day and around that time, he can actually get away. if you wait until the day and an hour or so, or morning of that day, to have him email again to confirm or better yet phone you, i think you have less risk of giving out your location to a no shower. you 99% eliminate it altogether if you do not give out your email until they are 10 minutes away at the nearby location you send them to in your 'location' email confirmation :) still, if they are emailing, or texting, they could still be sitting at home or office, still pranking. If you use a phone call, voice to voice, they tend not to play the same game.

Mileage is something, as noted, that depends largely on the individual dancer. That is the single most important criteria. That said, a couple of generalities. 1. I have tended to do better mileage wise days than evenings in both Ottawa and Gatineau (and for that matter in the States and virtually everywhere else I have had experience) on the day/afternoon shift. I attribute this to lower scrutiny and smaller crowds/traffic. 2.If its strictly mileage, in Ottawa, in my personal experience, I have gotten the highest mileage at the Playmate. In Gatineau I have gotten the highest mileage at Taboo. But, as always, approach, attitude and chemistry affect the result..

To return to the original point of this thread... quite apart from the money issue, remember that when you pay to see Alotta Fagina, what you're getting is... what you want (or at least, what she thinks you want). It's not that what you see is fake or unreal, necessarily, but... Alotta won't spend the first half-hour with you unloading about the horrible morning she had, even if she did. She won't say she's tired and she'd rather not, even if that's the case. She won't bring you her problems, because that's not what you're there for. So, when you're thinking about what you feel about her, remember that behind the Alotta Fagina you think of so fondly, there's another person who you've never met. Of course, that doesn't mean you can't maintain cordial relations outside scheduled appointments... but it's better not to trespass upon her time more than she's happy with (and how much that is may vary enormously) and it's unwise to assume that it'll lead to anything more, even if that may happen very occasionally.

Jobin, I think that makes you human... It is natural to develop a certain affection to romantic partners. It is a tricky business for both parties. You would think money is there to prevent feelings from developing, but there is a thin line between treating those relationships as affairs - involving feelings, expectations of one another... or as business transactions. And it differs with each partner, based on chemistry.
