I see a huge breach of discretion here, and lack of privacy on the part of the guy. If he's 'shopping' around, we as sp's don't need to know that, we all they they do this, but I see it as a red flag that he send the message with another girls name. If he's sending that to you, be it in error or not, what is he sending the other girl? Some guys do try to 'negotiate' this way, as some sp's might fall for it, I don't and you shouldn't either. i think sometimes sps are going to be behind due to the inconsistency of other appts showing up on time, or ending on time. while it would be nice that all clients respect the time has ended, not all do and continue to push beyond a reasonable amount. some sps require clients to be on time, and if they are not, the time of the appt's end will not change. half hour late? oh well, it doesn't mean you get to stay an hour from arrival to exit, it means you stay a half an hour for your hour appt. if a client is late arriving/leaving, the sp may have time enough between appts to get ready for people who are on schedule, but not enough when someone is not. if she is asking for another hour, then by all means cancel the appt as this may be a sign of doubling up. if she asks for 5-10 minutes, then relax and appreciate the fact that she wants to be presentable for you due to circumstances beyond her control she has been delayed.

I have stayed at hotels where there was no 'do not disturb' sign available to me. And at another, even with the 'do not disturb' sign hanging on the door have had housekeeping bang on door, saying 'i know it says do not disturb but did you need any service'. lol At another place someone stole my 'do not disturb' sign. Sigh. So yes there is no guarantee that housekeeping can be timed properly with an appt. No matter how hard you try, stuff still happens!

I'm not too sure about the last minute screening, but for pushing the appointment back at the last minute, there could be a variety of reasons because of this, and I feel like traveling SP's would have this happen more often, since sometimes situations happen that are beyond your control. I've had to do this a few times when traveling, and I don't like it, but it can't always be helped. A few times it was due to late bus/flight, or room not being ready upon check-in. Once or twice house-keeping was still cleaning the room around an appointment time, and it was hard to get them out without drawing suspicion, so it was easiest to push the appointment back by 10 minutes if possible. I understand it can be frustrating and inconvenient when it happens, especially if you have to stick pretty strictly with your schedule, but if that's the case, maybe try mentioning it to the provider ahead of time, so they know to try not to move the time around, or if they really must, the provider can try and work something out with you that benefits everyone. Normally before the encounter is booked the screening and introductions are conducted. Once a said time has been provided, you have a date. Whatever her confirmation policy is takes place and then you are given details and further instructions. I can see if a lady was late arriving (late flight,etc) that she may push back your time (I've had to do this in the past) however it was done with some hours notice. with all of the fake ads, fake pics and bs that goes on with booking, what would you be inclined to do if an ad only contained the contact info? No location, age, availability. It seems that no matter what info is in ads, some guys only look at the phone number anyway. If we ask to text, we get calls. If we ask to email with a little bit of info from you we get one-liners. We provide websites for all of our information, and we are told "I looked at it" but we are asked for info on there. What is your opinion if the only info on an ad was the contact number?

i have my ads set up in a way that works most of the time. It has to be enough information to attract the clientele you are actually looking for, the ones who do take the time to read an ad. I do not provide rates/services in an ad not just because it is not allowed on the majority of sites, but because my screening is to have people phone me. Not text, not message and not email. if they can't respect the ad enough to make the phone call, without texting/emailing with some lame excuses as to why not, then it is an easy pass. someone who doesn't comply with a simple condition of booking is a red flag for someone who won't comply with your conditions of behaviour on arrival and during sessions. someone who thinks they are 'too good' to do that is not a good client. on the topic of repeating information already provided there are a few reasons for that, which do include the fact some haven't read the ad. but some have, and the question is to confirm that what they read is correct, and not out of date. And to give you a chance to show them a bit about yourself. Any conversation regardless of how lame it is is about your marketing. relying on one type of marketing, just the contents of the ad? that's not always a complete picture. Part of your ad is how you communicate with the potential client.

Every provider is an individual with their own personality, ways of doing things and style. To me, this is what should come through in advertising. Along with that comes what the provider will and will not find acceptable, what they do or do not want and the quality of client they are hoping to gain. Some ladies are more tolerable of somethings while others are not. How a gentleman behaves towards a provider through one on one contact is reflective of his own personality. Some will read everything, think and digest then follow directions. Some want to streamline the process and others believe you are in business so you are there to provide time to them answering their questions and they do not have to put in effort. If there is an initial clash between what the provider requires and what the gentleman is willing to provide, that is a powerful screening tool. This is a case of wants/needs on both sides. If those can't be met or agreed on, then it is the wrong combination. Each side of the equation must determine what is suitable for them and neither should have to "adjust" for the other as there is someone for everyone. Determine what you want to do and do it and if someone wants more/less than you're willing to give, move on. We could all bend over backwards every day trying to please and would all end up frustrated.
