I just wanted to take a moment to formally recognize Meaghan for the wonderfully supportive woman she is. I have noticed many instances lately where she stepped up to help others, offered advice, leant an ear, offered personal support and resources and even posted to try to keep others safe. She has always been this way however, lately, she has really stepped up her efforts to reach out to those around her and really put herself into this industry. Thanks for all you do Meaghan, it does not go unnoticed!

First of all - welcome. Beauty comes in all shapes and sizes. It is the beauty within that set everyone apart. Not everyone has the same likes or dislikes, so a size 2 might set some over the edge, others might say they enjoy a fuller figure. Some enjoy someone who is in their early 20's while others enjoy a more mature woman. So, don't ever look at yourself and compare yourself to the "traditonal mainstream" look. That is not what makes someone beautiful - it is their ability to see their own natural beauty and emphasize that. As for "breaking the law", I'm not really sure what you are referring to. Unless you are underaged, being forced by someone else, involved in drugs - you are not breaking the law. So, you might want to do some research on this industry, find out what the actual law says, and go from there. One thing I might suggest is to either work with a mentor or a cooperative to help you find your niche. I started in this industry through an agency, so was able to gain some valuable insight into it. I was lucky in that I found someone who was able to help mentor me and give me valuable knowledge and education. I'm still learning. Look into organizations like POWER - they are set up to help providers. Harm reduction, education, knowledge. Everything you need to understand. I love entertaining in the comfort of my home while in Halifax. My place is simple, clean and very inviting. This is a luxury I don't always have in a hotel and my guests appreciate all the extra's a home visit allows.

As a client in this lifestyle it is in my opinion all about managing risk. The new laws have increased the risk for clients but frankly if you are smart... do your homework and stick to meeting reputable well established ladies like the wonderful women of LYLA then the risk can be managed relatively easily. I would think that the relative risks of seeing a well established reputable LYLA lady in a hotel or her home would be the same. I would say however that if it is someone you have never met and that you have little or no research on then meeting in a high end hotel might reduce the risk to some degree. Just my Opinion

One of the benefits of this forum is the recommendations from other members. Been PM'ing with a MA that is going Indy and she is the midst of moving. After reading the threads below and similar threads elsewhere, Yuna has piqued my interest since. Well said. I like to push the boundries in my massages with eroticism and sensuality but if I get a "Uh, uh, owwww" then I back off. If however she responds that's she's really enjoying it then I keep going. MA's must meet a lot of disrespectful dickheads all the time so in some ways I like to think of my massages as a bit of a treat for them in place of the usual. One of my fave MA's actually said "no one has ever offered that before". Needless to say we had a great time and I saw her many times since. Sadly now retired from the business.

Reverse massage is an option where I am but to be honest it's rarely offered and most of the time I politely decline if it is. In my experience, the clients I've seen take that option the wrong way and assume its an invitation to stick fingers and hands where they don't belong. I'm not opposed to such things, but I would have to get to know someone over a few sessions before being comfortable with that. Asking permission is always appreciated as well. Seems sometimes people forget common manners. If you're offering a massage, give a massage, plain and simple. If I want other things, I'm not shy and will tell you. Otherwise, be respectful.

A brief synopsis: Those that are working outside, under aged, trafficked, involved in drugs, and other similar scenarios, are being actively watched by law enforcement - as they should be. These are red flags, and you need to be aware. BP and craigslist are the places that seem to be used to advertise them - not that everyone that uses these sites are - its just that they don't last long on this board, as it is a tight nit group watching out for each other. It is legal for providers to sell their services - it is illegal for clients to purchase them. Therein lies the quandry. Most providers no longer advertise their specific services and sell time blocks only. I.E. 1 hour Companionship. Gone are the days where we could specify what we provide due to various parts of the law. I'm not even surprise to recognize the names in this thread. You guys sure know how to treat a lady... What tickles me about receiving a massage is the lenght of the session requested. It is hard to include a reverse massage in a 30 or 60 minutes session. But receiving a massage is the only reason I would be happy to be waken up in the middle of the night!

I like to offer if the chemistry is there. The many who accepted my offer worked in low key establishments and were not used to being asked or treated in this way. Massage can be an extremely sensual experience if done right and this lead to many memorable sessions. Many of the larger spas in Toronto a "reverse massage" is already part of the package so it's expected. Getting an MA to orgasm with just a massage is always nice bonus.

I find if you choose your words carefully when writing a review, you can intelligently convey the message that a provider is not repeatable, without getting into specifics. Sometimes what isn't said, is just as valuable as what is said, on this particular forum. I think one of the reasons there is little activity, is because the local quality providers have been reviewed as well as most of the repeat visiting ladies. Many of the BP ads are here and gone in a few short days, never to be seen again. With all the changing of names and phone numbers it is very difficult to do your research. That in itself, tells me that a provider likely isn't legitimate. If I can't find a review on any forum, chances are its tgtbt. I also think this region also experiences the small town Canada mentality. Often after meeting someone you will see them later, by chance, in the general public. Discretion and anonymity is much more difficult to achieve. If a provider knows your handle on this forum, and you don't have a positive review, it may be better left unsaid. I don't doubt for a minute that there are more than a couple degrees of separation between us all. I occasionally will pm someone to get more specific details, however, that can backfire once in a while as well. When it does I just chalk it up as another lesson learned on who you can or can't depend on and who is in this to be truly helpfull and look out for each other. At the end of the day we are all taking risk in this hobby. We each have our own risk:reward ratio. If I feel someone is unsafe or a hazard I rely on pm or another forum to get the warning out. This forum, after all, is a "recommedation forum". Just my 2 cents. Cheers all!

No No they are not closed till June. They will close Sundays and Mondays during the month of May to complete the renovations that have already begun, the place is undergoing a considerable face lift and the champagne rooms will be more discrete the the old ones yet still conforming to bylaws.
