We are now only six months into the Liberal majority government mandate and I am beginning to wonder. P.M. Trudeau has indeed already met some of his election promises (which is great) and there are indications that other promises are working their way through the system. I am very nervous and scared that they will ratify the TPP and that will be yet another global screwing of Canadians in order to support big business and the multinationals. On a level more pertinent to members here, I have yet to hear any indication that the Protection of Communities and Exploited Persons Act (Bill C-36) will be repealed, amended or even sent to the Supreme Court for interpretation of its legality. Perhaps this is in the works and understandably its probably not something that they want to publicly acknowledge, so I still have at least some minor hopes for action. I have for my entire adult life communicated with my local Member of Parliament or the various Prime Ministers and I always received a reply, if even only a form letter, until the Harper government took office. Since then nothing. I even occasionally had a phone call about whatever I wrote about from my M.P. Following the election I wrote under my own name to the Prime Minister Mr. Trudeau, the Justice Minister and Attorney General Jody Wilson-Raybould and to my local M.P. about the legislation based on Bill C-36. I received not even an acknowledgement so perhaps our present government is in reality little different from the past one. To my knowledge which is based solely on following web sites of the organizations that speak for sex workers, there is no lobbying going on to keep the subject in the mind of government at a Canadian level. I follow as best as I can P.O.W.E.R, Maggies, Stella and P.I.V.O.T., all of whom made presentations at the hearings on Bill C-36. My position prior to the legislation was that it will be responsible for the deaths of women. I still believe that to be true, primarily for street workers. I cannot help but wonder if well established sex workers who do actually screen for their personal safety are not on their very individual level very happy with the legislation as it now exists. I certainly do not see SP's here being at all vocal about the legislation other than to use its existence as a way of telling clients who they can actually trust. As for Mr. Trudeau and Jody Wilson-Raybould I shall be a bit more patient and see if their, "Sunny Days", indeed is real.

Guys! Exciting times in the world of Natalie! First off, I have officially moved into my new incall location! It's so beautiful and I am so excited to share my space with you! It features a massive king size bed that is so comfy you will never want to leave. Plus, the views are simply stunning! I even moved my plants here so they can take advantage of the floor to ceiling windows. And because it is now a condo instead of a cramped hotel room I can now act like a proper host. Do you like wine? Nespresso coffee? Cheese? Fruit? I have it all! I also purchased a Bose music system so we can fully appreciate my carefully curated playlists. It is located near Little Italy and has free parking. Isn't that better than meandering downtown? To learn more about me you can now visit my website! Yes, I finally made one. Lyla and Twitter are great and all but I didn't feel "official" yet. So now you can head on over to: http://www.missnaughtynatalie.com and learn more about me and what I offer. I am quite proud of this site and pulled an all nighter getting it online! I am available all week and my schedule is as follows: Monday: 7-9pm Tuesday: 9am-2pm, 7-9pm Wednesday: 9am-9pm Thursday: 12pm-9pm Friday: 7-9pm Can't wait to see you guys!

I am posting on this thread against my gut feeling....allow me to explain why. I have been an active poster for many years, ( sadly lost 1000 post somewhere along the way). Seems that year by year, we have actually less and less tolerance for other peoples points of view or simply jump on one another for either simple ignorance or even as silly as misspellings! I have witnessed an increased amount of " slamming" or belittling over simple mistakes. Trying to be smarter, wiser or more ethical than the last poster. Even right now.... I was going to post from my phone, but for whatever reason my phone will not show autocorrect, so I am using my laptop. Not that I am stupid or anything but with this post I have learned that if my spelling or grammar is not 100% perfect people will always point out any small mistake I may make! I had not realized that I was supposed to have an English major to post. I find this is unethical, and very distracting to the points I am trying to get across. Seeing backlash for simple errors is not lighting the room in a happy glow. Also, I have witnessed many new Gent's and Ladies who are just trying to learn the ropes, only to get slammed by senior posters that it is a " dumb" question, or what not. These poor souls end up slinking back and afraid to post again for fear of being judged. I have many GF's that feel this way about Lyla ( CERB). And is sad to hear that as this site was always a great way to feel like we belong and not isolated. I feel there is new era, " Dog Eat Dog" as the saying goes, where once we stood together. A person tries to post their views only to be told by a gang of people how stupid they are! I have seen some who have long term memberships say very extreme bulling statements here and yet no one stands against them , it is not reported or challenged cause well it was so and so and anyone who opposes them will get the wrath! This only creates an unhealthy balance of equality for a community such as ours! Where some can get away with what ever they wish as long as it is sugar coated and fluffed with big words , and the straight up comments not nearly as vicious seem to get the wrath. I agree fully that all posts and discussions should be performed in good taste and conscience, and when I see some who are obviously " baiting" another into an argument that can be seen as "hostile" that does not seem fair. It is our human nature to try to defend ourselves when so wrongly misquoted. For these reasons, I simply do not post in any hot topics. We have lost the ability to speak with grace and understanding. Until we do, this site will only continue to become barren:( I do not agree that our new laws are to blame. Who is to say that your not simply posting on your own " date life experience" ? I mean it is not like we ever stated... " when I spend an hour with....and I was unhappy" NO...our ADULT CONVERSATIONS always have been in GENRAL. Advice, topics, questions, have no identity as to whom or when or where. Anyhow, thought I would speak up on this post for this time. But refuse to be "baited" inot yet another drama thread lol.

Thanks to those who have contributed to this thread and it's particularly nice to see some people who used to write some really good posts jumping back in. Like Sophia who has perhaps analyzed this change more than I have, I don't see this as a legal question. Maybe it's as Berlin said that times change and people change and that time is an issue. I do know that I have seen newer members ask a question or make a point to be directed by a long term member to a previous thread. Been there and done that and though I am at least reasonably intelligent I have never yet figured out the search function to any degree of satisfaction so my thoughts are to newer members to ask away, to contribute and to start new discussions. This has always been a truly respectful site to me It's like an adult version of Facebook and those few times that someone has been trolling or disrespectful I simply have ignored and then all seems good. Every single one of us on here, SP or client, has opinions and thoughts and beliefs on a wide range of topics and I think I can say that many of us enjoy reading about the variety of things that make our lives interesting. It's a dull day that one does not learn something new. Without the old Cerb there are a lot of things that I would never have appreciated or known.

My question, since Duffy acquitted on all 31 counts of fraud, breach of trust and bribery, and Vaillancourt laid blame at the Prime Minister's Office, when is the Crown going after Harper, Wright and the others in the PMO at the time And frankly, got to wonder about the competence of the police and Crown Attorneys. With all the investigative resources at their disposal, and they couldn't make even get a guilty conviction on even just one of the thirty one charges. RG

Just wanted to see how people were being greeted for the first time. How a woman greets a man at the door at their first meeting will set the mood of the session. It can either with a hug or a passionate kiss. This will break the ice quickly. Or it can start off awkward with the guy not knowing what to do or is allow. It could be his first time or even her first time. Is it up to the man to make the first move? I assume it is the woman that should initiate how the session starts. Some women don't allow kissing, so how is a guy suppose to know if kissing is allowed, if he hasn't asked. Now if she starts with a passionate kiss then it can be assumed that kissing is allowed. My 2nd encounter opened the door naked, and I'm still seeing her 5 years later lol. Starting off with a hug and kiss is the best way to start. and guiding me to the room by holding my hand is a great way to start. What if the girl who open's the door is not the same one that is in the ad. This happened to me once, but I went ahead with the session, and had regretted it. No chemistry, just mechanical play. I've had some sessions that started with with no words, and just passionate kissing to start. This led to some great passionate sessions with no awkward momements. Some of the women I am still seeing. Just wanted to know if you had any interesting welcomes to talk about. And to the women. How do you generate meet and greet your clients at the door if it is your first time meeting with him?

Despite his public posturing, I think that Ted Cruz has only ever acknowledged one god in his entire life, and that god is Ted Cruz. And to the same degree that he loves himself, he loathes all other human beings. I think he'd do far, far more harm in office than Donald Trump ever could. Donald Trump strikes me as smarter than his current public persona, but not as much smarter as he thinks. His success comes from waving the angry flag of all those who bitterly resent that they once held the cultural center stage, but now find themselves marginalized by new demographics and the erosion of the unearned privilege they took for granted. But the support of a bitter and resentful minority isn't enough to win a general election. Hillary Clinton is too scheming and calculating a candidate for me to get excited about, but she's the best of a bad lot, by a long stretch. Sanders would have been interesting (though I had some reservations), but I think that ship has now sailed. All in all, I'm glad I'm Canadian.

It was a beautiful day on PEI and although Sunday is supposed to be a day of rest I broke the rule and was outside all day in the flower beds. THAT was my way of enjoying and relaxing, sore out of shape muscles and all. AND... tomorrow is opening day of lobster season. I may take the afternoon off tomorrow. Have a feed already planned. :)

Being from PEI I am a tad embarrassed by the entire Mike Duffy affair. After following the trial quite closely it was quite apparent that he would be found not guilty, under the law. It is pretty difficult to break the rules when there are no rules. That being said he is guilty ethically. At confederation there were 60 senators. 20 from Ontario, 20 from Quebec and 20 from the Maritimes. The intent was to give an equity to the regions of Canada regardless of population. In today's Canada it serves no purpose other than being a political trough. It would take a constitutional change which is not easy to do, but it should either be eliminated or senators should be elected and responsible to Canadians.

Having seen CERB transformed to LYLA, I can see there has been very good changes made to the site. Also less good ones... But in all. I would think that eventhough we can't all agree, on all the rules, with the exponential boom of new subscribers, the new laws, the new type of clientele (I have more and more fetish requests...), the censorship, the different tech. difficulties (remember the first times of the chat/ chat box) the new rules on here, in all, LYLA is still respecting its first goal: Keeping service providers and hobbiest well informed and safe in a fun and friendly website. Sure, the new rules have change the face of LYLA (wich will always remain CERB to me), and some will always have a certain difficulties to accept rules, not mentionning a change in them (me being the first one). Also, as service providers, we have the chance of hearing some ex-members justification as why they don't post anymore. But that shall remain beind closed doors... In all, LYLA has changed, as we all did. But even with all those changes,LYLA will always remain my #1 refference for work, but will also remain the first site I log in when I wake up in the morning to start a fresh new day... For all those that remain, I consider myself lucky to have the chance to interact with you...

Indeed... yet when will that be? I'm sure it's frustrating for all of us to be on a 'short leash', so to speak. The question remains, when / if the government chooses to act, will they give the issues at hand a meaningful and introspective examination, or merely a cursory perusal at best? What will the changes be, if any? More to the point, who will be in power when actual real change does occur? Hopefully it is not another Conservative government. I hold out hope that a new court challenge will be launched in the interim and that things change for the better before too much time has passed.
  20. 1 point
Thing is though, I don't think it's been a case of people growing disenchanted with CERB; it's the environment that changed. Apple pies are delicious. But if apples were declared illegal and proclaimed to be the diet of "perverts", you'd probably see a lot fewer people eating apple pies or hanging out on apple pie forums. And those who were still there might adopt guarded language that badly hampered meaningful and spontaneous conversation: - "Hello! I enjoy baked goods that include the flesh of certain types of fruit." - "Hello back! I too sometimes partake of oven-exposed pastries inclusive of fruit-based fillings." Changes to the laws forced limits on free expression, and together those two things changed the nature of the community. But it hasn't died; maybe it's just sleeping. Let's see what happens when the law changes again.

Additional Comments: I have heard that posts like this are a way of circumventing advertising rules. Perhaps a way to test the waters for a new lady? The link is to a picture only, not an ad. This is an incredibly complicated question that depends on a lot of individual factors, as well as what we believe it means to be "physically a woman." If you're asking if it's possible for a trans woman to be consistently read as cis (identifying with the gender they were assigned at birth), even by people who are physically intimate with her, then the answer is yes, absolutely. This isn't true for all trans women, and not all trans women care about or want to be read as cis. Not all trans women are interested in bottom surgery. But it is definitely possible for some trans women. Hormones can have a very dramatic effect on the texture of skin, distribution of body fat, body smells etc. Vaginoplasty and labiaplasty surgical techniques can construct genitals that self-lubricate, are orgasmic, and that you could not tell by look or feel were surgically constructed (and keep in mind that there's a lot of variation in the way that vulvas and vaginas look and feel.) Things like genetics also play a huge role in how hormones influence the expression of typically male or female traits. There are plenty of people who naturally look very androgynous, have very little body and facial hair, fine bone structure, high voices etc. And for people who figure out that they're trans very young, puberty blockers can completely prevent the "wrong" secondary sex characteristics from developing. I think in discussions like these we also need to think very critically about our assumptions about what makes a person a man or a woman. Culturally and socially there are a whole lot of assumptions about these categories - assumptions about biology, never mind things like social roles and expectations - that are just plain inaccurate, and fail to account for normal human variation. Biologically, females produce eggs, males produce sperm. That's it - that's the criteria for an individual being biologically male or female. Things like hormones, secondary sex characteristics, genitals, and even chromosomes do not define our biological sex. While we can say that certain characteristics typically go together, we all fall on a bell curve, and those tail ends of the bell curve are still part of normal human variation. So a few examples: Androgen insensitivity syndrome can result in someone who is genetically XY to develop phenotypically female. They may be assigned female at birth, identify as a woman and never even know that they are XY. Poly cystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) is very common among women and one of the symptoms for many people is growth of facial and body hair that is coarser and darker than is typical for women. While most people will have either XX or XY sex chromosomes, some people are also only born with a single sex chromosome (X or Y) or three or more sex chromosomes (polysomies - for example XXY, XXX, XXXY, XXXXY etc). At birth babies are typically assigned a gender based on the appearance of their genitals, however, a small percentage of people will have ambiguous genitalia at birth. They may have their genitals surgically altered shortly after birth - usually to resemble a typical vulva (not best practice, and often considered a human rights violation), or may grow up with genitals that don't resemble a typical penis or vulva. They may or may not opt for surgical reconstruction as adults and the gender they were assigned at birth may or may not fit their actual gender identity. Beyond biology, we also should think about how the ways we are socialized influence our ideas of who is a man or woman, and what is feminine. Largely, western ideas of femininity and beauty are strongly constructed around white European phenotypes, cultures, and beliefs about class. It's not just trans women whose womanhood and femininity is constantly challenged, but also women of colour, most notably black women (see all of the awful comments about the Williams sisters' bodies as a prominent example.) These messages about what constitutes valid and real femininity are everywhere and deeply ingrained in our cultures. We are not at fault for internalizing them but I do believe it behooves us to look critically about how these ideas are influenced by things like racism and classism, how they are built on false beliefs about biology, and how these ideas harm and constrain us all. Trans women often bear the most severe consequences - discrimination and violence - of these narrow definitions of who is a man or woman, and what is acceptable femininity, but all women and men are impacted negatively by them. If you've ever felt insecure about your masculinity it's these very ideas at play, and you too would benefit from us collectively reexamining them.

I have worked as an MA and SP. However, for the MA donations, I found that I was being asked for more and more - without the extra donation that should go along with it. In my opinion, if you want the more intimate activities - see an sp who is trained in massage. One of the main reasons I no longer advertise MA services - even though I do provide them, it seems that everyone wants the full deal without the donation. If I am going to provide a service that has any type of health risk, I expect to be paid fully for it. Kissing has some basic risks.

I have done a lot of videography (concert, events) & DVD/Bluray production for 10+ years. This type of video isn't my specialty but I would say stay away from doing it yourself using you cell phone even if you have an Iphone 6/Galaxy 6/7. Most good cameras shoot good HD video and are readily accessible - even if you rent form Henrys. IMO invest in getting good photos done first to go along with a website then move onto quick videos. I certainly think videos can capture personality better in general but videos with poor production values can be a real turn off. I think it is possible to do it yourself with right equipment and if you had a suitable environment with optimal lighting. I probably use 5 different video editors in the course of a week but software that'll do the job can be purchased in the $100 range. As Anna says video editing is more involved than editing photos ( photographers now will be sending me nasty messages! ;)) but software does help if video properly shot in first place. Video is not to the stage where clients need to see but its a good way to stand out

Well, as someone mentioned in this thread, to exceptionally try to fix something on your car, or in your house in the case that you have nothing else to attach 2 pipes together (probably a super bad advice?). To attach something (your imagination can extend to other "things"), and as seen in many gangster movies, put them on your head so that it distorts your face and people do not recognize you when you rob a bank. Well, it is not a suggestion to rob a bank. Don't do it! But their best use remains on legs, of course ;-)

I once had someone who called me. He kept saying he could not access my website. It turns out - the "you must be over 18", was his issue. He could not seem to understand that he had to hit submit. Yes, he was in the "before computers generation". However, it does seem that there is a generation who feels the "I want to know now, don't want to read, don't want to click the links", seems to think that they can just send a text with "hey, u there, wats up". They find the phone number, look at the pictures, and that's it. They just stop reading, and send off a text. I've even had some ask specific questions, to which I ask "have you read my (insert specific page) on my website?", and they reply "no". So I ask them to go back and read it, and they come back with the same question they asked originally. The only way to reach my phone number is via my website or my profile page. I don't post it on my ads. So, they know how to click a link to get my website, but get lazy once they find my phone number. I'm not sure if it because they can't read, but I suspect they are lazy. The instant gratification generation.

A lover may make you feel weak in the knees, but have they ever made you pass out? Orgasmic syncope, that is, fainting during sex, can occur when the tension that builds up during sex is released during orgasm. The sudden and dramatic drop in heart rate and blood pressure can cause the brain to not get enough oxygen, which leads to fainting. Fortunately, orgasmic syncope is rare and usually harmless! It never happened to me, or at least there was never a lady that told me after I have awakened beside her while naked. If I did pass out after I had an orgasm ladies can you please let me know?
