4 pointsI believe as a result of the new laws and the restrictions of what we can discuss here put a damper on things. Also it seems some long time regular posters fell of the grid and there has been a lack of stimulating discussion. I am glad to see mrrnice steering the boat to get us back on track. Now if only we can get Old Dog, Phaedrus, Lee Richards et al to bring back some humour like the Fat Bastards thread, I think that would be awesome.

3 pointsI wonder if everyone has their own little slice of heaven? For me here in rural PEI I know that I do. It's pretty crazy now that my kids have all left home for other provinces and my wife has passed away that I keep this property. I have the pretty stereotypical PEI home - a huge old farmhouse that I constantly renovate, 15 acres that a neighbor uses to plant in grain or soybeans, a lovely garden plot, a huge perennial bed, strawberries, raspberries and blueberries, and big old shade trees that are pretty handy in summer weather. Hummingbirds have adopted my place as well and I have the biggest bonfires without worrying about regulations. The list can go on and on. I'm not going anywhere. If you want to stop in for a visit, just ask. :) What's your piece of heaven?

3 pointsMaybe try a Thursday or Friday night. Find a place at the bar near the draft beer taps. The girls always walk by eventually - just catch their eye. Some hang out on the stools near the water jugs. Start up a conversation with one who strikes your fancy. Let us know when you give Barb's another chance. Good luck.

2 pointsMissing in Action People who have been members here for a while know who it is that I am talking about. I myself plead guilty as I have posted very little in the past six months or more. CERB or now LYLA was a place that I used to log into every morning with my coffee, and then again multiple times daily. Now I have become complacent and truthfully rather bored. I know now and always have known the basic premise of what this site was about but it used to be a place where one could engage in good discussions on all sorts of things, both inside and outside of the sex industry. I miss those discussions a lot. I will not even begin to name the people who have stopped contributing to discussions here, but men and women members alike who are intelligent, well spoken, humorous, and who contributed ever so much more to this site than what I see here now, I miss you.

2 pointsWhaaat? Just go to the last page (one click) and scroll down to the last post. I usually log on at least once daily and I double click on the threads to mark them as all read unless I wish to read what has been added since my last login. I tend to ignore the 'last purchase, next purchase, what you're doing, ABC's, underwear colour, story games, things that suck, etc.' threads - especially when someone has recently posted in each and every one of them. I do view and appreciate the visual contributions provided by Notch Johnson, Cato, Touch and many other in the best bums, fripples, RHAG and other similar threads. C-36 hasn't influenced me in any way but I'm not exactly a thread initiator though I will comment on any thread I find useful and interesting.

1 pointWhat can i say about this lovely woman... other them holly hell, i need more money! lol She had me from the time she walked in the room. I knew she would be gorgeous, but had no idea just how gorgeous. When i clicked the model looks button... I was looking for something that would better describe her... Angel seems to fit the best. She entered the room dressed as a sexy secretary, that i would love to have btw. Sexy vest and blouse, with a lovely skirt. We spoke for a little bit, flirted for a little bit, she batted those big beautiful eyes at me and i was lost. I'm sure on my way to the table i almost fell when she wasn't looking. The conversation was great, i learnt a lot about her, shes very interesting and easy to talk to. Conversationalist to say the least. She gave me probably the best massage I've had at paradise thus far, and believe me, it will be tough to beat. Throughout the entire session, we kept the conversation light but interesting, but i have to admit, it was hard to concentrate at certain points or the massage. When it was time for the flip, she continued massaging my chest and legs, and the body slides... omg the body slides... They were like nothing I have ever experienced before. I would repeat just to have those body slides alone. The finish as always is private, but it was one of the most memorable moments since I've been a hobbyist. If i had an unlimited budget, i would be there every day she works. We clicked so well and had such a great time, i cant wait to repeat! See you soon Sabrina! Zoro

1 pointI don't really have a place that I consider my slice of heaven but I know that when I am able to reconnect with my daughter who I lost a number of years ago through participating in activities that I know would be near and dear to her heart then I feel closest to heaven.

1 pointIt's not just this forum. I belong to other forums that have seen a decline in activity since about 2013. With Twitter and Facebook people have many other options to stay in contact with others online.

1 pointIn an attempt to save the Americans from themselves possibly we should establish that we'll only accept as may American refugees as The Donald accepts Mexican and Muslim immigrants.... Many Muslims from our Ottawa mosques have been very active raising money/support for the Fort McMurray refugees.

1 pointWell as I have said before, "It might be funny, but it ain't no joke." Trump now has the nomination and if I were a Democrat I would be advising to take him seriously. The prevailing anti-establishment attitude is a power that is growing and it's happening between Clinton and Sanders now. I think Canada may have to get ready for a wave of US immigration after we look at his list of nominees for the Supreme Court vacancy. I can hardly believe that in this day and time there are powerful judges who are ready to make abortion illegal and classify the LGBT community is the same light as pedophiles. That's what a Trump will bring. There is still a long time until election day so it will be interesting to see if Trump's supporters will stay with him as he moves more in line with establishment policies and backs off on some of his proposed policies. For me, Hillary is the lesser of two evils.

1 pointIf you are near Banff and Lake Louise you should check out Moraine Lake. The turnoff is on the road to Lake Louise. Moraine Lake is far nicer and less touristy. The Burgess Shale is nearby in Field, right on the border between BC and Alberta. You can go on guided hikes but they are tough! The Burgess Shale is one of the most important fossil discoveries of all time. For any kind of science geek it is a true must see.

1 pointIf you haven't done so yet, drive up island. Go to Long Beach, Tofino, Ucluelet. See some whales, check out that big park there. http://www.longbeachmaps.com Further north, you'll be able to stop for fresh (i mean right out of the water) oysters around Fanny Bay, then in the Comox Valley could probably go up to Forbidden Plateau area and check out the glacier there? People hike on the other side of the mountain, also can't remember what that is called lol. http://www.keira-anne.com/2009/09/01/island-profile-forbidden-plateau/ Between Fanny bay and there, you could hop 2 ferries and get to Hornby Island, and go to the rather interesting Tribune Bay http://hornbyisland.com/discover-hornby/beaches-parks/

1 pointI got the best responses by wearing whatever made me feel confident and attractive. I assume it's all in how you are projecting yourself as a person more than just what you are wearing. Although yoga pants and sheer summer dresses help a lot :3

1 pointI am posting on this thread against my gut feeling....allow me to explain why. I have been an active poster for many years, ( sadly lost 1000 post somewhere along the way). Seems that year by year, we have actually less and less tolerance for other peoples points of view or simply jump on one another for either simple ignorance or even as silly as misspellings! I have witnessed an increased amount of " slamming" or belittling over simple mistakes. Trying to be smarter, wiser or more ethical than the last poster. Even right now.... I was going to post from my phone, but for whatever reason my phone will not show autocorrect, so I am using my laptop. Not that I am stupid or anything but with this post I have learned that if my spelling or grammar is not 100% perfect people will always point out any small mistake I may make! I had not realized that I was supposed to have an English major to post. I find this is unethical, and very distracting to the points I am trying to get across. Seeing backlash for simple errors is not lighting the room in a happy glow. Also, I have witnessed many new Gent's and Ladies who are just trying to learn the ropes, only to get slammed by senior posters that it is a " dumb" question, or what not. These poor souls end up slinking back and afraid to post again for fear of being judged. I have many GF's that feel this way about Lyla ( CERB). And is sad to hear that as this site was always a great way to feel like we belong and not isolated. I feel there is new era, " Dog Eat Dog" as the saying goes, where once we stood together. A person tries to post their views only to be told by a gang of people how stupid they are! I have seen some who have long term memberships say very extreme bulling statements here and yet no one stands against them , it is not reported or challenged cause well it was so and so and anyone who opposes them will get the wrath! This only creates an unhealthy balance of equality for a community such as ours! Where some can get away with what ever they wish as long as it is sugar coated and fluffed with big words , and the straight up comments not nearly as vicious seem to get the wrath. I agree fully that all posts and discussions should be performed in good taste and conscience, and when I see some who are obviously " baiting" another into an argument that can be seen as "hostile" that does not seem fair. It is our human nature to try to defend ourselves when so wrongly misquoted. For these reasons, I simply do not post in any hot topics. We have lost the ability to speak with grace and understanding. Until we do, this site will only continue to become barren:( I do not agree that our new laws are to blame. Who is to say that your not simply posting on your own " date life experience" ? I mean it is not like we ever stated... " when I spend an hour with....and I was unhappy" NO...our ADULT CONVERSATIONS always have been in GENRAL. Advice, topics, questions, have no identity as to whom or when or where. Anyhow, thought I would speak up on this post for this time. But refuse to be "baited" inot yet another drama thread lol.
