So - the short answer you are looking for. It is illegal to purchase any sexual service. No ifs, ands or buts about this. Whether it is in private, or public - the new law made this very clear. If you want to stay safe, see ladies who advertise time and companionship only. Do not ask them what is included in this time together. View the recommendations, ask your fellow hobbyists. If you do see someone, and want to share your experience, keep the details private. At the end of the day - if you still have questions, I would suggest you speak with a lawyer. You are ignoring the 'communicates for the purpose of' part. This means that only talking about it is indeed a crime, provided what you are talking about is a specific dollar amount for a specific sexual service. That is why many ads and many sps only give you information about a specific amount for a specific amount of time. side note, they are using 'consideration' not 'money' because they want to also make things like trading services, trading goods or trading accomodation also part of being a crime.

This is my take. In the US, they use the term "experience" quite often. However, you will notice, they do not identify what is included in this experience. There are standards that are generally expected to be included in order to classify this particular experience. However, it is not spelled out and can vary depending on the provider. So, if I were a hobbyist, I personally would stay away from someone that actually spells it out. Yes they do exist. Most therapists have specialities - i.e. addictions counselling, marriage counselling, child counselling. So, you would want to look for someone who is sex positive and has an understanding on what you are looking for. Yes, at times clients indeed get caught up in life; those clients often apologize and have valid reasons e.t.c. That's life. It happens with Sp's, myself included too. I was not talking about that. I was talking about the clients who go out of their way to harass ladies in general, which happens frequently. I felt as though the content of my comment made that clear, as I did specifically mention those who re-created emails and phone numbers to fake book and harass Sp's. I do see how I made an error though. I expressed my distaste for this behaviour on a thread with another ladies problem with a potential client. Perhaps that was not the best thing to do, and I can see how it looked like I was lashing at clients for cancelling. That was not my intention and I apologize if people felt I was doing so. I hope this clarifies things. And yes, I do firmly believe that if you harass someone at work and constantly go out of your way to create fake numbers and emails, especially over the age of 20 you do have emotional or developmental problems that should be sorted out. It depends entirely on the services. Paying for sexual services in Canada is illegal, however, the city of Winnipeg licenses body rub parlours and practitioners. The bylaws require everyone to be over 18, but forbid nudity and forbid signage and advertisements that suggest that sexual or nude "entertainment" might happen on the premises. So what happens during the session may or may not be illegal, depending on whether it is a "sexual" service or not. However, are you putting yourself at risk by going to a body rub parlour? Depends on a lot of factors, such as whether or not they're licensed, whether or not there are community complaints about the place, whether or not there's concerns about human trafficking or undocumented migrant labour happening at the location (obviously not the same thing but very often conflated, particularly in sexual contexts), your own behaviour (disruptive or discreet), and a variety of other factors. I find when people attach their name to things, they take responsibility for what they say as compared to an alias or as an anon. The internet has given a lot of opinion power to anyone with a device and I know I personally have seen my fair share of lies disguised as fact, stigma, hate, stupidity etc. under the anonymous voice. Unfortunately it's one of those situations where it's black or white, allowed or not but at least people can make the decision on what to pay attention to. I like the option where you can post as anon as long as you have an account with whatever source where you provide real details. This way, even though you are posting anon, if you abuse it, you can be blocked, banned etc. I don't agree with anonymous free for all's but there are times and places for it especially with the new "right" people feel they have to offer an opinion. I think it's a good thing for legitimate business, publications etc. as they have the ability to maintain some control over both the flavor and the attitude towards their product. Even with a disclaimer that "not all opinions expressed are supported by this source" they are judged by what they allow to be said and published. If they are anon, there is no way to track or ban without a lot of legalese. Sure, the comments can be deleted but that's a lot of manpower and attention to keep up with for major sources. I think a lot of places changed their policies because they got burnt in some way. I see and understand both sides.

I used to work for Mirage and as far as agencies go they are excellent. I've worked with some quality girls during my time there, and the main phone girl is simply a delight. These are red flags, and you need to be aware. BP and craigslist are the places that seem to be used to advertise them - not that everyone that uses these sites are - its just that they don't last long on this board, as it is a tight nit group watching out for each other. It is legal for providers to sell their services - it is illegal for clients to purchase them. Therein lies the quandry. Most providers no longer advertise their specific services and sell time blocks only. I.E. 1 hour Companionship. Gone are the days where we could specify what we provide due to various parts of the law. You will notice the legitimate providers do not ask you over the phone or via written communication what you would like to do in the time period (specific services). Follow their lead. If it is a sting - LE will ask you what you want for the money - if you don't identify specifically what you want, they will continue to ask you until you say I want $x for oxo. Just don't do it. Don't ever contact a lady and ask if oxo is included in the time together - you have just solicitated a service, which is against the law. Time and companionship. So far, as from what I have seen, it seems that most clients if caught in a sting are sent to John School. How long is a piece of string? Probably depends on which police force in involved, what their policies are, and what he was doing at the time and who with. If you're seeing a consenting adult the chances of getting caught are vanishingly small. As soon as you start to involve anyone who's unwilling or coerced, or underage, then the chances of getting caught go up (because that's what the police tend to focus on, for obvious reasons) and I'd imagine the consequences would, too.

Depends on the lady's booking protocol. If she specifies you must have one, she probably won't book you from a blocked number or pay phone or computer generated app. I have a few clients who booked from their home numbers or work numbers (including extension) and upon first meeting then were required to call me from a pay phone close by my house so I knew they were serious. In my experience most clients who tell me they don't have a cell phone either don't want me to see their number for "privacy reasons" which is fair if all they have is a company cell that keeps track of numbers for billing. But if they are not willing to provide a work or home number, I do not proceed with booking. My reasoning is if you have my number and ultimately my location, the least you can do is provide me with a number I can verify. Any reputable lady will not use that information to cause the client grief. I believe it is the absolute minimum in screening one can reasonably expect. There are some provided who book from blocked numbers or pay phones or even email without a number. I suggest you don't try and circumvent a lady's booking protocol if she requires a cell phone as listed in her ad or website. To do so will surely get you shot down.
