It is probably no coincidence when I look back that my last post on here was on election day in the United States. Yes I am Canadian but the result of that election put me into a tailspin. Today I have to dump this off of my shoulders even if only for me and if not a single person reads it or replies. My personal therapy. Where to start. The election result itself is very distressing. I know that many people did not bother to vote and I know that Hillary won the popular vote by close to 3 000 000 but I also know that millions upon millions of our American neighbors did vote for him. Whether it was because of desperate financial situations, or it was a total disgust with the political norm and politicians or that many people are or can just ignore misogynist and racist behavior or who knows what, millions of people consciously chose Donald Trump. As months have gone by since his election and now only days have gone by since his inauguration, my profound concerns about the United States and Canada and the world grow. They say that a little knowledge is a dangerous thing but I am a very amateur historian with my primary interest being that of the rise of Hitler and Fascism in the 1930's. I know, I know, so may are saying that this is different. Well I hope that you are correct. Never again? Well, here we are. Lies repeated so often that they become truth, suppression of the press, selecting a group for the people to focus their hatred on, nationalism in the sense of everybody has done wrong by us, insulting other nations, sending refugees back home and on and on there are so many similarities. Fascism by any name. Prime Minister Trudeau has been one of the first world leaders to stand up for human dignity. I know that we cannot save everyone, we can't, but we can at least say that we will do what we can. We will not say the hell with them as the Americans have done. His father when he was Prime Minister had the quote about sleeping beside an elephant. It was true then and equally true now, but regardless I believe that Prime Minister Trudeau should not visit Washington nor invite Mr. Trump here. If Trump visits I will be there with my sign. In Canada we did good. Harper is gone and was sent packing with his tail between his legs. It's looking like the Conservatives are going to replace him with our own Trump, our own extreme right wing evangelical with Kelly Leitch or Kevin, O'leary. I hope not but if we do, remember that at the next election. Back to the initial topic. Where will things go from here? Isn't it crazy or ironic that for the first time ever an elected politician is doing exactly what he promised to do. Having Steve Bannon in the White House while removing the military and intelligence agencies from the inner circle cannot end well. The question is ultimately and I fear sooner rather than later, whether American police and troops will fire on their own people or not. I can see their own Tienanmen Square. In Trumps words, "Sad." To end on a really positive note, I felt really good the day after the inauguration with the women's marches not only all across the United States but all over the world. May all of this be wrong, but i am fearful. See you in Ottawa with your signs. It's good to back. MN2

I was going to post this in the DANCERS AND DEVOTEES social group, but felt it needed a larger audience. These aren't rules so much as they are guidelines. I'm going to point out a few truths (as I know them) and list some things that might make your exotic dance experience a bit better. Some of this may be a revelation and break down that barrier of fantasy. It shouldn't be. I'm about to destroy some walls with knowledge bombs. Put on your safety helmet and goggles because this is going to be a bumpy ride. I'm not trying to start a war with patrons on one side and dancers on the other, snarling at each other over twenty dollar bills. I've just seen and heard too many stories about bad things happening that could have easily been resolved or even avoided altogether with a little forethought or advance information. Some of these nuggets are things that should be obvious. Others are just things that I've found work for me. Still others are gathered from stories I've heard from other dancers. This is the most important piece of information you will read: The girls are not there to find a new boyfriend or relationship. They just aren't. They're there to make money. More specifically, they're there to earn YOUR money. Now, it isn't as crass and commercial as that, but they're at work. It isn't a sorority pillow fight where everyone gets along and they smile and giggle behind their hands coquettishly. Neither should you feel like an ATM. There is a middle ground there where civil conversation can lead to some fun for you and cash for her; an equitable arrangement. We all love the fantasy where you walk into a club and every woman in the place notices you and immediately wants you. They fight over who gets to buy you a beer and sit next to you, enraptured by your conversation and dizzy with the thought of being the one you choose to dance for them. Yeah. Sure. Look at it from her POV. She got to work at 11:30 and had to dance for an empty club. Then one guy came in and sat alone in the back, nursing a beer. He could use a shower and a shave. He's 10/20/30/40/+ years older than she. Her feet hurt from those stupid shoes and she's cold because the heating isn't keeping up with the weather. She goes to talk to him, hoping that he doesn't smell like beef and cheese and might give her 3 dances. She doesn't have a lot of hope, but has to pay her DJ fee. Please make an effort. Sure, sometimes you make a quick decision to stop in and have a beer and see some titties and your personal hygiene may not be at its peak. At least be polite, respectful, and a little bit interesting. Don't make her do all the work. Don't play games. Don't try to manipulate the girls socially or moralistically, through blackmail or coercion, or in any other way to try to gain advantage. This is real life and that's a real person you're talking to, with real feelings and real problems of her own. Don't try to negotiate with her. You're creating a disruptive scenario that affects everyone around you: the other dancers and patrons. You know the price. Pay the price. You came in to get a beer and a lap dance. Open your wallet and those things will just fall right out. It is bad form to waste anyone's time. If a dancer asks to sit with you, she is not offering to start a conversation because she's bored. She wants to create a short-term bond so that you'll hopefully feel like spending money on her. Even if it ends up being guilt for wasting so much of her time, her goal is to get you in the back room. It's better for everyone if that starts off on a good note. If you don't have any money to spend on her, or she isn't your type, or you're waiting for someone specific, or you just want to be alone ... let her know up front. She may decide to spend time with you anyway, banking that time for the next night you drop in. I like to tell a dancer up front if I DO plan to spend money on her. It makes conversation much easier. If I'm taking too long, she will find it easier to push me into the back. If you spend an hour chatting up a girl and then tell her that you have to go or don't want to spend on her right now, you may have just cost her a hundred dollars from another patron. Don't be a dick. Okay, you might not know that up front and that's fair. Let her know if you can. You are certainly welcome to sit at your table and pay too much for drinks and watch the ladies dance without paying a single one of them for anything. Nobody likes it, though. You've created a NO FLY zone around your table that may affect other patrons. It's certainly possible to make friends with dancers. They are a captive and very motivated audience. They have incentive to agree with you and carry on a civil conversation. They want you to think that they want to be your friend. In some cases, this means lying or ignoring truths. They may care nothing about sports or your new car or your failing marriage. Their profession is to be friendly, and sometimes compromises are made to achieve that end. However, if you are honest and show interest in your companion's views and look them in the goddamn eyes once in a while and are a decent human being, you can certainly make friends. Probably not the kind of friends who will help you move, but at least you'll get an honest smile out of them when they see you. This isn't always the case, but it is certainly possible. Lord knows I've had some awful conversations with people I just know socially and put up with them for my own reasons. STRIPPERS ARE ACTUALLY PEOPLE! I know that's hard to accept. They exist outside the club. They have lives that don't include you. In fact, they probably don't even think about you until the next time they see you. They don't sit at home thinking about how to please you or wondering what you're doing right now. I know that this will shatter some illusions, but the truth is a bitter pill to swallow. Take 5 minutes and think about it. They have family, rent, car payments, friends, responsibilities, interests, loves, hates, and everything else that you do. They don't evaporate in a puff of smoke the second you leave. Some guys get completely obsessed with a particular dancer, and that's great for her because he is going to go out of his way to spend money on her. The problem is that he will monopolize that girl completely if they are both in the club, being so jealous that he can't stand to see her with anyone else. This is unhealthy. If he thinks she's faithful to him after he walks out the door, there's a shock coming. Don't be that guy. I have a few regulars who like to spend time with me, just talking. I used to be a dancer, so I'm trained to scan the room. If I spot a guy in her rearview who is scoping her hard, I'll let her know. He may be a new client or another regular. She'll invariably get up to walk the floor and see if he's worthy of her time. Most of the time I lose a pretty companion for a while, but she'll be back or another one will come along. If you're friendly and personable, it isn't any trouble at all to attract someone to your table. Smile, for Christ's sake. Most of the time, that's all it takes to get a pretty young thing to come over. Show a little interest. Or, you know, get up and ask her. Do you feel bad because you've been rejected by women a lot? Like, you've asked 10 women on dates and they all said no? Multiply that by 10x EVERY DAY, and you'll begin to understand what it's like to dance for a living. Sure, they're all extremely attractive and you feel that they shouldn't feel as bad about it as you do, but the fact is that rejection is a huge part of being a dancer. Be kind, and mindful of the girls at work. If she says no, she means no. Not a playful yes. Not maybe. Hard no. That means stop. Stop doing what you're doing, whether it's trying to cajole her into a dance when she really doesn't want to, or doing something that she really feels uncomfortable with. If you're the kind of guy who doesn't accept no as no, you're a terrible human being and you must be stopped. Let's have the ugly talk. Some girls perform what are called 'extras'. I don't want to talk about that, because it's against the club rules and against the law (and I have no experience with it). If you go into a club and EXPECT a dancer to give this level of service, you're looking for trouble. It can be a real insult to ask for something that they won't (and lets face it, SHOULDN'T) do. I can't blame them. Don't expect to get ANY level of service after that. You may get blackballed for the rest of your stay, or longer. There is a place for that, and it isn't a strip club. I like to get the most for my money no matter where I go, no matter what I do. The same is true at a peeler bar. However, there are certain things to keep in mind. The waitress/barkeep/shooter girl wants a tip. Yes, you're paying a lot for your drinks already. Tip your server well and they'll remember you. Not everything can be measured by an immediate return on investment. When you walk into the club and the waitress remembers you and comes over with your drink without you asking, you're saving time. Most girls won't approach until you at least have a drink in front of you. I don't believe in tipping. I believe in OVERtipping. I try to give a decent amount every time I order. I also believe in over counting of songs. Was that 5? Yes? I counted 6. Not always, but I'm generous like that some days. Whatever you want to call it, it isn't getting the most for your money. However, that shouldn't be the only way you measure your fun. If you manage to convince a girl to spend some time in private with you, show her some basic respect. Sure, she is likely going to get completely naked for you very soon, but you're not an animal. I'd say to treat her like your sister, but that seems wrong somehow. You know the rules. You know what is allowed and what isn't. If not, ask for a refresher. If I'm with a lady I don't know yet, I like to inform her that I obey the club rules. This is a sure sign of respect and helps to build trust. Whatever happens after that is between you two (or three, or more). I'm not going to police how you behave. I will tell you that every girl I know trusts and respects me because of my behaviour. They're GLAD to see me. You don't have to get it all done in one song. If you do, you probably won't be approached or accepted again. Remember, just because you wave money at them doesn't mean that they have to take it. Don't get upset if the dancer you are with doesn't perform to your particular desires. She may move slowly, or quickly. She may not want to kiss you. She may not rub your little man through your slacks. She may not remove her panties for a number of reasons. Nothing in life is guaranteed. If you have a question or concern, mention it to her. If that doesn't change anything, you are free to curtail your activities, pay for your time and try again with someone else. Don't throw a fit. Don't scream. Don't refuse to pay. Don't be a dick. Drinks don't pay the rent. Having to take your clothes off in front of a room of relative strangers might require a little liquid courage to get you going. However, if all you plan to do is talk to a girl and buy her drinks all night, she's going home from work drunk, and broke. Offer to buy her a drink or a shot (or two) if you're having a good time, but for god's sake take the poor girl to the champagne room and spend some money on her ass. You can always keep a record of your activities. That way you'd have a better way to keep track of which girls you felt you had the best experience with. It's a bit embarassing to have a conversation with a young woman who seems to know everything about you, who you can't remember. It's actually an interesting conversation tool to have to pull out your notebook/phone and check your notes. A dancer, like anyone else, may have a particular type of person that they like. It may not be you. Remember that they have to be friendly with just about anyone who comes through the door. 18 years old, or 88 years old. Fat, slim, short, tall, beardy, moustached, bald, long hair, ugly, baby-faced, manly-kilt or just regular-Nancy-boy-pants wearing. The odds are against her dreaming about making passionate love to you, but she will likely be friendly enough for your needs at the moment. Just go into the exchange with your eyes open and your chance of happiness will be much higher. And to the ladies, I'm sorry if this ruined a few crushes, but it may reduce the number of creepy encounters.

With Trump's lack of diplomacy, you can be certain this will ignite a war. He makes cowboy George W. Bush look like a choir boy. He was an idiot but at least his family had an extensive history in politics with experience to boot. This current clown has none. The fact that he has already begun to deliver on what he promised he would do such as eliminating NAFTA and his immigration ban, you know his ego has something to prove. This isn't about what's good for the United States but what's good for his idea of control and power. Running a country isn't like real estate deals. Of course, his immigration ban doesn't include countries he does business with. His arrogance will eventually trip him up. It always does with narcissists. My prediction is it will be something to do with his businesses, therefore setting in motion the ability to impeach him.

As others said, the board should remain unique as is it now. The only thing I've noticed is a decline in participation on lyla since end of 2014. A lot of people have left after the board changed because of the new laws. I understand why the owners had to protect themselves but the laws have changed things with censorship of words. That was the feedback given back to me from the clients I had met from here. They wanted to read reviews that were positive but with more details given. I'm not sure how it could be done but I remember Lyla a few years ago and there was a great community spirit along with participation. If this site were to become just like the others or an "us v.s. them type of mentality then it's goodbye for me. There are other boards out there like that already and we don't need another one. We need to keep Lyla a place where everyone feels welcome.

There are already many review sites out there, most of which I choose not to participate on, but that is my preference. Although I understand that from a business perspective, there may be some short term gains from opening up the rules in terms of attracting more advertisers, I think the loss of differentiation that you have built will be a detriment to the site in the long run. The site would become just one of many voices fighting for the exact same audience. The few times I have checked out other sites, I have come across people badmouthing this site. (Normally from people who have been kicked off of this site I'm guessing.) I always shake my head at this. Why do you want this site to be exactly like the one you are on? You already have that site. What's wrong with a different option with different rules that attracts different people? Why does one format have to be 'better' than the other? What's wrong with being different? I think a lot of the ladies would be the first to leave here. Why would they stay in a place that allows people to badmouth them? I wouldn't. Once they leave, most of the discussions will revert mainly to just that. Badmouthing others. Most of the regulars here will drift away next. (Those of us who enjoy the civility of the site.) Basically you are left with building a review site almost from the ground up, as you have lost most of the traffic you have built already. In short, I think that there is room for both types of sites in this market, and this site has a leading position in 'recommendation only' segment. It would be a shame to see that thrown away to become one of the many, when it is a leader in its own segment.

This is the only Canadian escort recommendation site I feel comfortable and safe on. That is both clean and respectful of everyone. If the future owners change the current friendly atmosphere of the site, I will probably drop out completely from following and participating in the hobby. This is the only social media type site I have ever stuck with --- that is saying a lot. I am still hopeful that the liberal government will correct the last government's blunder regarding this profession.

I'm not sure if many of you know about the particulars of strip clubs but many of them tend to have a Black Girl Rule. A Black Girl Rule is basically the cap they put on how many woman of colour are allowed to work in an establishment. ( usually 5) There is no white Girl Rule and that is made very clear. There's something about this Rule that makes me feel as if we're in the mid 1900's. I had called the club I normally work at and asked if I could come in early ( I start at 6 ) however there is a friend of mine on here that I wanted to see and could make it in at 2:00. I asked if I could come in early and the response was we're full and have no room for black girls. However, a "white girl" does not have to call in as they will never be too full. Why should I feel sad, guilty for being who I am ? It really hit me today. Racism sucks! What are your thoughts on this ? Shouldn't we all be equal? I mean we are in Canada shouldn't I have an equal opportunity to work? Please I'd love to hear your inputs and thoughts on this touchy subject

Everyone knows that as a Scotsman I love redheads! So when I found out that Daisy had recently gone independent, I jumped at the change to see her. After a bit of chatting back and forth, we managed to sort things out and get together. Since it was later in the evening, we headed out for bite to eat first and then back to my place to enjoy dessert. ;) Daisy is just a fantastic person! The ease of conversation and mutual attraction to one another, led to an absolutely spectacular evening! She's sexy, outgoing, playful, with stunning looks and a wild side that will leave you smiling. :) I'll have her over again without question. I don't participate as much as I used to in the hobby, but Daisy is worth repeating with!

It's been a very long time since I had an experience that exceeded my expectations. Vanessa is a bright and friendly young woman in her early 20's. She has a remarkably beautiful face. One could just sit back and admire every detail. Eyes so dark you can see your reflection, lips plump and soft, smile dimples...I could go on! She has a very beautifully curved body with a tiny waist. Her skin is tight, tanned and flawless. I won't go into detail about her services and fee, but it should suffice to say that I would repeat!! A rare opportunity for those seeking that one of a kind experience with an extraordinary woman. A gfe experience I won't soon forget!!

In the sex work industry, I find a lot of places like agencies, strip clubs etc, 100% DO have a cap on black women and it's honestly disgusting. These owners convince themselves black girls won't make money, so they won't put any on, and then use THAT (not letting black girls work)as "proof" that black girls don't make money. I think it's grossly unfair and I hope more businesses open up that realise they're only really hurting themselves by putting a cap on the black girls they hire! It's just like that odd "no blacks" rule some girls have on clients... I have never seen, EVER, "no whites", but "no blacks" is plastered all over BP? Both these situations are just examples of the open racism in the industry and I'm really sorry you had to experience that :(.

Godwin's Law, also known as "reductio ad Hitlerum" postulates that any online discussion, if it goes on long enough, will ultimately end up with comparisons to Hitler and Naxism as a basis to invalidate whatever is being criticized. This is yet another Trump discussion that got there really fast. Respectfully, it's not a helpful argument for anything. As I understand the executive order that everyone is losing their minds about, it put a temporary stay in place for 90 days while a program is implemented for improved vetting for individuals arriving from those countries. Of the over 300,000 people traveling to the U.S. every day, apparently somewhere (as reported by the U.S. media) around 300 individuals where put in a very difficult situation as they were in transit when it happened, and that should not have happened. But that is being addressed now. It affects people arriving from seven countries; over 40 countries that are predominantly Muslim are not affected. Trump is (a rarity for politicians) doing exactly what he said he would do.

I'm no business man, simply a hobbyist who really appreciates how lyla operates now. No doubt the future owners will need to follow their own business plan but I have to hope there's some benefit in carving out a unique market like lyla and not going head to head with BP and CL. Hoping to get plenty of warning of significant impending changes in order to update my black book with all the contact info of the lovely lyla ladies I appreciate and respect. This is a great community but I understand if the business model needs to change.

Went to Barb's a few times this week after a long absence. Thankfully there are some new (to me anyway) girls that are totally my cup of tea. Bianca was HOT and friendly, even hotter in the CR with her roaming hands. Carmen and Becky were both fantastic in the CR. They both have this genuine girl next door feel to them. Carmen with her flirty eyes, wicked smile and that perfect body ... watch out for that gentlemen. I still can't get her out of my mind. Sent from my LG-D852 using Tapatalk

I had the pleasure of meeting Harley recently, the Uber-hot, Russian born platinum blonde with the distinctive sleeve tattoo.I took her for a dance but have to say the part I liked best was just having Harley curled up next to me on the bench seat, looking so hot like a Viking warrior-goddess chick, I mean, this girl is arm-candy to the extreme, and the way she just gently caressed me as we watched the stage show , a girlfriend experience that really warmed this old hillbilly's heart...ahh the simple pleasures..

From a logical, sales-driven point of view, you're right, it doesn't make sense. But it happens time and time again. In some cases, it's a prior relationship or even one encounter that makes the dancer feel it's worthwhile to stick around. What's important to keep in mind is that what each dancer considers to be "worthwhile" can vary immensely. Some patrons can also be very possessive, getting angry if they see their favourite dancer even speak to other patrons. If they spend enough to make it "worthwhile," some dancers are happy to entertain that. Other reasons to sit for ages without going to the CR include getting tipped for her time on the floor, wanting free drinks, enjoying the patron's company, or simply not closing the sale. Some dancers will never ask for a dance, and will only wait for the patron to invite them to the CR, which can sometimes end up taking a while or not happening at all.
  20. 1 point
I guess sometimes this just happens, but it's a bit difficult to figure from the dancer's point of view. Perhaps I'm missing something here - maybe he had been such a good regular over such a long period of time that she felt in some way obliged or there in fact were "other details of their engagement" to be taken into consideration. Otherwise, I find this puzzling. The only time anything like this happened to me was many years ago, but the lady in question had not yet become an ATF and didn't know me. May have mentioned this a while ago in the 'Barb's' thread (so apologize for repetition if so) but I do have a recollection of seeing a dancer who became my ATF sitting at a table with a few gents for quite a while, but no one takes her to CR. She then takes her turns onstage and afterwards makes a beeline directly back to the table, sits down and again, no one takes her to the CR. This goes on until I have to leave. At the time I assumed that the guys at the table had been buying her drinks or had taken many dances prior to my arrival or were friends or long-time regulars. Recall being mildly annoyed at the time but I guess it's important to remember that dancers may choose to spend their time at the club as they wish.

While it's probably wise to attempt to avoid becoming "completely obsessed with a particular dancer" there are those of us who have (in the past) attended to see an ATF more or less exclusively at a given club. Having said that, I find it difficult to imagine a scenario where someone could "monopolize that girl completely if they are both in the club". Maybe a very deep-pocketed and highly obsessive fan of a particular dancer might manage this, but I wonder if it would be likely to happen. Perhaps I am naive on this count. My own view has always been that potential problems are most likely to arise when someone is concerned with or interested in seeing a fave dancer outside of the club environment. It seems to me that one can indeed "make friends with dancers" but that this will be something limited to in-club interaction. I have endeavoured to not "be that guy", but very occasionally certain ladies may allude to this sort of thing (i.e. meeting outside the club) and I have typically felt that this was a way of keeping "that guy" interested in the early stages of his near-obsession with the dancer in question. Certainly, there is a fine line when a dancer is attempting to cultivate someone who seems to be interested in becoming a regular and I understand that a dancer may want to seem friendly, engaged and interested. As much as the guys should not have expectations in this regard, it's probably also wise for dancers not to tease or throw out hints of this nature. Admittedly, a dancer might fall into this inadvertently and thus may set up an unfortunate series of further misunderstandings. I've taken the approach of straightforwardly suggesting that an ATF not hesitate to approach when noticing me in the club and if I'm just there for a short time, I'll tell her right away.

From a personal standpoint, I don't care what colour of skin a woman has, I care about our personal chemistry. And the dancer I've known the longest happens to be coloured. I have heard of this rule, and it is 100% racist from all angles. Customers and staff included. Customers might avoid taking a coloured dancer to the back, which in turn affects the amount of money the bar can make. So the staff impose this limit. It's not really about gangers and rap - there are just as many girls of other colours that dance to rap and also have pimps or deadbeat boyfriends. This is a well known reality of the industry

It's already spreading to Canada... the news is reporting a shooting at a Quebec mosque.

Earl, you joined the board in December 2015. So last year you choose not to review/share Vanessa with anyone. Your all four posts are seeking information!! Not sure if anyone has some info. With a review in place there would have been more chances of someone having information.

They will sell it no matter what if the deal can be done in a way that it makes sense business wise of course but maybe with a little insight and COMMENTS HERE from the members voicing options will help the new owners with what the majority members here would like to see. I was really hoping someone here (a long term member) would want to buy the site and run it but most of the interest seams to be from the UK and SPAIN. I know the laws make it difficult to run from Canada but with the right set up it can be done (the other review sites are set up in a way that makes them work even run from canada) We do have one very serious offer but it's not too late if someone wants to make an offer.

I always make sure I have breath mints when I see a gal. I find this discussion of the importance of kissing reminded me of Monty Python sex education scene... where John Cleese asks the students how do you get her juices flowing and after several suggestion, he says, a kiss... start her off with a little kiss. "What's wrong with a kiss, boy? ? Why not start her off with a nice kiss? You don't have to go leaping straight for the clitoris like a bull at a gate. Give her a kiss, boy." and I think that's true for men too...

I can second what ptboladd said. One of those reviews you don't want to do because you want to keep her all to yourself. But she does deserve a good review so this is for her. Very nice and makes you feel comfortable as soon as you enter her room. Let me shower and her hotel was clean and tidy! She was in tune with the experience the whole time and her skills were amazing!

Did you not read the first post made by the person who made this thread? And just by the looks of her ad she looks fake as , how did you have a "great experience"??? with her if like 98% if everyone else say they had a bad experience and also her ads are fake as hell, please elaborate! You must be some kind of troll or someone that knows her personally and your helping her scam people, wtf dude not cool.

"NB Warnings: To Report Bait and Switch, Scams & Dangerous Encounters (NOT FOR NEGATIVE REVIEWS Report Fake Photos, Scams or Dangerous situations here - DO NOT SLANDER OR POST NEGATIVE REVIEWS AS THAT IS NOT ALLOWED ANYWHERE ON THIS SITE PLEASE" I've tried to warn hobbiests numerous times in the past about negative experiences... with the post being quickly removed and me getting a slap on the wrist. Never did understand a site that discusses escorts and their reputations without entertaining both the good and the bad. How is this not a "NEGATIVE REVIEW"? Mods?

OK. Since I particularly like coconut oil as lube, I wanted to do my own resistence test. I'm allergic to latex so here are the three contenders chosen: latex, Durex Aventi Bare (very old expiring in November 2016) isopropylene Durex Real Feel (Bare just to confuse everyone!) polyurethane Trojan Supra non latex Unfortunately I was out of Skyn and Lambskin but since they are way more expensive and, in the case of Lambskin, do not protect against HIV, this will have to do. So here is the Test protocol. 1) I unrolled the condom and sucked on them (a-to add saliva enzymes to mimic real life agressors b-because I was trying to figure which one to use for BJ.) Except for the latex one obviously. 2) I put an ounce of coconut oil inside the condom and did not tie the top First test will be to see if oil seeps through. I will conduct that one for 3 hours. Second test, I will tie the survivors and then roll them round and round inside a melon I guess, or maybe the salad spiner... Still got time to think about this... Note that the pics need to be moderated so that may not show right away. So I started the test at 14:07. At 14:48, I checked on my test subjects. There was some seeping on the latex and even more on the polyurethane one. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and gently pat dried the receptacle, thinking it may have been some from when I filled them, or lub gravitating down from the heat. latex one polyisoprene one polyurethane one Will update later....

As promise phase 2 of my condom experiment. Protocol I sucked on the condoms to put some saliva enzymes on them. (Except latex) I filled the condoms with water and let them hang for about 10 hours. Then i tied them and squeezed them until burst. None of them leaked any water. As for the pressure, their resistence were much better than after 7 hours holding coconut oil. Latex: Could not get it to break until I removed all the loose part and then squeezing, i had to sort of snap the membrane with my other hand to finally have it burst. Polyurethane: it gave up before the latex but still put up a good fight Polyisoprene: Once more it showed that pressure is not its strong suit... It snaped burst twice faster than the others but only maybe once longer than the coconut one. That may be why it has a much larger reservoir than the others... Conclusions: despite the lack of really objective measures, it appeared obvious that condoms resisted better or a lot better to destruction tests if they had not been submitted to oil. In phase 3, I plan to do a modified coconut test exposure to the polyisoprene with 4 polyisoprene subjects. The objective will be to identify if air exposure weakens the polyisoprene. We know that it does not leak either water or coconut oil. Compare to the others, the external surface was very dry by the end of the experiment. Could it affects its elasticity, making it more vulnerable to burst? Or maybe because dryer, I was getting a better grasp making the squeezing more effective? For that test, one subject will be filled with oil and tied while the other subject will carry oil and will be immersed in coconut oil. Special attention will be given to the tying to make both as similar as possible For the second test, one subject will be inflated with a bicycle pump until it burst. The second subject will be inflated after having soaked in coconut oil for 15 min. Stay tune!

Ok so at 21:40, I decided my 7 hours experiment was enough lol. Here is the look of it. Seeping in Latex and polyurethane The dabbing reservoirs test: confirms no seeping for the polyisoprene one. The touch test Latex and polyurethane are very oily at the surface, especially the polyurethane. Polyisoprene doesn't leave any oil trace on my forearm dry skin. The smell test Latex smell is awkward less unpleasant than the regular latex smell, not really coconuty nor latexy, rather a (oh my scary) new compound Polyurethane reeks coconut oil (i do mean reeks... the smell is not pleasant like i normally find coconut oil... probably the esthers concentrated and grabbed some urethane proprieties during seepage...) Polyisoprene: no smell (except for the very light normal polyisoprene smell) The taste test I made that one to insure it really was oil and not lubricant early in the afternoon. I ended up with a swollen lip (latex allergy) for 2 hours grrr. Latex: yep same taste as the smell, adding the viscosity sensation which was slightly ticker than normal coconut oil. Polyurethane: yucky yak yak Polyisoprene: no taste other than its normal taste The pressure test Ok I gave up the friction test by laziness and because the results already were obvious. But I decided to try the pressure test. After all, college students make balloons out of condoms so it should be able to withstand some pressure. The caveat of that test is that i could not use a standard amount of air liquid proportion in the condom as I tied it approximately. Therefore my compression effort might not have created the same amount of pressure in each subject. Polyisoprene pressure a little less than what made it burst. So Latex: it actually withstanded a fair amount of rubbing and pressure and blew only when it was squeezed and i pushed a finger in. Given it was near expiry date, that was a fair battle. Polyurethane: I fought with that little sucker with both hands and it would not burst but, it felt like it might have been releasing pressure, either by seepage or by the tie... This is frustrating given that polyurethane break IRL! I suspect the oil gave it more expandability... Polyisoprene: I had great hopes for that one. After all, it had not leaked. Which does not mean that degradation had not occured. I also think I wanted it to work so bad that I was harsher on it... So... I did not have to actually poke it... At some point of hand compression it burst like a soap bubble :-( Since it was my third compression and I was getting good at it, I think I may have made the tie a little closer to the oil, increasing pressure. But the definite no mercy burst was quite disappointing. Darn... I have decided to redo the test one with water as a control and one with water-based lube. I want to know if the isopropylene burst was due to degradation or to pressure. I might also redo the coconut test afterwards but for a shorter span (like 1 hour: after all most penetrative play normaly don't last more than 20 min on avg people; and it is perfectly acceptable to take a short break after 40 min to take a sip of water and switch condom for extended play)

Microscopic tears or holes are not visible to the eye... Coconut oil (any oil, really) may break down the integrity of the condom, meaning, with friction the condom may tear. So this would not be apparent in your experiment.
