It sounds as though she is booking her appointments too close together, maybe the previous client showed up late which threw her off track and this can be stressful. While clients do understand that we may take more than one appointment in a day, the goal with each client is to make them feel as though they are the only one at that moment in time with no client knowing that another one is going to be there any minute. Hopefully this was a one time bad scenario where things were lagging behind that day. Cuz skidmarks are not sexy. Febreeze showers are not acceptable. 4. I have to cancel, what do I do? Give your head a smack. With a hammer. Stop. Now take a pointy thing and stick it with great force into your upper thigh, avoiding the artery. Now, go to your car. Start it. Open the door, put your foot beneath a tire and have someone put that car in reverse. Cancellations? NOT COOL. We all know that shit happens. A death in the family. A sick kid. TOFTT is not the easiest path for a hobbyist! Nikki, this angel of a woman, has helped to make up for the unpleasant experiences I have encountered. I think it is more polite and accurate to say, "The majority of these people..." As appose to, "These people..."
