I've seen Jezebel a few times now. Enough times to see a pattern in all my visits. Jezebel always greets me in a very warm, friendly way. As a member of lyla since last summer, I have not yet posted a recommendation for a lady until now. This is because I have not felt strongly enough about any until I met Amber. I've visited Nuden for the first time recently and very much enjoyed it. The place was busy, the dancers were fabulous, and the server was efficient, friendly, and also gorgeous! I'm not sure it was the same server as a couple of weeks ago (very beautiful, petite brunette that we all wished was on the stage) but she was a lovely lady and I can't see it being anything but a mistake. When I was there earlier in the evening she was the only server working the entire place, and it's big, so I can a server being overwhelmed. There was an article in yesterday's Ottawa Citizen written by Kelly Egan. It tells of her tragic passing and the family she left behind. It appears that she worked very hard to support her family and that she clearly put their best interests and well being first. A tragedy for sure. Funny, something similar happened to me last week. Same scenario, pack of teenaged boys out at lunch, tried to nerve me off the sidewalk. Two things they didn't know. I weigh 285 lbs, most of it muscle, difficult to tell in a rain coat. Second thing is I don't like bullies, especially when they travel in packs. Well, that was interesting. I went out for lunch today, and on my way back ran into a pack of youths. Literally. I was walking on the sidewalk through an overpass just before a school. There were 8 of them. I counted. They would not make room for me and just before we made contact, I braced myself and stepped into a really good shoulder check. It pushed the first kid back into 2 others, making room for me to get by. The first kid screamed out, "HEY, ASSHOLE!" I took my phone out of my pocket, started the camera app, and snapped 3 shots off as I slowly turned around. We exchanged further pleasantries until I told them that I was taking the photos to their school principal for identification. Their attitudes changed instantly to begging and bargaining. have you asked the manager or owner to look up the cameras of the club for you ? nuden will look up the camera, look at when she came see you , if you gave her a bill , and all the story it could have been easily resolved... no need to tarnish the club here with a warning post that they won t read, by telling them you re giving them a warning, when you're clearly NOT a simple phonecall, ask for the owner, tell the situation, he will come back to you with answers and IF the lady took your 20$, she will be gone you can be sure of that because they are honest people sorry to sound rude, but i defend my club . you state : " I could've persued it with management there but I thought if I posted the warning here for all to see and Nuden lost business because of it then Nuden management would wake up and have the problem addressed so I'm posting the warning here" that's rude, so you want us dancers to loose business too because of a simple situation that could be resolved with 2 minutes of your time? not impressed, i tought this was a positive board
