Because of this lifestyle and opportunities I have experienced a number of threesomes which I thought was low until now. Some things that I have learned. I hope he will find some spare moments to make new posts as time permits. Looking at BP ads without The Diary as backup is like flying without a net. One of my favourite places is Manitou Beach in Saskatchewan. It's a tiny resort town on a lake that's saltier than the Dead Sea. Totally charming, and there's a large lake-fed indoor pool that's really lovely. Around Thunder Bay I'd suggest Ouimet Canyon, Sleeping Giant Park, Kakabeka Falls, and Eagle Canyon for the suspension bridges. If you're interested in camping, in Manitoba Nopiming Provincial Park is much nicer and less busy than the Whiteshell, particularly great if you like back country camping. The Wellman Lake campground in Duck Mountain Provincial Park is really quiet and lovely, and borders Glad Lake, which is one of the clearest lakes I've ever been on. Spirit Sands in Spruce Woods Provincial Park is an amazing day trip - huge rolling sand dunes. Thanks Taffer. I'm trying to make a universal product as close to all-natural as I can. I don't want to add glycerine or alcohol and certainly no parabens. It's a tall order because of the difficulties in production. I'm looking at using hydroxyethylcellulose (wood pulp) for bulk. No oils, no fragrances. There may need to be adjustments with additional ingredients to keep the pH at the right level. I'm trying to keep it around 3.8-4.5 (the same as a healthy vagina).

As far as cheap and incredibly effective, I've heard tell of an interesting product called "J-lube", but if your not up for putting weird chemicals in your body, you could also try Xanthan gum (not for the ladies who don't want yeast infections!). Aside from the aforementioned risk of yeast infections, xanthan is great for guys using fleshlights and what not. Probably safe for anal stuff as well, but I'm not sure on that, hasn't caused any problems for me up the butt ;). Anyways, it's incredibly cheap and slicker/better than just about anything you could buy pre made for water based, though jlube is probably still slightly slicker. As far as what to use with the ladies I pretty much just grab whatever is dirt cheap with a decent rating, in case of an "emergency"/outcall where she forgot to bring some. Most women can create their own lubrication and those who can't probably have a lube preference/supply already. Okay. I may have been overly optimistic about this idea. While my idea, science, and chemistry are sound, this product needs medical testing to be approved in any way. That's not cheap. Oh, well.

Water-based lubricant is more universal, and is safe with condoms and toys alike, including silicon. The quality of the lube really depends on the brand, in my opinion. My favourite water-based lubes are Fuck Water, Swiss Navy, Blossom Organics, and Sliquid. I've had great luck with Slippery Stuff as well. Hybrids are also nice, and apparently compatible with condoms. Cheap water-based lubes will basically vanish before your eyes. A good quality one will last as you need it to, however. I think that the best professionals to awnser any of your questions regarding a certain type of medication is your pharmacist. Not only they are aware of all undesired effects of your meds, but cannot be bias because they are not the ones to prescribe. It's easy to set-up an appointment, free, and they might be able to point out any eventual problems you may have quitting it to quickly. There are undesired effects to either take OR get off meds. I suggest you go to your regular one, as he knows if you have other meds that interacts with Lipitor. And it's a well known fact (in Qué.) that doctors and pharmaceutical companies are walking toghetter. Talk about it to your doctor, and I'm sure he'll find the proper treatment for your condition. And last and foremost, nothing replaces at least 30 mins of smooth exercise and good nutrition. Eventhough you're under treatment, those should be mandatory, espescially with high cholesterol.
