Respect and class go a long way in this industry. Both clients and providers wish to feel that their safety is paramount and that their confidentiality is respected. With the tone of your posts, I would not have a lot of confidence in your ability to protect either. I may not post often but I have likely seen more SP/MA than many on this board. I have had many good experiences from ottawa to toronto. I have been with some of the biggest names in the industry. I have also had some really bad visits and wasted more hard earned money then I care to tally. I have learned how to navigate and reach out to others in a tactful respectable way and it has served me well. Reading what isnt written can be just as informative as what is in print. My advice, which I am going to assume will be ignored is to Relax your tone, Respect the ladies and Refine your Researching skills. This can be a lot of fun and EVERYONE is in it for their own reasons. Judgements dont belong in this industry. Allow me to set the scene: A dark champagne room booth. In it, there is a bench seat against the wall and a chair facing it. I'm sitting on the bench seat and one of my ATFs is sitting on my lap. For those unaware, there are both local and national blacklists that providers forward information to if we think it will prevent someone else from getting into a tricky situation. And while I'm not saying the OP in any way omitted information on the current occurrence, I am saying that everyone seems quick to judgement when we only have one side it. Publicly posting a number is extreme and even the most simple would understand the potential backlash so she must have felt justified for some reason unbeknownst to us. If it was an overreaction, I'm sure she will come to her senses once the waters calm. It is a true shame that one persons suffers for the consistent bad behaviour of so many that do cancel last minute or NC/NS but the truth is we'll never know why she hit her tipping point that day. The truth is that word of mouth or in reality, anonymous online recommendations/warnings actually mean very little in this world of ours. The majority of bankable clients are not on the boards and those that are have the good common sense not to take what is written as either good or bad gospel. Will this hurt her? Real reviews are a good thing, but I sincerly believe the girl needs to agree to it. Otherwise it's a lack of respect toward her and her privacy. We don't need this here. Reviews are goog for those who wants to know more about a provider, it gives her some visibility (if that's what she wants) and it helps other clients to know what she is up to (legit, type of service, etc...). But if she doesn't want to be review and believes that she can run her business without it, don't push it, that's on her. The question is more a challenge when a girl provides a bad service. In this board, negative reviews are not allow (at the exception of the Warning section), so if a girl gives a bad service, you can't really say it to the entire community and explain why you consider it as a bad service. Update for everyone. First I would like to thank WIR for directing me to the previous thread. :-) After reading I decided to TOFTT and schedule an appointment.
