    Just to clarify, the Tiffany being discussed in this robbery is NOT Tiffany Marie. It's frustrating when 2 ladies have the same name/age. Tiffany Marie is a brunette, and the thief in question is blonde.

    I have traveled into these areas. However, had issues with no shows, low ballers and time wasters. Lots of money spent on my end with no return, not even breaking even. So, I required a deposit to ensure the gent was serious, and then I get the whole "I don't know....." So, I stopped travelling to these areas. It's a shame as the drive is beautiful and a great way to get out for the day.

    I would like to see what "ELSE" these 2400 middle aged men were eating with the high protein. Keto diets (properly followed) for instance (Low Carb high protein with the correct supplements omegas and vitamins and healthy fats) actually decreases your risk significantly so saying it's the protein causing this high risk is probably false. High protein with high carbohydrate diet essentially fills our body with glucose and empty calories. This raises blood sugar levels, raises the risk of coronary heart disease, elevates triglyceride levels (also increases the risk of heart attacks) and so much more. I believe the culprit in today's diet is the addiction to carbohydrates. Lets face it we evolved from a hunter gather lifestyle just a few thousand years ago where our diets were all natural plants and animals, now look at what we eat! Check out the netflix documentary for KETO in Australia and see what happened to the aboriginals who now eat mostly carbs and all the heart/diabetic issues they ALL have and what life was like in previous generations where everyone was fit and strong and no health issues. They are dying from carbs literally. I hate these studies that claim stuff like this, it's just news for them (Something to post in hopes people read it so they can cash in on the traffic)

    Thanks for commenting Katherine. Yes, we do have larger hotels like the Best Western, Atlantic Host, Country Inn and Suites. I can't speak about the comfort zone potential clients would have in visiting these hotels, but my preference would be for outcalls. I understand that for security reasons, this may not be the choice of SP's travelling without a buddy or driver. Maybe some kind of client reference check would work. Just as clients like to feel secure contacting ladies, the ladies would like the same safety when booking clients.

    Interesting post . I have thought of going there before. I just looked at hotels and there seem to be a few ok ones. Gentleman please respond , are those hotels large enough for you to feel comfortable Visiting ? PM me if you like , I would consider a late summer trip.

    I'm well aware those of us who have regulars sometimes gift and may take them out to show our gratitude but I'm thinking more along the lines of something like this type of gift. This weekend I visited a regular and informed her this visit would be 'Just For Her'. Yesterday afternoon I picked up a bottle of red wine, a six pack of her favorite apple cider, foot lotion along with some fresh fruit. When I arrived we started by drinking wine and eating fruit. We then moved to the bedroom where I proceeded to a 20-25 min foot massage. When she asked when I wanted to 'be treated' I informed her it was not in the plans. Then it was time for a half hour deep tissue body massage and I used a coconut scented oil. My clothes stayed on the entire time, this was time just for her.     To quote Lady Sophia...Sohpia's Spa in Moncton is truely an "Oasis of pleasure". Let me back up a bit before I get ahead of myself (pun intended) as this is my first reco. and I'm a long time hobbyist. My first contact was by text telling Sophia a little about myself and my personal preferences.     For my insomnia I take magnesium glycinate and l-theanine most nights. I take melatonin when I really need help on top of that and it can really help but I find if you don't get a proper sleep with melatonin you're extremely groggy, worse than if you just tried to sleep naturally, definitely do some research on melatonin as it can have some side-effects if used daily. Ashwanda (sp?) is very good too, one of the better supplements for sleeping that I've tried, it relaxes me and lets me wake up early without feeling groggy. Harder drugs that can help are phenibut and GHB, weed can help some people but not me, it helps me sleep but I don't often feel rested when I wake up Besides medication/supplements the most obvious cure is exercise, walking 5km or so in the afternoon can really help me wind down at night

    I took 'actual medication' to mean like prescription medication (I included medical cannabis with this too), sorry if I misunderstood in advance as this probably won't be helpful info for you. When I have a lot of difficulty falling asleep I take melatonin, it's a natural supplement-- like where you find calcium and vitamin d, but I find it super effective & it doesn't make you groggy, (sleeping pills don't do anything for me other than give me walking legs or flare ups.). On a side note, I've done some reading on how when you eat has more to do with your internal clock than the sun and how eating regularly and at certain times can greatly improve sleep-- but I've only read so much on it to date and am not well versed on the subject.. it might be something to look into though.

    The most important thing I learned in my course is to remind yourself that what you're going through is completely normal. That knowledge alone was worth it. Don't tell yourself that you won't get to sleep, remember that you CAN get to sleep. Stop the negative thoughts and concentrate on changing them to positive thoughts. It might take a little while, but eventually you can stop having those thoughts entirely. Don't look at your bed as the enemy, but as a comfortable friend. Get into a regular sleep rhythm. Go to bed at the same time and get up at the same time. Train yourself to do that even if you don't get to sleep right away or wake up too early. If you're laying in bed for a couple of hours night after night, change your schedule to match. As long as you're getting your core 5 hours of sleep, you're going to be fine. If you go to sleep at 12 and get up at 6, make that your new normal. Be consistent. Once you get your mind and body used to that, you can try to modify it a little at a time. Maybe add another 30 minutes for a couple of weeks and see how it works out. The point I'm trying to make is that it might take some time to get where you want to be, and that's normal. If your sleep is important to you, you may have to modify other parts of your life to make it work. Look for that book I mentioned above. It's a great help. Available in electronic format as well.

    Yeah... I didn't realize she was the manager. I was told by Riley that she walks into the Champagne room all the time. So yeah that could be an issue. I am also not sure if she would crack down on the ladies going off-site for a visit to the spa around the corner?
