It's up to person to decide whether they are the right person for the job. You don't get to define it. Just say what your looking for...easy peasy.

Short answer is that it completely depends on the lady. I had an experience recently where I paid for the hour. I was rushed through the process and rushed out the door. I found myself in the elevator leaving the hotel after less than 25 minutes which included a quick shower when I had gotten there. I found that experience pretty disappointing as I had been really looking forward to meeting this lady. At the very least I wondered why I had bothered paying for the full hour instead of just booking a hh appointment with her. On the other side of the coin, I've had experiences where I stayed the entire time and beyond as the moment dictated. The ladies who are serious about building a reputation based on repeat business will usually try make sure you don't feel rushed along. As for msog, that also will depend on the lady but I assume that in hh appointments it is far less commonly expected.

Hi Karma, I can certainly see how it would be upsetting. I have never, would never turn an outcall away. I have walked away from incalls, either fake pics or bad attitude. One was bad/misleading directions, by the time I got to the room, I was pissed off, so I thought I better go. I don’t understand why you wouldn’t take the money. Any compensation for your time would be better than nothing. Once when I driving a girl to outcalls, she was turned away after the shower together. It was supposed to be a three hour call, so I was out having lunch and surprized when she texted, come get me. He just wasn’t feeling it, he told her. He asked for money back, she gave him 200 back out of the 900 fee, said she still had to pay her driver. She thought that was pretty good for 1/2h plus travel. Take what you can get, it’s his problem, not yours.

I am also a health professional, and I can recommend 3 things to reduce your risk: 1: HPV vaccine. It is very effective (even if you carry the virus already). Cost = $0 3: Pee afterwards. Same principle. Bugs love urethras — a super easy entry to your body. High volume and pressure urine decreases their numbers exponentially. Again, $free. Can’t say these are 100% fail safe but they are simple measures that are far better than the alternative.

280 is a lot for a very limited service however, there are a combination of things that Ally provides physically that I'm a stickler for and that are very hard to find in one place. Service is important to me, and definitely personality, but putting those aside for the moment, my personal cravings and desires with regard the physical side are not easy to find although I have found a number of SP's who's physical attributes make me weak in the knees. Im always amazed by how many people engage in DFK with high risk partners which is pretty much everyone on here. There is no STD that your genitals can get that your mouth can't. The opposite is in fact the case if you include mononucleosis - the kissing disease - which is extremely contagious and highly debilitating. I just don't get it.
