I will following the beauty industry models. So phase 3. I have not yet fully decided what this be like for me yet. But screening will be extra tight, extra hygiene will be mandatory, the extra cleaning it will take longer and more effort between each visitor will require less volume which may affect my rates to increase( massage rates) There will be no kissing or mouth to body action. These are some ideas I have been working on. Will be different for sure.

I stopped dancing in Canada because : *Not being allowed to dance to music I like or is at least current. I'm an older Millennial, I know most of these top 80's and 90's songs and it's sucks for me, I can only imagine someone younger who is totally unfamiliar with the sound and vibe. Not sexy. * People trying to touch me inappropriately( grabbing my breasts, pinching/biting my nipples, licking me, trying to shove fingers up me) and without trying to compensate me for it at that. Frankly it's scary and super uncomfortable when someone does that to me without asking. TBH it's assault. I remember the days guys got bounced out of the clubs and their heads for that. * Having to go on stage for free, actually I pay to go on stage with my fees. Anyone who's seen me dance knows I can do some pretty sweet pole tricks. I stopped really performing and do the bare minimum on stage since I figured what's the point? It's pervert row and is usually comprised of the guys who come in and buy 10$ drink to sip all night " I aM jUsT HEre to WatCh the ShOW" Ok well, thats fine and dandy, but you can pull out a few toonies or *gasp* a Laurier and tip for the LITERAL acrobats we are doing right in front of you. In Calgary, loonies are standard, U.S.A ones are flying, it's not unusual to get 20's. Thats why all the millennial dancers are going there. *No enthusiasm from customers. 2005-2010 guys were so over the moon when walked to their table. Now they treat us like the plague because we want dances. Like I'm here to perform for you! NAKED! * "WhAT Do I gET if I Go In the Back?" For 20$? a lap dance. Clubs are avoided by newbies and veterans alike because they've literally become low end brothels. Why would I do that when I can post an ad, stay home, spend time with men that really like me and be better compensated? Strippers are just that, strippers. If they wanted to do more they'd be escorts (like myself). We usually get fired for doing extras, not to mention other dancers are not really fans of the girls that do extras in the club so that makes for a great work environment. Also, if management gets wind, you're done everywhere in that city. I started as a dancer, I left in this country because the vibe is just shit here now. Many of my fellow millennials feel the same way and just host privately or travel, lots less headache and stress for more return on investment. Suggestions: * TIP YOUR DANCERS, ESPECIALLY ON STAGE!!!! This goes without saying. If you paid to go to work and you on stage killing yourself to only blank stares and drooling drunks, it looses it appeal real fast. Make it fun and appealing for us and reciprocate our energy! We love to perform thats why we're performers, we like to go where our fans are. Show us you're a fan by tipping and we will return! * When a lady comes over, say hello! Even if you're not interested, you don't have to treat us like lepers! We have feelings too 🙂 Be polite, smile, ask how her night is. Just pretend its a normal night club and we're normal women. How would you talk to a woman who approached you in civvie bar? Use that. You can decline dances, but still be nice. It's not hard. If a lady sits with you for over 3 songs and you're enjoying her company , tip her. She's entertaining you, and she paid to be there, but is choosing instead of looking for someone else, to spend her time with you and keep you company. It's not hard to appreciate and compensate her for that. After all that's why you're there 😉 * DONT ASK FOR EXTRAS! When I go to dance, I'm there to dance. I'm also an escort so I have different physical boundaries, but many ladies who dance aren't comfortable going further than that, if they were they probably wouldn't be dancers. Many of my colleagues have quit to find other jobs or go to other countries because they signed up to dance, not to perform sex acts. It makes a lot of ladies super uncomfortable and leave a club quickly if they know they will have to do extras to compete. If you'd like more, offer to see her outside of work. Don't expect to pay usual rates, strippers rates are usually much higher since they aren't as accessible sexually as other sex workers. * DON'T TOUCH YOUR DANCERS WITHOUT PERMISSION! All the points above, plus CONSENT is thing, whether I'm naked or not, a stripper, escort, whatever. Ask me before you touch me, don't assume like everything else in life. I'm a woman first. Everything else label wise is secondary. All these points used to be standard, they are still now, but somehow along the way things got shitty, and that's why no one dances over here anymore. Clubs in other countries are booming and women flock in droves. At the end of the day, I guess it's on the clients to make it an environment that dancers actually want to spend their hard earned money to work in. At 40$ to 100$ a shift, for that kind of investment it needs be a good positive environment that I'm happy to work and be in. The strip club used to be my favourite place in the whole world, I'd leave parties in university to go to work I loved it that much. The lights, the noise, the shoes (!!!!!) and the best part, the men smiling at me, telling me wonderful things and so happy I'm there!!!!! Regardless of the money, the energy was fabulous, the patrons were like kids at Disneyland. Now, in Canada, I wouldn't touch it with a ten foot pole. What changed? The vibe, and the patrons, sullen resentful, looking at floor without even looking at us, waving us away without so much as a hello, expecting full service for 40$, the list goes on . You can be doing literal backflips on stage and maybe get a clap. It's depressing ASF and honestly, I'd rather just post my ad and have someone come over who's actually happy to see me. This millennial misses it terribly. I MISS MY CLEAR SHOES!!! 🙂
