I cant even add to this because she hit the nail on the head. Personally, I'm not allowing anyone who traveled OOP within the last 3 months, to visit me. So, I wouldnt go see someone coming from Ontario or Quebec right now. Too high risk. Too small a community. I'm going to publicity ask that if someone has seen someone from out of province, I ask that they isolate for 14 days before trying to book a session with me. Its not worth losing my health because someone needed the newest apple phone.

Anytime you have a person coming from a higher active covid region to a lower region In any profession Is an added risk. Also consider not everyone will isolate 14 days. Just look at the break out in NB after the Dr travelled from Montreal and didn’t isolate. With his occupation he knows better. Yet he assumed he’s fine and went about his normal routine and one man caused a breakout in an entire region. Providers are people like any professions and vary quality of people. Sure some may have family, friends or other providers they visit and isolate with before working. Chances are likely higher they do not and are likely staying in hotel. Isolating in a hotel doing 14 days of paying out in a hotel and food Expenses while NOT making money? One would be Occurring $1400 in isolation expenses to work a Few days or a week. like anything it’s going to depend in the person. In my opinion now is not the time to be seeing out of province people. I know there are lots of healthy safe traveling providers and they are coming from safer Providence’s. So ask Questions Of you do. But unless you know the system well enough to pick a quality person 🤷‍♀️ From my end I also really don’t want to see clients that are taking such risks at these times. Not only do I have to protect myself but I have to protect my clients and their families so it’s just not worth the chance to me. I am still carefully selecting whose walking through my door in very low volume. We are still monitoring for a second wave because there are too many variables that can not be contained. Traveling professionals Of any occupation are one of those Variables. So choose wisely. There is so much local talent why not support that. That’s my personal feelings anyway.

For me i was always sex worker positive, maybe that comes from being European and seeing way more of this kind of life in the cities of Europe. I love following fellow workers on a lot of platforms and cheering on the ones pushing for positive change in our industry!

If you do entertain out of province people right now are you comfortable in the fact that for contact tracing in the event of an outbreak you will be passing on a lot of personal information to the health authority?? i am not... along side limited availability and staying with people i trust and can verify this is a tough time to do business in any field... its better to be safe than sorry though and this thread is great food for thought, i love seeing all the responses it helps guide us all to do better and to stay safer

Looking back before I got married I was with a friend who was in his early 30's and I was early to mid 20's we decided to go bar hoping in Montreal and ended up alone at a hotel for the night because we didn't pick up any girls. This has been in discussion on another thread about changes to the site but as Phaedrus mention maybe it should have a thread by itself and I agree. So here is my take on this, we are aware that in the SP section there are things that any clients can't see so why not have the ladies post a recommendation for us clients. Of course this would have to be discussed with the client himself as we should ask any SP about posting a recommendation about her. Any client could have the choice of DNR same as the ladies have about themselves.

Thanks for kicking off the thread, Notch! I think the big problem with this is that a lot of providers will simply not be prepared to outsource their screening to a board. If someone comes along saying, "Hey, I'm verified by Lyla!", then the reply is likely to be... not to their liking, because they'll still have to provide deposits/references/whatever else. And everyone's going to be unhappy about this as a result; the client will be unhappy because their prized 'verification' is effectively worthless, and the provider will be unhappy because they've had yet another entitled person who thinks the rules about screening don't apply to them because they're special.

I'm afraid the one male sp that I have seen is (from what I gather) no longer working. Wish I had seen him more.I've been moderately curious about some others but not enough to make contact.

As a client, in the present situation, I would not even consider seeing a SP who has been seeing out of province clients. There are many beautiful ladies right here in NS, so we have the luxury of choosing! Personally I prefer to stay with ones I know and trust and who also trust me. We are enjoying a lull in this pandemic, let’s do our part to keep that way!

I cut off a good friend who was working comfortably from home collecting her paycheque chastise me and other providers I know for working knowing we had no Other source of income. The most hurtful thing was her saying if I got covid, I deserved it. Yet she never turned down my generosity in the past that was a result of income made from being a provider.

I have seen the person who advertises as "Evan" before. It was a pleasant experience and a different kind of rush for sure. At no point did I feel unsafe or like there was a scam afoot. I'm not super experienced but it is my opinion that one should be clear about what one wants out of an encounter to a greater degree with m4m than m4f. For me at least, there are a number of ways I can enjoy myself with a woman provider, but I am interested in fewer things, personally, with an m4m provider.
