2 pointsOr even the one dollar bill before that, it went to the coin instead of paper. I have a whole bunch of those $1 and $2 bills at home. I asked at the bank to see how much they are worth and they simply told me $1 and $2, they won't give you more(or less) for them.

2 pointsGreat minds think alike @roamingguy ! I was going to nominate her for coming up with the #LovedByLyla Contest (of which I was one of the winners along with @Sasha May & @Janebondage ) This was an extremely thoughtful content as it served in several ways. Bring the lady clout, recognition, exposure etc, obviously the cash prize and a whole bunch of compliments to her personality and love, letting her know she makes a difference in people's lives. And every1 nominated got that, the only dif between those who were nominated and the ones who won was the money. I spoke to a few SWs who were nominated and it really made us feel good hearing all this stuff. I think this was an amazing idea in terms of thoughtfulness but I also think it was a great idea in terms of marketing Lyla.ch to new potential members and to attract old ones who stopped coming, back. This thing blew up on twitter! So I think @lydiahardwood should win Member of the Month because this month, she really brought her game and served our community very well, in several ways!

2 pointsYa when i realized votes didnt matter more than once, I took to twitter and told people to stop voting for me and to try to think of someone who wasnt yet nominated so they could have a shot. I didnt realize we could nominate girls too or I def would have. Im too used to the anti shill rules and such. With old mod, I had asked and answered my own question saying i saw an MA as a client, not in a duo and asked if i could do a reco or would that open a can of worms of friends voting for friends and cliques eventually filling the board with reciprocal favors and got a note back 'exactly, sorry and glad you understand' lol So I just assumed the same applied here and didnt get back in time. I want to thank you Lidia, for coming up with this. Its not just the money its the exposure, recognition, esteem boost and repeated doses of love that counts too and it couldnt have come at a better time for all aspects. So from the very valves of my heart, thank you Lidia, thank you Lyla thank you all. I not only want to thank you but to commend! People had a LOT of fun with this. The guys enjoyed voting, the girls got to hear how we impact people along with a slew of compliments, everyone had a great time! I think its gone a long way to giving lyla some much needed exposure too. Im going to actively promote lyla on twitter more esp for other cities. This site is nation wide but sadly a lot of SWers and hobbyists havent heard of it. Im going to try to change that. Actually.. hmm maybe I should start a thread about that so everyone reads it and may take part. This isnt just to help the site remain but imagine the people it will help. Without lyla SWs have to spend a fortune on advertising. Ive been around for as many years as my profile says and you know what Ive spent on advertising in all these years? about 100$ all on cities i visited that dont use lyla much, For Ottawa I have spent ZERO on advertising and THAT is all thanks to lyla. But even in a selfish way, itd be great to get lyla out there, not just for the people it will help but even selfishly! Itd sure make travelling to other cities simpler. Hopefully I dont take too long before starting that thread. Im quite tired.. hope I dont forget lol Pls remind me if I do. Ok im in that half asleep rambling mode lol So good night, thank you and I said this on twitter but whatever; Congratulations to @Janebondage & @Sasha May !!!!

2 pointsThanks, Unfortunately I will be. My cat has already taken it and given it to his vet. So its very well spent. I bought love for a little longer. (for the record love costs more than 150 but it went toward it)

1 pointSo it is probably a boring topic but today I fixed the sewage pipe for my trailer. It was the grossest job I have ever done and I have An even greater respect for plumbers and people who work in sewage and sanitation. But, me, as a woman, when women don’t normally fix things in trailers periods, let alone a shit pipe that smelled to high heaven, did it all by myself! I even had the tools and supplies on hand which was shocking but I had fixed a leak under the sink last year so I had left overs. Stereotypically, this is not woman’s work. I wish it didn’t have to be anyone’s work. I don’t know how anyone does it. But I am proud of myself that I did it. It was like the time I changed the rad hose in the CT parking lot. Anyone else ever do Anything unexpected in their life that they were proud of. Something out of your normal comfort zone. And no, getting pegged doesn’t count.😉

1 pointWell my 2 cents worth. I have seen Molly twice in the last week and i have absolutely loved my time with her. She is an absolute sweetheart and I have left there both times feeling like I just spent time with someone who enjoys me spending time with her as much as I enjoy seeing her. Great conversation as well as the exact kind of massage i want. No problem booking at all and very prompt responses..in fact they have been very good about fitting me into the times that work for me. So any naysayers to Stadacona must be doing something wrong.

1 pointI would like to nominate Sweetlips. She is fun, incredibly intelligent, warm and welcoming. I have not had to look any further to have my needs met since I started seeing her.

1 pointOk, so I wasn't going to respond to this because I didn't want to start an argument or prolong a negative discussion.. But here we go. My statement was not derogatory in nature. Absolutely nothing wrong with a "50 year old figure" . By looking at my username it could be inferred (correctly) that I'm probably within that age range myself. Most of my peers are in that age range. I know many people in my age range that are very athletic, who take very good care of their health, who train for elite sports, and both male and female (and anyone somewhere in between those) can look very differently no matter how well they take care of themselves. That is not the point. The point if this thread was to determine the veracity of the person who posted the LL ad. To determine if this possible newcomer is who they say they are in the past array of people who post on LL. My point was that with very little information to go on (2 photos that show a portion of a probably female presenting person), along with an age, that in my opinion, with my best experience of spending hours a day with people from various walks of life in that age range, that possibly due to their figure and their hands (and perhaps it's an excellent skin care routine coupled with no manual labour in 50 years) that perhaps this was not an actual photo of the person. There has been a marked increase of negative discussions on this forum mostly due to someone being offended by either an innocent statement, or in many cases a really derogatory statement. Personally I think that a positive based discussion forum needs to be open while being positive for everyone's safety and well being. Isn't one of the main points of this forum to be able to recommend providers (and to a smaller degree - have providers see how potential clients interact?) And to have a place to talk about the legitimacy of newer providers? Over the past few months I've been feeling like I need to really limit what I post or say in fear of offending someone and starting some sort of runaway thread that just breeds anger. I don't want that. But at the same time if I can give an opinion without fear of being "called out" then maybe someone is able to make a decision. Hopefully in the future we can all take a step back and maybe reach out to someone privately if we are offended by something they post to find out the intent. Otherwise we run the risk of people being too afraid of providing any sort of info. Have a nice evening everyone
