If you are a regular customer and you are sure that the dancer is exaggerating, you do have power. You could tell the dancer that if she insists on overcharging, you will not repeat with her during your frequent future visits. That may be enough to change her mind. You can also say that you will inform the manager that she is overcharging, The club does not like dancers who overcharge, because it pisses off the customers, who may choose to go elsewhere in the future. So, if you explain that you have been a regular customer for a long time and you threaten to complain to the manager, most dancers won't try to cheat you. Most clubs have a lot more problems with dishonest dancers than with dishonest customers. If you have been a regular customer for a long time, the club manager will probably believe you.
