Woke up this morning to an unusually quiet phone this has affected my personal and work phone down here in NS - they are saying it’s a nationwide issue with FIDO & ROGERS Wondering how many people are being interrupted by this technical issue & how far spread we are? https://www.google.ca/amp/s/www.cbc.ca/amp/1.5992954 Hoping it returns soon! That is something I can totally believe 🙊 there’s multiple outages reported mainly from Rogers but I’ve spoke to people from various companies who experienced brief outages. a friend of mine in Scarborough had said a local news outlet put out a story saying it may have been due to protests taking place in Ontario and Quebec they created the “shutdown” in services. Not sure how true that is either but definitely could be possible 🤷🏼‍♀️ I would assume they would have shut down the wifi towers at the same time but what do I know 😝

Some are saying that all cell phone company shut down while they were starting the 5G services. Not sure how much of that is true.

Thanks all. There is a lot I didn't share. Some was inappropriate, some a bit too nasty, some unflattering to me. Nobody wants to dish dirt on themselves. I was unsure about sharing this with you all, but after all of the others have given it up for Lydia, how could I do any less? Thanks for the opportunity to tell tales. I still love an audience. Oh! I can tell the story of how I got my ridiculous stage name. First of all, imagine all of the male dancer names you've heard or can imagine. Dirk. Lance. Billy. Dick. Roger. Phil. Gunner. Bolt. Brad. Etc. All big, strong, beefy, MANLY names. If I had to choose today, it'd probably go with something like Girth McLargehuge. That was not the case then. I hadn't even thought that I had to come up with a stage name. The DJ saved me, kind of. He had one ready that he'd been thinking of for a while. It tied into a television program from my early youth and even had a playful line that I could use. It was a terrible name, though. Skippy. Not Skip, Skippy. When asked about it, I would ask if the lady remembered an Australian import tv show from the late 60's called Skippy the Bush Kangaroo. I took that name because I hopped ... from bush to bush. It was horrible, it was memorable, and it worked. Then, I got to choose my own fake real name. You know, the name you give them when they want to know your real name, but you're not giving anyone your real name. I chose the most Canadian name I could think of: Gordon. No last names, baby. You can call me Gord.

I tried her recently. She's young and attractive. Her massage skills were ok, nothing special. However, she wore something to get the engine going and the remainder of the massage was above average including the build up. Her ad (9065) on LL will appear once or twice a week after 10am. I'd recommend/repeat when I'm in need of a relaxing massage or stress relief.

All I got back were messages I had saved (some very important like my covid vaccination appointment)...I don't know if I got any texts or phone calls though nothing showed but maybe yesterday no one even called...don't know RG

@roamingguy when your phone returned service did u receive the missed notifications u had for the day? Or did it just pick up service without showing the missed messages for the day?

My phone out all day...back about an hour or so ago. Phone is everything...phone, internet, email, text, banking etc etc etc...and in this day and age people live through their cell phones, not land lines Very quiet day Glad...touch wood Rogers is back RG

I’ve tried every place. But some I won’t return to because of pushy sales tactics. For example, when owners of certain places post fake reviews or bump threads to the top of the list by putting a “.” in the thread. Not cool. So I avoid those places that do that.
