That was obvious from day 1 that he/she signed up. All the “reviews” were only from a group of certain establishments. So it’s ok for an owner to masquerade as a customer to shill their own business. Yet if one of us makes a comment about receiving poor service then we get in trouble. Got it.

In my opinion the creators of this board are just trying to play on the safe side of the law. They call it a "recommendation board" and not a review board. In other words, you're only supposed to post positive recommendations and not post any negative experiences. That's why this site is becoming so lame, but they keep collecting advertising revenue from providers who we are not allowed to review.
