I'd be careful. If you search the phone number on the ad my results came back with posts in other cities a while back. Normally that in itself wouldn't be an issue but there is another forum in the search results matching the number using a different name and indicating a bait and switch. Plus the title includes "hotel Waasis", but description says Prospect. To my knowledge there aren't any hotels in Waasis :).

I would recommend avoiding, or proceed with caution if you go meet. I showed up and there were people out front, and someone leaving as I approached the door about to knock. I chose to turn around and leave. Chatting with them on text also raised red flags, (when they even replied that is).

If nothing else, hopefully this case highlights that this exists in Canada, that SW's are not protected in the least, nor are their clients. This will definitely be treated as a test case, and the outcome will either drive positive change, or make it more difficult for clients to want to provide personal identifying information.
