Thanks again. Beauty is on the eye of Beholders. When i started this profession i was already in my late 40s, broken hearted and stranded, left by my long time partner that i thought i would have shared my life with. Now i know, age is just a number and i have to be honest that im already indeed biologically 52 years and 4 months to be more precise 😅 Thanks to daily exercise, beauty treatments and bla...bla..bla. i think i look ok at this age. I have changed my view about this profession. I no longer need to prove anything now. I deleted all my social medias and only create one new twitter account but barely post, just to check on all of you basically lol I ( try my very best to) focus on my life as a real, strong, independent woman without relying on my physical attributes any longer. Right now, i work full time Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm, sitting on my desk, dealing with stocks, managing my own money. It's a bear market so it's currently tough to earn money on it but i will do my best. I have blocked hundreds of phone numbers since it's annoying to hear bibs or rings from strangers asking stupid questions, like "hi, how much, where do you live...are you available etc" I only see very few selected clients right now...and I'm not cheap based on NB's standard. But once i agree to meet with you, i will do my very best to create a memorable experience for both of us🙂 Allie

Have you seen the cost of hotels, fuel and food? Nevermind the cost of advertising ($10-$20/bump for Leo) and trying to maintain branding. Also add in, if we are running a real buisness we are having to charge 15% HST and claim taxes. The costs are higher on the east coast due to more of us being independent. We cover all costs and expenses when it comes to running our businesses (incalls, hotels, photoshoots, marketing, admin, vr Toronto and Montreal have high amount of agency's that have multiple people working at any point in time to reduce costs. At my high rate, I need to see fewer people to make my goals, bills and expenses. I personally don't like being a revolving door with clients so I get give each person that spends time with me my best. I am also running into more people not wanting to leave recommendations due to the behind the scenes flood of messages they receive ask about xyz and incriminating the person. It's a cash happy province that has been able to keep money out of the government hands and more in their own pockets.

I must say, affordability is a deal breaker. And yet, I have had a chance to see things differently in my experiences: these women are making available a precious cargo to us- that is at least worth mentioning. It is not the same as going to Walmart for a pair of slacks; it is much more personal. So, I support SP's charging what they feel that is worth to them.

I find the price here for girl are insane. Some girls charge 300 dollars an hour, but out west or even Montreal the prices are much lower, it’s simple economics, if your price is to high in a poor province then no one will pay for your service and would rather travel to other places for cheaper services. Men probably flake because some can’t justify spending that much money especially in the second poorest province in Canada. I don’t mean to be rude but there’s better looking women in Montreal who charge much less and provide much better services.

I dont care if you have a different opinion.. i honestly am so sick and tired of the scams.. all you providers expect it like its just a simple request without ever acknowledging that clients are getting screwed over sending deposits.. i am just getting over trying to have faith in SP's .. trying to find a regular is a fucking nightmare fulm of scams and rude ass women

So Leo’s has been hit or miss at best. Twitter can be alright if they have an account. Where are SP’s advertising now? Or has onlyfans taken over conpletly that new ladies aren’t diving into this industry any longer?

I'm sure Greenteal will pop on by with his words of wisdom and trademark snark, but I'll offer some of my own hard-won advice. Face pics are a pretty sure sign the person advertising is fake, especially if they don't have any other internet presence. The second, third, and fourth ad you listed, for example, look really fake to me. Not all providers who show their face are fake, but if if they seem way too good to be true and have zero other presence internet presence (twitter/insta/website/reviews) they are usually fake, a bait & switch, or a straight up scam. Rates are another indicator for me. If anyone is charging less than $200 an hour, they are probably a scam, or if they want to be paid in gift cards or via a deposit up front, again, probably a scam. there are a lot of regular providers who live in Halifax and work most days of the week, and they generally have a very regular presence on Leo or here, but there are also a lot of providers who travel around canada and keep a fairly low profile, and Halifax is a common destination for them. if you see an ad on leo that you're interested in and have never seen before, feel free to send a message to that person and ask things like if they are indeed in Halifax, for how long, how much their rates are (if not posted) and which part of the city they are located. From this you can get a pretty good idea if they are serious and you can figure out if you want to trust your gut or not. This is the method I use to suss out providers and it's been pretty good to me, it's not 100%, and sometimes you have to be prepared to drive across town only to walk back to your car and drive home once you realize you've been baited and switched. It happens. With the exception of asian providers, I find if the provider is staying in a reputable hotel, they are generally legit, but even then, don't send a deposit. If they are staying in a very cheap motel, that also speaks volumes. The first and last adds you posted seem real to me, but I can't say I've visited with either of them. reaching out to the users on here is also quite helpful. as this is a recommendation board, no one says anything negative about the ladies publicly (and rightfully so), but sometimes people will say they have visited with someone and then not say a good thing about that person and that too will speak volumes. Sometimes when you reach out members will tell you exactly how they feel about a particular provider (good or bad), and sometimes users will point you in some pretty good directions. I met a provider I otherwise wouldn't have taken a chance on because of another member's recommendation to me, and I have since visited that provider a dozen or more times. hope this helps.

So I'm on LL yesterday just kinda browsing through the ads . Come across one from a gal named Shirin. Seemed to be good , pictures looked authentic too. As I always do I scrolled down to see she's posted in HFX St. Johns and Whitehorse . Obvious scammer . I thought I'd have some fun and text her playing " dumb" of course. I texted her calling her out on the multiple location thing and she basically tells me to bugger off and threatened to expose my # . Do guys really fall for this crap . I can only assume she asks for funds up front . Anyways that's why I trust Lyla and for the most part it's pretty much the only avenue I use for my hobby. Too bad as I'm sure there are some super gals that are on there that may be missing out because of all of the scammers . It's nice to see Lyla members posting on LL so at least there are some real ones getting exposure and giving some credibility to that site. Glad we are sort of back on topic. Glad I have some ideas on where to look for ladies visiting my city. Price is what it is. I’ve had no issue with price, and no issues with what they want to charge. I’ve met some fantastic people who charge 300-500 an visit. As long as we both walk away happy .

In small city where only handful of hobbyists who come regularly to see a provider, there's no need to advertise anymore if we are already living more than 2 years, at least this is my case. I still do tour from time to time, around Halifax, Moncton, Freddie, PEI and St John and i simply text all my regulars and some will reply and come. Who doesn't know me in NB? Thanks gentlemen. Btw, I sold my PEI property even before living there. The reason was, all good constructors were busy and the cost of materials were so expensive to renovate the house 😞. Im still 30 min away from Moncton.

As someone who resides in NB and tours full time I can tell you the province can support the higher donations without issue. Just because your budget doesn't allow for some of the higher end ladies - doesn't give your the right to speak for the men whose budget does. Your comments are your personal preference and beauty is in the eye of the beholder, so unless you want women to judge you keep your unwanted comments on peoples looks to yourself. Looks and rates do not go hand in hand and a woman pretty ur unattractive as you say can charge what she wants, if people will pay it what's it to you? Expensive isn't always better but neither is cheaper. In regards to your comment on the cheap Asian market, it is no threat to any of us, it never has been and never will be. You can't compare a real verified independent to a bait and switch Asian ad. There is zero impact on any of our businesses by these fake ads.

I agree with this. I know many people don’t write reviews but just an acknowledgment that someone is real, provides a good service, is friendly, etc. To me this goes a long way in seeing someone new.

I know I was in Freddy a few weeks ago, and to say the least.......The pool has gone Dry! LoL LL seems to run a lot of false ads. Even Moncton is pretty much hit, or miss. I don't even bother with ads that I don't see listed for at least a week! LoL

Hi Happy Saturday! To each their own but there is no way in HELL I would ever meet in public, nor would most providers. This isnt tinder. We get a load of weirdos who are address collectors, let alone if we met in public for anyone and everyone to see what our face looks like, take a pic and either become a stalker, follow us or blackmail. Noooooo way! way too dangerous. Also, this is a biz, we dont have time to meet people and get assessed. Not to mention the legal implications. Under the law, we are to keep our biz behind closed doors at all times and I agree fully with this law. People have the right to eat their diner breakfast without JessyCeleste walking in for a potential client. Your point that a horrible Torontonian still scammed u after meeting is my point entirely. Who was kept safe? No one. Who was put at extreme risk? Both of you and the patrons in public who had the right not to overhear such exchanges. I also find it... several things... to assume someone is a scam in an industry for behaving in the exact way the industry works. You are deeming industry standard a sign of a scam? Here's what, most providers would block the number of someone asking to meet in public immediately. Major red flag. You may want to investigate an industry prior to deciding and spreading info on what is a sign of a scam or not. You'll find many laughing emojis, while I dont want to laugh, I hope you will see that as a sign that what you suggested is beyond unheard of in the industry. Most hobbyists would not want to do this. If you do, cool, but pls dont go around saying that women who have maintained great reps for a decade should be seen as a scam for not becoming the equivalent of a street walker for your comfort or whims on what the standard policy should be in our industry. This suggestion goes from the SP asking for deposits to the hobbyist asking for one at a way higher value (time away) and personal risk instead of financial... hell financial too if i get stood up and then jumped on the way home. When I become a hobbyist (yup i wrote that.. i'll be old and nasty one day but still want pretty girls lol) I would way rather risk a 50 than personal safety and social exposure. They are well worth the service! I've been 3 times, once with each girl, and once with both, and it's both together for me from now on! They'll take care of you right, and they'll take an appointment for a couple, if you have an adventurous partner! My girlfriend and I are going next week!

That is a bare bones ad with zero information to verify the providers with. If you take one for the team I would be interested in the result. It would be nice to have a local massage provider.

Its a total crap chute on both sides so I personally see no point in attracting unsavory characters while being amongs a bunch of scammers when the good hobbyists will end up checking me out somewhere like Lyla or an Indy Companion collective in the end anyway. If I were a hobbyist, I wouldn't go anywhere near there. Why go sifting for gold though a bunch of sand? Sure a lot of good ones are there but they will ALSO be on lyla or in a collective, so why bother? Same with our end with clients. A good hobbyist will find me and will either know better than bother with leolist or eventually do research and find me in a better place. So yes, I would recommend avoiding it. All hassle, no benefit if you ask me. And verification is a joke on there. It means nothing. For recos and reviews: take one timer posters with a grain of salt. Completely disbelieve ones that only post for one person and no one else. If thats just a recent thing fine... he just found his dream girl but I mean EVER. And sadly, I would not trust reviews from agency SPs unless its from a well known Poster here or from multiple posters who have recoed SPs from other agencies or independents as well. Although the mods are pretty hardcore at catching those. I once had pages of recos removed because a stupid driver made fake reviews for girls hoping he could drive for them. I didnt ask for it, need it or appreciate it! So his one BS reco deleted a years worth of genuine ones. Thankfully the mods understood it wasnt my doing. Anyway, the sniffed it out because he only recoed SPs from that agency and funny... only on nights he woked. lol Wanted to throttle the guy. For his stupid 20$ he brought me (and others) to square one. Many members only trust recos for new SPs if they are done by members who word they trust. But as long as the poster has reviewed SPs that arent all from the same place and has reviewed SPs that have nothing to do with each other, its trustworthy. I'm so sorry you have been burned. I want to agree here.. i find it's becoming out of control. I have to do so much research just to try and verify if a provider is real. Leolist has become a minefield of fake ads. Twitter accounts can be faked; so can websites and even reviews. even on this site.. truly the only way is to know someone else either a client or a provider who can vouch for them. I see so many great women on this site but none in my area. so far i have found only those on tour that i would truly reccomend. I have been burned for deposit on occasion myself and it's frustating. I have hope though that if some of these women see a need or demand in the area that they will come. It helps if the quality of clients in the area are just as good as the women we want to attract but i have personally been told by providers that a lot men in my area are basically pigs so that isnt helping the cause either . I take it with a grain of salt. I try to be a good client.. clean, respectful and aplreciative of their time and just hope others do the same.
