I categorically disagree with this. I once saw a verified pic on LL where the text on the piece of paper they were holding was running off the side and onto her arm. I suppose it reduces the risk of a scam slightly because they have to take 2 minutes to edit the sign into a pic, so that'll filter out the most laziest. Be aware that Seeking Arrangements sends out fake messages even from real profiles. The real ladies don't even know that a message has been sent from their profile.
