You guys have it correct for why we don't have MPs and agencies. Our laws in NS forbid them. They would have to have a home base in another province and "tour" the companions in. Several years ago I started this hobby and I’ve noticed that are almost no new SPs that are visiting the area. I remember that there was always someone new to meet. There was a variety.
