The terms are honestly meaningless at this point, as each provider will have their own interpretation and comfort levels. As BenDover said, you'd imagine that GFE would be like a girlfriend, but often times it is not. This is completely wrong. The gripe is that she planned a tour for Toronto, took deposits in advance, then cancelled the tour and kept the money. She also did the exact same thing in Ottawa.
