If you OFFER prostitution on your website you can NOT link from cerb to your site (It's really simple) if your website is just about dating, dancing massaging (without happy endings) or nonsex fetish then your welcome to link to it.

The censor system lets me tweak some stuff but the problem is the more strict I make it the easier it is to circumvent. I adjusted l i c k and p s e so you can type collapse and upset and click but this means someone can do stuff like GFEPSELICK and circumvent the censor so if you see something like this please report it.

If your website even hints that prostitution ........ are available please remove your website url from cerb. We can not advertise anyone or any website that is offering prostitution. No gray area! If you make a video that shows you let say naked or even scantily clad in bed or mouthing the words fuckme or doing cartoons of sex positions your website will not be allowed to like from cerb. I am not taking any chances. If i think it is even questionable i will block the url. Its too much for me to look at everyone and tell everyone one by one what is wrong or not. So use good judgement If you have to ask if it is ok.... The it is not ok! So please do not ask and do not be surprised if your site url gets blocked, Anyone not updating profile pages, classified ads or even comments on photos you may find you profile info deleted, classified ads removed or albums erased so take some time and help me out and make sure your area is nice and tidy and conforming to the new law. It is not fear mongering and it is not us (cerb, the owners, the mods) who made these laws!!! Cerb has always been on the good side of the law and we will remain that way. It keeps our members safe, the owners safe, the mods safe and the advertisers safe. I am just warning people of what is to come here on cerb not everywhere else! Have i ever been concerned what others are doing? No! We run cerb different the other sites, We will conform to the new laws to keep this site running and we will ride this out and protect ourselves, and our members. lots of people are voicing opinions that we should keep cerb running the same, refuse to conform, move the business to another country, etc,etc,.. If you feel so strongly about not censoring and breaking the laws then i suggest you either purchase a copy of vbulletin (the software that runs cerb) and start your own discussion site and run all the illegal ads and open uncensored posts you want.. Or hell make the owners of cerb an offer to purchase cerb, maybe they would sell it. I would have to resign however as i do not wish to go to court for breaking this new law. Just for the record...As far as i know cerb it is not for sale but with the new laws i am sure that would consider an offer, i sure would. So, with that said does anyone have the guts (or stupidity) to go against the law? Put your money and your criminal record where your mouth is and lets see what happens. It has received royal ascent we are in 30 day grace right now.... and yes I would expect them to so we are conforming to the new laws.

You know... we will all adapt and by this time next year no one will even notice any .... dots cause we will iron out the laws and everyone will change to accommodate the laws. Ladies can not get charged for PLACING prostitution ads but third parties can so no one can allow ads for prostitution so the law effectively means your allowed to advertise but it is illegal for anyone who allows you to do it. If your link from cerb (Banner or signature or profile or anywhere on cerb) links to a personal website where you offer prostitution extras this would be illegal as well so UPDATE your sites!! if not your site will be banned from cerb. THE LAW PASSED - THIS IS YOUR ONLY CHANCE TO UPDATE!! it is in a 30 day grace period to give everyone time to conform to the new law. We are giving the ladies a few weeks to update websites but if they are NOT UPDATED shortly they will be placed on the BANNED SITES list and censored off the site. Members will be asked to let us know if any sites linking from cerb advertise prostitution extras those sites will actively be removed. Again... I did not make the new laws! No, it is because the laws are changing this month ... You should read the threads on that. The site has to now censor anything related to prostitution, this is a transition period for us all. We are adapting.

I am sure adult fun will happen between two consenting adults at times (it's human nature) but the rule is the ladies can not ADVERTISE it is available and on the FLIP SIDE if the guys confess to it taking place then it could incriminate them (also some bad people may write things to try to cause drama saying that someone is offering sexual ........) so to protect everyone the CENSOR system here is being used to REMOVE any words that may not be appropriate so that the site conforms to the new laws and the new way of doing things. The law as it is written says "286.4 Everyone who knowingly advertises an offer to provide sexual services for consideration is guilty" if ads posted on cerb do not offer any sexual services then they are permitted from my understanding. Also we do have 30 days grace. "The provisions of this Act, other than sections 46 to 48, come into force 30 days after the day on which this Act receives royal assent." so 30 days from yesterday.

I got thinking of the laws, the way it is worded we just can not allow anyone to advertise here for prostitution services. It's not to say the members here can not advertise for non-fs services here and on personal websites advertise other things... they just can not LINK from cerb to that website that offers those things. Say I am a tire salesman and I also sell pop machines on the side. I can advertise the tires here and the pop machines somewhere else (Not having the two professions directly related if I choose not to). So if you do offer prostitution services just don't advertise them here and dont put links to any ads or websites that you do offer such things. I think that will comply with the laws. We are trying to bring cerb up to date with the new laws to comply with the new rules so no one gets in trouble. We can still have our conversations here, maintain the Sp only area to help keep the ladies safe and still show a positive side to the adult industry. ANYONE publicly offering prostitution related services will NOT Be permitted to advertise here. If the ladies website says she offers services then she will not be allowed to advertise here. Only ESCORTS, DANCERS, MASSAGE, NON FS FETISH, ETC... can advertise once this law becomes in effect. Anyone who wishes to continue to advertise on cerb must ensure they NO LONGER OFFER services of a sexual nature. You can always work as an escort (paid date, no sex just pay for time you spend with a lovely lady ... or man) but anyone advertising sexual services in exchange for money will have to advertise that somewhere else. If we on cerb are aware the person is advertising sexual services it would be our duty to remove the advertisement and ask that person to no longer advertise here. Everyone should READ the new bill to see what the new law is all about.

If only it was that simple. It is not, if you operate the site from Canada you have to follow the canadian rules. We will adapt. Other sites moving offshore and still running things in Canada and allowing the advertisers and such to break the law... it will come back on the site owner if they are in Canada.

I agree, noting anyone does is going to stop it at this point. It's time to make preparations and I think the best thing to do is all come together and challenge the law in court like they did the first time as this new law is just as unconstitutional as the previous.
