From the logs I think you are probably the worst on for using the F bomb! LOL... but being conscious about it would help. As for the chat the company says they have fixed the problem with some new firewall rules. I can log in fine now first try but they told me before they fixed it and the problem got bad again so let me know if you still have problems logging in please.

Because most posts on CL are BAIT AND SWITCH so we do not want to encourage people to go to the CL site so we BAN the actual URL. Some of you seam to use those words in every sentence (Not the terms like GFE but the f word and shit every other sentence... why?) Sure you may not take offense to it or see anything wrong with it and if it was intended to be a "all guys" chat and you were tossing those words around with the boys I probably would not have a problem with it... With further research I must admit that you are correct, I edited my response to be more accurate. The US laws appear to be much like our own and the police do not have to admit they are law enforcement officers.

We DO NOT have the same type of entrapment laws in Canada that they have in some other countries. If a prostitute suspected of committing a crime asks the John if he (or she) is a police officer they can lie and say NO and still make an arrest (Same holds true with a undercover streetwalker sting). Now... if the girl was not a SP and a cop tried to solicit sex from her... well this is really when our entrapment laws would come in effect as the cop is persuading the person to commit a crime (reward based). This is known as "random virtue testing" (without reasonable suspicion) so they must be already under investigation for a crime and they are still limited to providing only an opportunity to commit the offense they can not persuade the person or entice them to the point of entrapping them. Also... it should be noted that in Canada the question of entrapment is only considered after there has been a finding of guilt by a court of law. (similar to an acquittal).

Review the criminal code of Canada (Section 210-212) - living off the avails of prostitution is indeed illegal (So if the agency owner is aware of the sex in exchange for money or is telling the ladies they must have sex for money he/she is living off the avails or prostitution. If they are working for the ladies as booking agents and do not discuss sex it can be a gray area but that still would not stop a charge being laid but it may get you out of a conviction) but this law was intended to fight real pimps (some municipalities and law enforcement do however use it to bust agencies - even if they are doing things in a non-pimp way) - usually only bothered when drugs, abuse, underage or in-calls are taking place. Many threads exist on cerb about the law... you may even have a local Municipal by-law (Like a parking ticket authority - not jail or anything) that licenses "escorts" the same way a city can license "Cabs". If you break this by-laws look out cause they can send the collections agents after you to pay the fines! (That is about it however - no jail or criminal charge but they can go after you for some large fines usually). Criminal code is cost to cost. Common Bawdy house (in calls), Living off the avails (Pimping), underage (under 18 years of age), Public solicitation (Street walking or even discussing sex in exchange for money in the hotel lobby)... these are all illegal in Canada. Outcall's with private discussion of sex for money is not illegal in Canada. Despite the public solicitation laws you can still advertise your services on the internet and in print media thanks to a supreme court of canada ruling that deems this to be acceptable. Now... for my disclaimer. These are my PERSONAL views on the law and I am not a lawyer or claim to know all the legalities so take this as personal opinion only and not fact. Form fact on your own research and if you are concerned seek real legal council.
