You can't blame them for taking the advertising revenue.. any newspaper would so it's hard to hold them accountable as most people would not turn down advertising revenue and would not take a personal interest in that as we do. They are just the medium and may not pay as much attention to what those ads are really all about and the effect they could have long term on the business. Most sites do just care about the $$ and that drives the sites.... Sure we could all be driving hummers and stuff for that extra 40+K a year so maybe I am being stupid for taking a stance but I do think it will damage the industry if it's allowed to continue. If we let these asian bait and switch guys advertise on EC or even here we would probably see about 40 to 50 grand a year in advertising revenue just from all of them. This is why most sites allow them to advertise (Knowingly) - in fact as far as I know I think we are the only ones who will not allow them to advertise (Are we kidding ourselves believing that integrity will make us a more trusted site? are we insane for refusing 40+ thousand dollars a year in advertising revenue? - We still get comments about other bait and switch ladies sneaking ads on E.C. and people saying "It's all because of the money and they don't care who advertises as long as they are paying for the ads"). Funny thing is... the Asian bait and switch agencies advertise on some of the discussion boards that have massive amounts of threads warning everyone they are fake (terb is a prime example). How does this make sense? Again, very easy to say but how does decriminalization help protect the people? Part of the current law protects underage girls (and boys), makes pimping illegal, makes street solicitation and street level prostitution illegal and helps protect women drawn into the business controlled by drug addictions. These are all needed laws. You may be all for legal street prostitution... until you have chemical drug addicted prostitutes soliciting on the street where you own property and along with them you have all the pimps and drug dealers who are exploiting them in your neighborhood. The laws are still needed and should protect the people in and out of the business. I strongly disagree that decriminalization is the way to approach this and I am afraid that if they do try to change out laws they will end up making the business more restrictive and grouping escorts and street walkers in the same category even more then they do now. We already have police forces abusing the current laws. The public solicitation law was intended to battle street prostitution but in some cities (Recently in Winnipeg) they called an escort, asked her to go to the hotels lounge for a drink, laughed with her and made her comfortable enough to quietly whisper something about the fun sex things they could do back in the room and of course this was intended to entrap her into a solicitation criminal charge (Since we do not have entrapment laws to protect the girl from this kind of abuse she was charged). THIS IS NOT what they law was intended for. It's stuff like this that needs attention. What they need to understand is no mater what they do prostitution will still happen (It's a very needed service), if they make the laws overly restrictive it will only push the already illegal stuff more underground and the currently legal stuff more restrictive (The chance of better rights protection for the legitimate escorts is probably never going to happen in our lifetime but we can only hope someone proves me wrong!) The more illegal it becomes the more BAD people it will attract.

I think she is asking how the SP's set their rates (Based on looks, cute face, body size, etc...) or based on the level of service (Different services, length of time, etc..) and if you receive a different type of service when the lady charges more for the same amount of time as others or are you just paying more based on how attractive the provider is. I think she is trying to set her price point and a lot of the ladies struggle with this. I think it actually has potential to be a good thread here. Take a moment to think about it.... how would you value yourself and services. I would assume it's like any business (supply and demand). As a provider you can see your competitions ads only (not the product per say) sometimes you can even see what they charge per hour or per service as they include this on websites and sometimes advertisements but you can not see how they perform (offer these services) for this fee. Really it would be very hard for someone to do! It should be personal... right? But that is not the way it usually works as a new lady enters the business from a agency or friend in most cases and they charge what the agency rate is (or) what her friend charges and they use that as a guide. Some think that if they offer more for less (The discount store policy) they will be busy all the time and make money off volume (but ladies who do this burn out quick in the business, attract a lot of unwanted clientele and end up being unhappy so in turn this ends up with poor service). I am posting this so that they come back and find out that it's not worth it to try to deceive people this way - if they ran a better business they would not need to make fake posts trying to tell people they are better!! The customers would be here for them recommending the services. What they need to do is revamp the business and work on becoming a more reputable place with better service. I hope this thread help then change these bad habits and learn where they need improvements... maybe even grow into a better more reputable business? They have a chance to improve themselves like everyone else but SHILL posting is only going to damage them further! If it does not let you in just close the window and try again. The server still has something funny going on but it's not happening all the time. It may be a bug in the chat software. If it's bait and switch (Fake photos) you can post it in the Bait and switch area as well as dangerous encounters (Such as you paying and asked to leave before any service - or something like that). Keep in mind that you must be 100% sure as posting a bait and switch or dangerous encounter that ends up being false can get you removed and obviously make you loose credibility here. If you show up and the lady was as described (or real photos) and the service sub-par to your standards then you would not recommend her but you can not post the negative parts of that experience here as your millage may vary based on all sorts of variables. Also competition of the ladies in some areas like to make fake negative posts to damage the other ladies reputations so they get more business (this usually backfires but causes the Moderators of the boards a lot of grief and hate) Best bet is to to say "I saw __________ and have nothing to comment on" or "I saw _____ and I can not recommend her based on my experience" but we don't like you to start a thread this way... only comment this way if someone asks about that lady first. You can start a thread by saying... "has anyone has any experience with _______" and wait to see if anyone posts or PM's you some info. If not then TOFTT and visit the lady if your interested (Run away if it's bait and switch of course). Then if the service was not what was promissed or you don't think the bad service could have had anything to do with you directly then post a responce that you met her and can not recommend her based on your experience. No need to be mean, no need to go into detail (people will PM you for more info if your willing to share details) and this is enough to tell others that she is not high on the current recommendation list (Maybe it will help her improve her service for others - we can only hope we could have a positive impact). Again, if you post something negative and some of the senior members jump in and let us know the post is a fake we would remove the post and you so just be sure.

If you use the search feature you will find some info on asian escorts in the area (Most asian escort websites are bait and switch - it seams to be a trend that is really common with that culture in this business and I am not sure why).
