No photo on the internet is protected to be honest. You can water mark them but you can take any photo because when you view it on your computer screen it has already been downloaded to your hard drive and it now a file that sites in your computers temporary internet files. You can disable the right click by java, you can embed the image in flash or hide it behind a invisible gif... etc.. etc.. but nothing can actually stop you from taking it... if you know what you are doing that is. Now reposting it without permission is illegal (copyright) so don't do that here... but these images are being hot linked from http://www.ottawasun.com/SUNShine_Girl/Wednesday/2008/08/06/ssg08.jpg and not being reproduced.

We were waiting for her to reply and change the phone on her own. The ad has been suspended as it has not been taken care of yet. You guys need to use the REPORT ERROR button on the ads on EC. If you can confirm she is not the real person in the photo report her! If enough of you do this the ad will be removed until she can verify it. Keep in mind that if she verifies it and the ad did not have fake photos your IP and Email will not longer be accepted to report a bait and switch ad so be sure you have confirmed this first hand and not just from hearsay or what you read on the board.

The two well known Asian agencies in Toronto that DO NOT bait and switch customers do VERY well as they are working hard at beating this problem. I am sure a few legit Asian ladies here getting recommendations would be very busy.

Fixed it. It organizes them under the TITLE so be sure to put the ladies name in the title. (First field when making a recommendation).

That would be a by-law fine for not having a taxi license (Like a parking ticket - it does not carry any jail time) but you should review the actual criminal code of canada as it does mention drivers but if memory serves me correctly it is a reference to bringing someone to a known bawdy house and not driving a escort to a outcall. You could still get charged with living off the avails however (probably would not stick in court but it may be something you might want to look into).

That thing has been around for years and I still laugh every time! I looked into starting a viral marketing company because of that video. I bet MC paid for that (same with ford) rumor has it that many of the big companies pay for those things to be made now (quietly of course). I have some great idea's for xbox/playstation for a viral video and also one for a restaurant. Also the easy ones like hover (We suck good) commercial in a viral video could be really funny. For those who don't know Viral does not mean VIRUS it means a video that is passed around from email to email (and posted on sites like you tube) they are usually tv commercial type ads that are a little (or a lot) too explicit for TV or just really funny! I think the Sumo Wrestler car wash was probably intended to be viral but they put it on air. It's a great way to advertise your product and it's entertaining as well so no harm done. If you make the clip funny enough and entertaining enough people will market the clip for you.

How they prove it is if you go to a place where more then one lady is working from and while you are in your room having your fun if the other lady gets caught in her room and busted then everyone in the house is arrested and charged. This happened to a number of massage spa's offering FS as well as a number of stripclubs offering more then just lapdances. In fact my friend was in a club in Toronto called exotica when it was busted and they were all detained and he was charged for being in a common bawdy house. Wrong place and the wrong time... if it's just one lady working out of her own place or taking turns using a place you are much better off.

yup. Generally just a place where the guys can come and chat with each other and chat with the ladies as well. (a unique perspective on the business). My 2 cents... First off... It's illegal because the federal law says so.... you don't need to look up a plain English version of the law as the actual law reads clear as day (Section 210 of the criminal code of Canada) Link to Criminal Code on this topic Pretty straight forward (the Canadian laws are very loose like this) A bawdy house is "a place of prostitution" if anyone was unclear about that. It is against the law to own one and against the law to be in one (even just hanging out). Now my thoughts are that this law was intended for commercial building (lovingly known as whore houses by most people - like the well known red light district in Amsterdam and popular places in Nevada like the mustang ranch / bunnies ranch / etc...) ... so if the location is not a cesspool for drugs or really high traffic (lots of ladies working) as that would causes neighbors to complaint (and nothing like underage or sex slavery is going on - like many of the asian massage spa's that are getting raided all over Canada recently)... then most law enforcement from the look of it turn a blind eye (well until it's vote time - as that seams to stir up a need for some easy targets at times with the politicians in some cities) The law and much of Canada understand that it is a needed service and it is technically more safe for the ladies to do incalls. Forcing them out of incalls would have negative effects as no mater what they do this business has been around longer then any other business and it's not about to just stop. If it's pushed underground it becomes more dangerous and police would have a much harder time getting the true criminals put away.

Yes, the guides are volunteers from my understanding and they get some sort of credit for assisting the new users (or they get a special rank or something). It appears to be a way to really make it pull together as a community. Most big sites do have link codes to track advertising like these guys have. The problem with the link codes is that search engines give high rankings to pages by link popularity so having a different link from every site you end up loosing a lot of link popularity weight. I prefer to have a program on the server that monitors the website people are coming from. Web servers can record where all inbound traffic comes from so a good server side log parsing program will remove the need for the special link codes.

The ad is the same lady, someone is giving her a hard time (she showed her face and someone found her) so in a attempt to stay in the business and avoid further problems with this person she has changed her name and put up photos with her head cropped off. If you notice in everyone's post above I have changed the name to F0X (With a Zero and not a 'o' so that the search engines will not index this thread with her old alias as the keyword). She is well reviewed so no reason exists that she would want to bait and switch any of you she is doing this for personal reasons. Please respect that and also please do not go posting on other boards saying "The mod over on cerb said..." this will only end up making it easier for the person to find her once again and cause her more grief and what will end up happening is she will end up leaving the business all together as I have witnessed that many times over the years.

It is a tracking link but not an affiliate program. They are a paid advertiser here (Banner up top in the rotation) and this is a tracking code so they know if the advertising from cerb.ca is working for them or not. We do not get a commission or any kickback from people using the site. If they get enough traffic I am sure they will continue to renew the banner however (and every bit of sponsor revenue helps this site as it covers some of the costs).

I dabble with photography myself but won't do glamor shots. I have many friends who are professional photographers. In fact I was in business with a friend a few years ago where we ran a head shot photography studio (actors and actress's) in Toronto... and we also offered free photo sessions to the escorts in Toronto (I would bring in a professional female photographer every Wednesday and the ladies could come in and get some nice photos done - for free as escorts-canada would flip the bill for the photographer to do the group shots at a special day rate price we worked out with the photographer). Unfortunately my partner who did all the head shot work injured his back so when our lease came due we did not renew the studio space... but I learned a lot that year about photography. I have a Nikon D70s (It's a entry level digital SLR - and I have two professional grade lenses as well) I also have a nikon point and shoot camera as well (Takes very nice photos but is so slow I hate using it).... I still have all the studio equipment as well (Lights, boxes, Muslin backdrops... I even have a chain drive for the backdrops) but I am only good at product shots and I can snap a pretty good family portrait. I can 100% say it's an art to do glamor shots. Professional photographers will often get one good shot out of every 25-30 shots using 35mm SLR and the photographers who use medium format camera's often get 1 out of every 10 as the camera's are very slow, the images are very large and that forces the photographer to take his/her time and really set up the shot. If you find someone with a medium format digital camera chances are they really know what they are doing (Since they start at about 20grand for the camera and digital back combo). Sure the home point and click camera's are ok and that is what most of the ladies use (hell many use cell phones and webcams - drives me crazy as we get more blue and green grainy photos then we get nice clean shots). Nothing sexy about a grainy photo with a blue hue ladies (it makes you look like your skin is peeling and your borderline dead - the yellow hued photos just make you look like you have a liver disease too! Sure people do get lucky but I have been on set MANY times with everything from professional models to exotic dancers and no matter how lucky you are with a home digital point and click camera your images will never compare to a photographer who knows the art. If you know how to pose the model, where to place the camera, how to set up the lighting, how to use the camera and wait for the right moment to snap the shot it makes the world of difference - and I can't stress it enough... it is an art and not all "Professional Photographers" have the gift so make sure you see a portfolio. Most of the models are in a little discomfort for most of the poses... actually I have seen tears of pain with some of the poses that the photographers put the ladies into and even though it hurts like hell to stand/sit/kneel/etc... in that position a good photographer will always be able to get the model to smile and hold the pose. (I am not kidding - it's painful to watch... one girl could not walk after the shoot she was in so much pain but the photo turned out amazing!)... a good photographer will position the model so any unflattering part is stretched out (arch, twist, holding breath, etc..) or hidden and to do that is a skill. Well that is my 2cents... Bottom line, if the photographer doesn't put the model into some discomfort then chances are the photographer is not that good. LOL.
