Many discussions over the years about this... Cordless phones operate on public airways and Cell phones have been questioned as well so I would say party lines could probably be considered public as well. Public pay phones are also in question.

First think when asking a question on any forum is do a search to see if anyone has asked that question in the past. Second is to ask the question if it has not been answered in the past. If someone has something negative they will often PM you with the information (Privately).

Other board exist that allow you the post negative reviews ... so another site like that is not needed! We believe that many people are sick of reading all the hate posts .... those people eventually find us and appreciate the change and the positive community atmosphere we try to maintain here. This is NOT a review board... This is a community site where the guys and the ladies should feel welcome to come and be more involved in the discussions. A place where the ladies know they will not be disrespected by someone hiding behind a alias ... someone that feels they can slander them without consequence. Unfortunately most people feel the urge to go online and bash someone or some company immediately after they have had a bad experience (hell I had that urge the other day dealing with the phone company and my cable company when I moved!). They fixed the problems however and I am again happy with the service and after I calmed down I wrote a email to both of them to tell them how I think they could improve the service... maybe if we all did that the service would improve? Many people do not feel the need to share good experiences so boards that allow the negative posts are flooded with slander and negativity. Many of these posts are slanderous, hateful, mean and often not true.... they also give the industry a bad rep as they feed the stereotypes. Now the good posts can also be fake (we call that a shill post) and we often weed them out quickly here. When you have fake negative reviews (ex boyfriends, competition) or unjustified reviews (drunk, bad hygiene, or just a asshole) it's unfair to the lady and the negative posts can effect their business. If you were a business owner and someone went online and slandered your business how would you feel? Worst of all... When the lady who is tied to this negative review tries to explain in a reply she is often met with great hostility and often does not stand a chance to explain herself fairly .... at least here you don't have a site that supports this behavior. We are building a community of good people, we remove the bad people that just don't fit in here. This site is NOT for everyone nor do we try to accommodate everyone.

1. Outcall prostitution is legal in Canada (Incalls are considered a common bawdy house and considered illegal). Public solicitation is also illegal (discussing sex for money in public) you can discuss this in private behind closed doors one on one but you are better off to have the money in a open envelope already for her (or follow any instructions she gives you). 2. Escorts-canada has been online since 1998 and is highly respected in the community (But don't take my word for it as it is owned by the same people who own cerb - I am sure others will back me up on this however... right guys?). Anyone can place an ad on ANY website as they DO NOT screen the advertisers! If complaints are received about an advertiser they do investigate and remove them if need be. To this date to my knowledge no bait ad has ever been placed on the site for any type of sting operation. Do your homework (ask openly here about the lady you are interested in - if others recommend her they will tell you and if someone does not they will often PM you to warn you... if you hear no response the lady could be new to the business and you may need to roll the dice on your own). 3. If someone tries to get you to discuss sex for money in public they could be setting you up for public solicitation. Avoid this as it's not safe for you or the lady. If you are caught in a bawdy house during a raid you will most likely be charged... bawdy houses don't usually get raided unless public complaints are made (bad location), multiple ladies are working out of the same location (high traffic) or if pimping or drugs are involved in the location.... but a risk (even a low risk) does always exist so do your homework as I would never suggest that someone break the law. If you have concerns about the law you should research it online or speak to a legal advisory (not a bunch of hobbiest on a anonymous forum like this as you will get BAD advise in most cases.. in fact my reply could be bad as I am no lawyer so don't take my word for it! 4. Be a gentleman! The ladies deserve respect and to be treated well so be respectful, have top notch hygiene, and a true gentleman and you will not offend anyone. Watch out for bait and switch... If you show up and the lady was NOT the lady in the photo you have been bait and switched. This unfortunately seams to be a big problem in the peg these days - so recommendations are usually good.

She does exist (She verified her photos) but I think more then one girl was working off this ad. We have warned her that this is not acceptable and will give her a second chance at this time since she verified her photos but we made it very clear that this is not acceptable and will not be permitted to continue. Well Rozz, My guess would be you are most likely involved somehow with this agency since you started a thread about this agency asking questions in hopes to draw up some interest and now you replied back like this after I deleted all the slanderous comments. You know very well that the comments were not "hit and miss" that I deleted - you read them before I deleted them! They were obvious warnings for others to stay away and you chose to not comment until now (once they were deleted) and make the comment seam like they were not that slanderous. Then you comment about PK so that just proves my theory. Shill posts and fake memberships asking questions like this will get found out and it just makes the agency look even worse! Please don't waste everyone's time. Then you throw in streetwalkers in the same sentence as PK just to try to be more insulting but it just screams SHILL.

Many hacks exist for all sorts of stuff like that but when you install the modifications then you risk opening exploits into the software. Also when the security updates are released it often messes up all the modified files and you have a mess on your hands. We use to have free ads here for the ladies (A mod) and it allowed someone into the server to use the server to send spam email, since then we have removed all modifications and kept the system stock and do all the updates (To keep it stable).

Ok, I obviously need to explain this. PSE, GFE, ROBOTIC, MECHANICAL, ETC... These are STYLES of service and not actual SERVICES offered like DFK, CIM, BBBJ, ETC...
