I don't think I would go so far as to say they "anything" ladies are all infected with something... that is a little harsh. I do agree that using protection is important and you are taking a unnecessary risk when you don't use it. Your best option is to use the New Posts link at the top of the site. This should show you all the newest posts since the last time you logged in. I set the default to "The Last Year" as some people where having problems finding old posts. You can change this at the bottom of the page (Sort order area)
