No fine line, you were able to use other resources to get your answer. Nothing wrong with that. Hopefully its not a ex boyfriend, bad/unreasonable client or someone who sees her as compitition trying to slander her or damage her business. Problem is... Often it is so make sure whoever posted this info is reputable and not a new member on another forum. Its a lot easier to slander someone with negative reviews the it is to make a nice glowing recommendation for someone worthy of it so we find the recommendations much more valuable then negative comments. Again... If you value negative comments make sure you get a membership on a forum that allows it... Your not going to hurt our feelings if you jump ship or share your time on multiple sites.

I would suggest you open your own site then and make your own rules or join a site that allows this... Lots exist... this site is for those who dont want all the negativity. We like it being friendy and fun and no one can slander or do anything to damage a ladies business or disrespect a lady. This rule here wont change.

I personally trust ck, he is human and can make a mistake but he is more diligent than anyone.... And he does not want to hurt someones business who does not deserve it, if everyone was as diligent as ck i am sure no one would have issues of negative reviews. I would not give anyone a infraction for referring to ck's diary if someone asks for info. P.s. Sending people to a site hosting negative reviews no matter how clever you think you are being with stuff like "a site othen then this that rhymes with erb" or whatever way you try to circumvent this rule will get you a infraction. It makes me and other members angry when you do this and is not appreciated. Ck's diary is the only please i let people reference in a negative way as his track record is amazing to say the least.

Reviews often include ratings (10/10 5/10 9/10 etc...) here we do not allow that either (It actually makes a lot of the ladies upset to be graded like meat). Even a 9/10 (something we would all consider top notch) makes many upset cause it's not 10/10 some just avoid that. I also don't like the word reviews I like to just focus on the good and leave everything else out. If someone is not worthy of a great review then don't post anything at all (Sometimes silence is worth more)

I agree, this was pre-coded into the software and really does not make much sense. What i would like to do is show the recent ads on another page (like a city landing page - something i have been wanting to do for a long time now) and a recent ads for all of canada on the main page of the site . I wasn't sure anyone would us that. Or the feedback... I hope i did not kill that earlier today when i made some changes... I will see what we can do to improve that.

Yes and No, if it was bad where it was bait and switch (Fake Photos) or you got put into a dangerous encounter like being robbed or threatened (and you are an established member) you can report it in the correct area. If it was just not worthy of a recommendation or you just want to complain or warn others that the service was below your standard then other sites exist for this - cerb is not the place for that. No, this is a flaw as people do change but if we allowed this then it gets abused. Basically when members look for are RECENT reviews, people will continue to ADD comments to recommendations if they are worthy. A recommendation thread that has not been updated in over a year is often a RED FLAG to many of the members here. We do allow PM's when SOLICITED (Someone asks for specific info) to be sent. For instance if someone says "Does anyone have info on...." and you have some info that may be negative you can PM the person and share this info since they asked for it. An established member can also comment "Based on my recent experience I can not recommend" publicly (but nothing more) if people want more info from you they can PM you. What we want to avoid is anyone slandering someone or just being unreasonable. many guys will have bad experiences cause they have really insane expectations (we have all seen them) some guys show up with Body Oder and crotch rot and complain cause the lady would not offer them a BJ or nasty rotting teeth and she denies him kissing... etc... it happens SOOO OFTEN. These guys will make the MOST NOISE about a lady and try to damage her reputation. Cerb is friendly and positive cause we will not have any part of that.

Add note NO GENITALS (and other terms) Fixed "resets back to Service Provider (being the first option)" when edit Fixed type-o "Link to recommendaion" make it so agencies and spa's can choose correct categories added code so advertiser can HIDE the PM button. fixed blank screen after reporting a problem fixed alignment issue with main photo to far to the right removed link to classified ad system profile crap (changed link to go to users cerb profile) and more...

Don't feed the trolls. These comments are obviously trying to provoke a reaction as you can clearly see the replies are intended to invoke emotions and cause drama. Hurting a ladies income when she is risking the guys livelihoods (who get caught in a bawdy house when its raided) and the spa's business and the other ladies as well... Its easy to see when a comment like that is just trying to make people upset. Some people get off on doing this, best to just ignore or report them.

I agree too. You should NOT report photos unless you are 100% sure they are fake you could slander or hurt someones business who does not deserve it (and it would force me to suspend you for doing that)

I was asked to remove the oral comment, instead I will clarify why I will allow this. If the INDIE MA works as OUTCALL or a SINGLE CALL HOTEL ROOM INCAL VISIT they are technically not breaking any laws. This does become prostitution when it goes beyond just a massage to include oral sex or intercourse so offering this or doing this in a massage spa it makes the spa become a COMMON BAWDY HOUSE and that would be very much illegal and I don't think anyone would ever be foolish enough to admit this happened in a public forum such as this.... not to mention I would need to remove the comment as we do NOT discuss ILLEGAL activities on this site. So... Don't assume Claire does this in a spa. She did say "Some Independent MA's DO offer oral" meaning NO SPA AFFILIATE (I hope that is what she means as that is what I read into this) If a SPA ATTENDANT offers a BJ you are NO LONGER IN A MASSAGE SPA you are in a brothel (AKA COMMON BAWDY HOUSE) DISGUISED as a SPA and at risk of being arrested for being in a common bawdy house if the place gets raided while you are inside. Nope, only if they request that it be removed (I will remove them if asked and I will also change them if the lady asks as well - some like to update them) Nope, no warning for that. If the photos are used in the threads using the icon and called form the album when the album photo is removed the photo disappears from the threads. The only place it does not disappear from is the recommendation threads. That is why I will always remove them when asked.

Right now they have to delete avatars and albums and request that recommendations be marked as retired but all ads and posts remain, we purge old ads but usually only 3+ year old ones as it hurts our google ratings when mass pages are deleted. Nope, albums would stay the ads hold limited photos and the photo albums are a big draw.

Some people have asked why the new classified system as opposed to the way it is now so here in point form are the reasons. The ladies can EDIT the ads The ladies do not have to make a new ad every day The ladies can BUMP the ads every 12 hours instead of taking time to have to make a new ad every 12 hours (Not everyone knows how to cut and paste) The old way adds post counts every time a ad is placed so we have some members with 1000 ad posts and no contributions and now have privileges of those with actual discussion contributions. (Not that the ads are not contributions - they most certainly are but it does not show an accurate representation of the actual contributions) As the site grows the more posts we have the larger the database gets (and with every post the site gets just a little larger and requires more resources... with this new system we will not have 40000 posts that are just ads). When a lady retires we can simply close down the ad (She does not need to worry about the 1000 ad posts still being shown with photos and info (This is actually a big concern with many advertisers) The Classified system lets the ladies easily ROTATE photos (The cerb albums do not have this ability) The checklists of services will help guys SEARCH for ladies who potentially offer what they are looking for Such things as "Are rates negotiable" and "Minimum appointment time" will cut down on requests from the guys to the ladies. The list goes on and one really.... the pros far outweigh the cons. Actually I don't see any real cons as this is a FREE place for indies to advertise and a REALLY CHEAP place for agencies and spa's to advertise. The BUMPING feature and all the other goodies we have or are working into the system will just make it superior to other advertising venues as well. When we opened cerb EC was the venue for classified ads and CERB was not really to have classified profile ads but over time we all realized that with cerb able to WEED OUT the bad advertisers so efficiently with the discussions and reporting features we have this is by far the more logical way to run classifieds as well so we are really just beta testing the whole idea and see how it goes. Like anything and everything... it will evolve. So far my "TO DO" list to fix the bugs and the improvements are... Fix BBCODE in SIGNATURES on COMMENTS on ads Hide Services that are not checked (Giant checklist showing is ugly) Checklist needs to say "Role Play" not "Roll Play" (Type-o) Add YMMV to checklist (Cause hygiene and other factors are always a roll - it's sad that we have to add this but we do cause if you show up stinky your not getting the same service as the guy in the old spice commercial would get!)
