The new classified system is online but we are going to beta test it in Ottawa at this time. Everyone however is welcome to try it here: http://www.cerb.ca/classifieds and let me know if you run into any bugs. It is BETA because it is a work in progress (I expect bugs) For now in OTTAWA you will see 3 new links for classifieds. The ladies can now POST ads and instead of retyping the ad twice a day or copy and pasting it they can EDIT and BUMP the ad. The ad can be BUMPED every 12 hours to the top of the list. (It's a feature I had custom coded into the classified ad software - hopefully it works well). It's best not to reply to these comments, this is probably someone you did not click with in the past (It happens to all the ladies) and they feel the need to be mean. Time to move past this and work on making a good reputation.

Hope you guys are joking cause that is actually very much against the law. It's a easy law to forget but "helping" someone see a sp is actually illegal so please be careful discussing such things (even when joking around). We are trying a "Trial Run" to allow links and references to BP and CL cause we want to help keep people away from the bad apples and to increase popularity on cerb (across the country). So for a trial period the censors have been removed to link to www.craigslist.org and www.backpage.com Hopefully no one abuses this! We DO NOT want to see advertisers posting links to ads on BP or CL (Or any other directory other then EC & the approved directories). This would end in EC revoking permission to allow these links.

The photos on EC are real photos (verified) by her. If anyone has proof she is using fake photos on any of her ads posted in the last 6 months please reply back here and post the proof. Until EC or WE here on cerb have proof she is using fake photos still she will be allowed to come back... but any more fake photos and she is never going to get another chance. (after all of this hell she has gone thru getting caught doing this it would be soo foolish of her)

I cant answer that as i don't know exactly how everything went down but prostitution is legal in canada and as far as i know you need to be caught inside a brothel to be charged for being in a common bawdy house. You need to communicate or solicit i a public place to be charged with communication or solicitation and as long as the doors were closed, windows shut and she was of legal age you should be fine on all those issues as well. Have you read the criminal code laws? 210-213 criminal code of canada

How do you know the police were at the hotel for her? Sounds paranoid as a lot of things could bring the police to a hotel. My understanding is that the supreme court of canada ruled that sms (text messaging) is "private" and the "communication for the purpose of prostitution in a public place" law would not apply to a text message as it is not a "public place" and considered a private discussion between two parties. Not really server problems but some networking issues today (making the site load slow, pages time out and other things) no fear the network team is working on it.

They contacted everyone on the waiting lists but these come up so rarely that everyone on the waiting list is no longer in business.
