You realize the popular cities here did not get popular by people NOT asking questions and posting info right? All it takes is a few people to join and use the site to kickstart the other areas.... This site is a sub-site of escorts-canada.com (popular in both Winnipeg and Ottawa and other cities like calgary/edmonton, etc...) so you will notice much more traffic in those areas but halifax and much of the east coast is onboard with us now and slowly other cities are going.

Hi Everyone, We require a new council member (A lady) as we are currently short ONE of the ladies of our 14 member council. If you previously applied you do not need to contact me as your name is already posted but to be fair when the council and moderators vote on a new member I like to take a few days ahead of time and take any other names of volunteers. Council is not for everyone! It has had choices and requires a little effort and time but it helps the community a lot and helps the direction of cerb. You need a MINIMUM of 50 posts and must be a INDEPENDENT SP You must have ZERO infraction points lost in the last 6 months Thanks. And please PM Me if interested. Council members names are kept private to everyone outside of council. Some choose to reveal they are on council but this is ALWAYS a bad idea.

It means they purchased the 4000.00+ year cash grab from the city and agreed to follow all the license rules for "Escorts" (SEE BYLAW HERE: http://www.winnipeg.ca/cms/license_branch/pdfs/ESCORTS%20ESCORT%20AGENCIES.pdf) this by NO MEANS makes them a legal prostitution business. The city clearly defines "Escort" as very different from "PROSTITUTE" so don't get this confused! Basically the city tries to trick prostitutes into thinking they need a license where it is actually ILLEGAL under canadian law to license prostitution but because we use the more polite word "escort" the city sees this as an opportunity to abuse the laws and exploit this word in favor. Anyone caught advertising as a "Escort" in the city is scared into leaving or scared into paying for this license... where if in the ad they say "I am not a escort I am a callgirl" or "I am a courtesan" or "I am a prostitute" the city does NOT have a leg to stand in. Now, the license has NOTHING to do with criminal law either. It is a municipal infraction (Like a parking ticket) and the worst they can do is send a collection agency after you to pay your ticket... but they have been known to use police instead of regular bylaw officers to do this dirty work so it really scares the crap out of the ladies who don't know the laws as good as they should. Anyway... as you can see I hate that Winnipeg gets away with this exploitation and if the laws in canada change this year I am afraid cities like Winnipeg once they are allowed to license prostitution will take FULL advantage of it and make the by-laws just horrible.

Judging someone because they do not have a profile on cerb (yet) is not very welcoming to our community. I have no issue with anyone asking about anyone (on or off cerb) here on cerb. It's great when you support the ladies who contribute on cerb but to many variety is the spice of life and finding a NEW jem or TOFTT seam to be very important to many in the community.... When I say Community I mean the industry in a whole and not just cerb. We (everyone involved on any side of the business) should support each other and not just here on cerb, the community as a whole to make it the best it can be for everyone who deserves it to be the best (Obviously not the pimps, bad apples, B&S, etc... we all need to work to identify them and make it NOT profitable for those scammers and bad people). Many of the ladies of cerb did not know about cerb until someone from the site introduced them (mentioned it to them during a date or in a email). The only way the site gets bigger and better is by reaching out. Trying to get the guys here to just focus on the ladies here is BAD for growth of the site and in turn it may be good for the ladies here right now... but a year or two down the road and the site starts to loose traffic it does not help anyone. (and we must think of the LONG run and the BIG picture) If they are new providers to the business .... we want cerb to be a inviting place for them so they do not get sucked in by the BAD and maybe we can show people the positive and good side of the business. Lots of guys get the most thrill from seeking out new ladies (A diamond in the rough) and being the first to recommend the new gems! Some of the cerb ladies see this as competition but what people overlook is how important that is to the health and growth of this site. It all comes full circle and in the long run it brings more people to cerb and increases business for all the ladies on cerb. Good providers should never look at another new or established provider as competition or a threat to loss in revenue. That is NOT the case as it would be impossible in most cities to have any monopoly on this industry and if you did it would still not be a good thing. We all need each other... It's hard to accept but it's true. In the long run it all comes full circle... Even those coming in with low ball hourly rates. It may draw a NEW man or two into the client side and he will shop around and try different ladies. It's all good and we want to welcome everyone who is good here to cerb and NEVER be unwelcoming to discussions, questions or anything like that. Friendly, Fun, Inviting... lets make sure we maintain that for everyone. P.S. I don't care much for RANTS (and Ranting is a BAD idea for any SP) .... in order for the ladies to maintain that nice friendly fun (sexy fantasy) that everyone strives for when promoting themselves in this business... nothing is really less sexy then ranting, fighting, complaining, etc... I would very much prefer a RANT FREE site or any rants to be in the SP ONLY area out of public view (if you need to rant). Probably the MOST damaging thing some of the ladies do is post rants or preach. Some people get mad when I say this but this site is not intended for that. Friendly mature discussions are great and very much welcome... but every time someone rants, fights, states a mean or unfriendly opinion in public it will absolutely effect how others perceive you (and for the ladies this can probably cause the biggest hit to the income - far more then anything else I would think).

Upgraded (once again) to the newest version of tapatalk. It was not working on some peoples' iphones but did work on the ipads... and you could no longer search for it on the tapatalk site. (PAIN IN MY BEHIND) but at least it's back up and running. If it goes down again in the future please let me know.

One of passionvitto's photos showed up on a tineye search and in the mans defense who reported it she does not look the same (but she verified the photos with me and without a doubt the photo is indeed). This did not need to be aired out in public this way... I simply asked vitto to verify her photo with me in private, this drama was very much unnecessary in my opinion but I do understand why she would be upset. I have pm'd the member who reported her and asked that he be more certain in he future. My suggestion to passionvitto would be to have some new photos done too. This one that was reported is a little out of date.

Ladies.. the SP ONLY area is a good place to VENT... lets not post venting posts in the public areas please (we like to keep the site upbeat, fun and friendly)

You can ask for recommendations here no problem, the more you post in your area the higher the traffic will become (it just takes a few to really get a city moving) we are very popular in Ontario for sure but your area could be just as popular with a few good members posting quality and being friendly and helpful. It is all about the community here.

Thanks for your feedback. It however has greatly increased user contributions and legit sign up new registrations. Why do you not just log in each visit?

I am not sure why the profiles were locked to unregistered guests. I think we had a problem before with the twitter feed and I suspended access to the profiles while testing the problem. It is now back open so these URLS's will work for anyone (do not have to log in to see them) anyone who does not wish to have a profile visable to public can always HIDE the profile in the UserCP to "Friends only"

Actually I did not know you were with an agency. The reason your account was limited was because you were in the MODERATION period however agencies (and ladies working for agencies who wish to advertise on cerb) do require a paid account in both Toronto and Ottawa so I have froze all the account abilities. On a positive note a paid account gets full access.

Liability insurance is not mandatory for business (most landlords in commercial space will require it however) it just makes sense to have it. If they legalize the profession (decriminalize it fully) or even just remove the living off the avails and common bawdy house laws you will see municipalities all making new laws to enforce the industry and regulate it. Right now they are not able to do that legally! You will see set hours, location restrictions, advertising restrictions, drug tests, std tests, log book requirements, etc....etc... it will be up to the municipalities and you can ensure any conservative community will go to the extreme and make it next to impossible to operate without the legal bounds without having the challenge the bylaw's.... I think the municipalities by-laws will be FAR worse then the current laws. At least it takes the criminal element out of it as municipality by-laws do not include any jail time if you break them but they will just force it to stay underground and I really can't see it improving. Others will argue back and forth but we wont' really know till (and if) it happens. Until then... enjoy what we have now. (I suspect people will look back and say it was better then)

This post was brought to my attention cause in a way this could be considered advertising (but it also is a discussion if worded better!). TIP: When posting stuff like this it's best to avoid saying stuff like "I was thinking about adding" when you post this way it becomes self promotion (and you can not advertise outside the advertising area). It would be best to say "if a lady wanted to add services like personal training or yoga...." allowing the conversation without the personal advertising element. Now, with that said here is a interesting thing I was told about wavers in Ontario (Probably all of Canada) but apparently wavers can actually work against the person who is requesting the wavers be signed. The courts apparently see this as "You know this activity could cause body harm" and becomes a admittance making you guilty and liable if someone gets injured. The wavers apparently do not protect the person/company (but because we watch so much USA tv it does act as a deterrent cause in the USA the wavers actually do protect the person/company from much legal action as we just assume the laws are the same here). Also as far as I know you do not need to have any certification to be a yoga instructor or personal trainner but it would be smart to get some LIABILITY insurance (ANYONE TRAINING or ANYONE who allows public into home or work SHOULD DO THIS). It covers you if someone slips and falls or whatever the case may be.... and it's not that expensive! A few years ago I helped a friend set up a store and I think it was like 56.00 a month for 2 million liability insurance (or something crazy like that). Probably a really smart thing to look into - especially if you own any assets (house, car, etc... or plan to in the future). This could easily get blown our of proportion and since cerb does not allow RATTING this is not the site for this.... and when we use to allow ratings on recommendations many ladies would get upset if they got anything shy of 10/10 so we removed them. Most people have some level of insecurity and voting on one person being better then another for something so personal does not sit well with me so lets just keep this off the site here. Remember it is a lot more difficult to write something nice then to write a bad review, the guys here on cerb who take the time to write a positive recommendation for a lady will clearly show you who they feel is a top level provider.
