I agree it is a unfair advantage with multiple accounts. We had one lady removed back in a earlier poll as she was making fake accounts and padding the votes. This is not the same as each of these accounts is a paid account belonging to a real person. Yes, I think it is a little unfair but I will let council decide for future vote polls and for now... lets just let the poll run it's course as we have 3 days left in the voting.

the vote system would not let me add the last four names when i posted the vote so for about 10 minutes after the poll was made it was missing those names until i adjusted the settings and editted the poll. ....and no i can not hange or edit anyones votes, sorry.

For security reasons i have disabled this feature and i am working on a way to let each user hoose to turn this on or off....problem is this feature is being abused. Urgency to remove this is because one of the ladies has a real bad stalker we cant get rid of. he is watchng her profile and contacts everyone who visits her profile and says bad things about her so no one sees her. i have banned him about 10 times and he keeps coming back with new ip and sneaking in. its adding to his obsession and hurting her business too so for now i disabled it. also... some of the sp's post on every persons wall who visits them and this is also getting complaints. I am looking for a solution that would enable each person to turn on or off this feature.

She has appologized, admitted she did wrong and has promissed not to use any fake photos again (anywhere). She verified her photo with me so i am going to let her back in with only one chance. if she blows it she will be gone for good

maybe she is new, just learning he do's an don'ts.... maybe someone else is involved in her marketting? we dont know for sure... but if she is new we need to help educate her and others and at least give her a chance to learn right from wrong. i know 99% will never learn but that 1% can be gold!

I banned her from the site. She is using fake photos on her site. I told her that if she wants back in she has to remove all fake photos and verify her photos with me.

This is not a datting site. Your deal better include the ladies full daily rate along with the flight and hotel (that is standard) anything less and you are breaking the rules here trying to negotiate lesser rates, also expect the lady to require at least the first full day upfront and a pre-date screening before she even thinks of getting on that plane.

as long as none of the photos here are fake i will not ban you however bait and switching with fake photos on any site will be posted in the warning atea if they can be confirmed using something like tineye. please include some proof if making these accusatios.

I Merged this. Keep in mind that this is NOT a review board as well. I know in this case you scored her with perfect numbers but RATTING the ladies is NOT permitted on this site as many of the ladies get very upset when this is done and I have to go delete them all and hand out warnings when they ladies ask to have them removed.

i wasnt seeng what the problem was until now... i never considered that to be negative but i see it now (feeling a little slow) ok.... so i will word it better for the vote.. maybe "all of the above"

FYI... The none of the above is on the vote because if you do not wish to vote for ANY of the nominees but want to monitor who is winning the poll by voting for none of the above it lets you see the results. Without this we may get BAD votes of people just randomly choosing someone so that they can see the results.

If they have a permenant ban the answer is NO.... and just saying something I did not like wont get you permenantly banned (that is crazy to even believe such crap) but of couse they would give you a sob story and make it out like I am the bad guy trying to get people to lobby for them or to go against me or the site. If someone is banned permenantly from cerb they do not deserve to be here. they could be the best sp in the world (or the best client to an sp) but if they dont follow the rules and respect the site (that includes the mods and other members) they will not prosper from the site and our community. If they got kicked out permnantly they did something big! don't fall for the "I am so innocent" sob story.

EC does remove rip off (Scam) ads and bait and switch ads. None of the sites will remove ladies just because the service is reported as below par or that the guy did not get his full hour (or anything like that). This is why the discussion boards are popular with many guys. Now someone has to complain (Report the problem) before the site operators know they have a bad apple. The directories will not remove ads based on one complaint either (unethical people in the past have pretended to be a customer trying to knock off or cause problems for competition and often stuff happens where the guy had bad hygiene, was scary, pushy, mean, drunk, etc... and was denied and decides to slander the lady) If EC gets a few similar complaints (or proof the photos are stolen using something like tineye.com for instance) the ads are pulled asap. It is not good for anyone to have bad ads running.

You can NOMINATE more then one person if you wish but don't overdue it. Only those you think really deserve it as space is limited in the poll system. Once the vote poll is up you can VOTE for as many as the nominations as you would like as the poll would be set to multiple choice.
