You would always get a warning the first time on something like this as long as you don't have countless other warnings... if your a repeat offender infraction points and suspensions are handed out. Contrary to popular belief... We don't like to give out infractions or suspensions (It makes me and the other mod have to actually work - we don't like that) so we ask that everyone read and try to follow the rules as best as possible.

Yes! He is NOT permitted to ask ladies to contact him directly and you are not permitted to PM him offering services unless he PM's you first. Correct, when he asks if anyone does this he is asking the OTHER GUYS for recommendations. If he specifically asks for the ladies to contact him then he is breaking the rules. If a lady posts a reply and promotes herself like "I offer that service" or she PM's him to say "I Offer that service" she is breaking the rules. The ONLY place you can advertise services on this site is in the ANNOUNCEMENTS areas or buy a banner. If a guy contacts you VIA PM and asks you questions about your service you can respond with details. If you contact him directly without any previous contact made by him he can REPORT the PM and you will be suspended for 7 days for abusing the PM system here for sending unsolicited pm's advertising your services. Hope that makes this clear for everyone.

no, one pm sent this way (unsolicited) is spam! you are assuming BULK mail and spam are the same thing (and usually spam is sent in bulk) but they do not mean he same thing. Even one advertisement sent to someones email or pm that the person did not ask for is a unsoliited advertisemnt (spam). if someone tries to bulk spam using the system here the system detects this and stops them (slows them down by limiting the number of pm's that can be sent) the system does not stop them outright but makes it very time consuming (so we are protected from bulk spam already) bottom line here.... single unsoliited pm's advertising anything that you did not ask for makes people mad! its spam and its abuse of the system. it is not an ethical way to advertise anything and ifi catch people doing this i will suspend them or ban them if hey do it again after being warned.

If the ladies PM a guy without the guy first PMing her and the PM is to solicit the guy to come see her (or an agency girl or spa) then it's a UNSOLICITED PM (Spam). Three guys from this thread reported Paradise Spa and Angel's Touch for sending them PM's unsolicited saying that one of the ladies may be of interest to them. This is NOT permitted on cerb. So they were given a 7 day SUSPENSION. If someone PM's you promoting themselves, a spa or a agency that they own and you did not make first contact with them... it's SPAM and you need to REPORT it to me by clicking the REPORT THIS icon at the top of the PM.

The ladies and agencies are NOT permitted to post in a way that would advertise/promote or recommend themselves (Outside of the announcements area) so asking this question in public is not a good idea. I would recommend PM'ing questions like this.

that is very true. and very common, cigarette smoke makes he dust stick even more and kills fans quicky. i hav repaired many computers hat have died because of that. people dont realize hey have to clean the dust off the fans till its too late. and not just the case fans and h power supply, these days most videocards hav a fan... ney need to be cleaned at least once a year in a smoke free house and quarterly in a smoking house

Such a service at a massage spa would be ILLEGAL in CANADA at this time. This would be considered a Common Bawdy House. The HJ release is a very gray area as it's technically a massage but when a BJ is offered it is no longer a gray area... it's a sex act and puts the place in the "VERY MUCH ILLEGAL" category. If you want a sex service hire a escort. Prostitution is legal in Canada as long as it's not done in public or in a common bawdy house. (And of course as long as the lady is of legal age). Some escorts offer a massage service as well - this would be a better choice for you.

we gave her a chance to redeem herself and she choose to log in and try o slander one of the members here who posted some info about her using fake photos. she claims she uses real photos now but her recent actions leaves me no choice but to ban her from cerb as she just is not getting the point here.

should always use a 3u or a 4u rack case and make sure the air flows front to back. some of the cheap cases and the small 2 u and 1 u cases are too small and too tight to get air in them. big mistake people make is stacking the drives tight but these days the drives really don't heat up much they get warm but not like they use to... unless the bearing is bad

fixed the Internet crapola problem. was missing a dash in the character set info for the DB. it's UTF-8 and I had UTF8 without the dash as the default charaterset (so French characters work). all the browsers except ie accept UTF8 as the code. ie does not... it requires the dam dash! urg!? anyway got hat on fixed.

not sure why ie is having problems I will look into that. we do use raid drives (mirror) and the bad block data managed to mirror to the second drive so we had two useless drives in the array. we just reinstalled fedora and put two new drives in and migrated th good data from one of the mirrors but some os files and some DB files were corrupt so we had to use a backup DB dump. the rack is super cool lots of air and well ventilated ... just some crappy drives. don't remember the make of them off hand but they are brand name drives. i have tried hem all. (i use to be a big segate fan) this was just a bad drive. Friday special... probably a bad bearing or some dust inside.... who knows. they either die within the first few months or last for year... it's getting past those first few months that you have to worry about usually. this site really taxes the drives, they run non stop 24/7

car dates are something that street walkers do, in Canada it is very much illegal to have a car date with a sp. this is why we do not discuss such hinges on cerb. please.

you guys are kind of hijacking a thread here in a way. I know the discussion is about couples massage but the thread is about a specific place (paradise spa) and your diverting it to cmj. think that deserves a separate thread and the focus on his thread should remain as the original member intended...

Some stuff I can... it takes longer on the ipad. I can with a laptop too in most cases. My desktop however has multiple screens, a mouse and actual keyboard so things get done VERY fast. What takes me an hour on the desktop would take two hours or more on the ipad as it's limited still. It is however convenient and I would recommend it to anyone.

thanks everyone. the site has not been very dependable lately and I do hope this is the end of it. did we loose many posts? I took the backup that was created on Friday at 3am so anything from 3am till when the server crashed was lost.... but with the errors on the hard drive the backup may be missing some posts. paradise says mid-thursday so if anything is missing I am very sorry. that is 4 hard drives die in the last three months. and we not only back the drives up by running them in raid (mirror) we do a full noc backup every night (if not we would, have been very screwed here as both raid drives were unrecoverable) the database server is still a mess and offline but with the new main server being upgraded, the script bug fixed and memcached working (and running without breaking a sweat right now) maybe we don't need it.... just add some more ram and we may get lucky. I will give it a few days to see....

In order for this post to not break any of the rules on cerb it needs to be started by a guy (Not a SP or it's considered advertising outside the ANNOUNCEMENTS area) so I am adjusting the post as council and I think this post is valuable to the members and was not meant as a self promotion but in the future it would be best if the guys lead these types of posts so no one gets the wrong idea and cry's foul.

What a nightmare. It's 5am and I have been working on this server ALL DAY. The MAIN hard drive in the database server died today! I think we just got a bad batch of hard drives!! The main DB server is still not online, the system is running just off the new main server right now as we continue to repair the old one. I need some sleep so I am hopping the main server can handle the full load for now so I can get some sleep. Sorry for the site being off all day everyone. I swear it's murphy's law and murphy does not like cerb (OR ME)! I am going to bed and crossing my fingers.
